I visited to mussorie and kunal bhatia approaching me regarding holiday package on behalf of evershine holidays pvt limited and commited me that if I don't want to continue with membership that can be cancel and refund all amount after deduction of Rs. 2000 and if want to continues then membership can be opt with zero interest emi of 24 month but when I applied he swiped my card and next day when I recvd confirmation from bank that emi is chargable and for 12 month I called yogendra and kunal then kunal said will get check and call back but he not rectify the same then I called again to cancel my membership he said ok will process the same whenever office will open then when I reviewed company page on google then received response from Mr kaushal rai owner of that fraud company who assured me to resolve the issue in a week but incident happens in February and still 20th july not getting refund and they are blaiming me that it's late by me to raise issue
