Evm Nissan — Service issue KL 41 N 4995

Sir,

I Divya Asok, gave my car Nissan Micra for AC service on 17/08/2023.

My one time contact in Nissan Micra is Mr.Basil and I just enquired about the estimate amount also.He told me like it will cost only 1000rs.So I decided not to give my car to some workshops and gave it to ur company.

Yesterday one technician contacted me and intimated about, he need to open the dashboard and check it.I never knew that they are opening the entire front portion.

I'm not a mechanic to know about wot they are doing in my car.They should communicate properly about wot they are doing and what the estimate amount will be. Today morning they have send a video and gave an estimate amount of Rs.14000.

As a customer, I'm only aware of the 1000rs.When I contacted the company and not to do the service, they are saying that I should pay approx 3k for refitting the parts again.Before opening the dashboard they have to say the estimate amount ryt.So I'm not able to change the service centre also.Like u guys are trapping customer by doing these kinda things.

This is not the first time I'm facing this issue.very poor service from the kalamassery outlet.

Earlier I hv given my car for one side painting.they have done only one door.They didn't informed me also.while delivery only I hv seen wot they have done.

Also giving my vehicle for regular service.I don't know wot they are doing in service also.
