I purchased a holiday package from evershine, they promised to give 4/5 star proprty booking at the time of selling the product but after joining the club when i asked for booking they sent me list of 2 star hotels only. As i didn't have much options i selected 1 option and made a booking. My package included MAP plan but at the time of booking they changed it to CP plan without my permission whereas there is no such clause in the agreement. There were some guests with me and it made me so embarrassed. Now I want my money back as I don't want to continue my package. Was this information helpful? |
