I am a daughter of Ex serviceman . My father is in pain from last month ...He has a internal headache and heating head, and overall face paining.
Echs doctor shweta sharma echa pune observed and refer to neuro department for next day.

I am suffering severely from Hemmorroids and having severe pain especially at night since 3 days. On attending opd echs doctor referred me to nearby bh surgeon. I am not satisfied with this procedure nor doctor referring me to gastro empenelled doctor, worst system, only my soul know how much pain I m feeling. Let God will decide the fate of these doctors. I am an ex-servicemen and went today to ECHS Polyclinic Chandimandir for my medical treatment because my sugar was increased which is 313. .I took the e-token from the machine for Medical Specialist Dr. Shalini as she is very polite in nature and treats well with the patient., Suddenly a medical attendant came and snatched the e-token slip from me and tore it. I said why did you tear the token slip? She said that there it is not allowed for...

I have applied for 64 gb ECHS card on 28 March 2021. After completion of 01 year, I have not received my ECHS card. The status of card showing "Dispatched to station Headquarters".
Presently, I am residing in Chennai with my family. I am facing lot of problems in ECHS, Chennai during treatment. I have sent mail to Station HQ, Danapur. But I have not got any reply.
In view of the above, you are requested...

Dear Sir,

Once again i am f severely disappointed having visited echs, iqbalpur, kolkata . My card was not handed over to me at counter no 2, citing the following reasons. The clerk told me to bring the following documents since you are from UP you can't be issued your card here . May I know Uttar Pradesh is not in India .

1-Sale deed of house .(I have )
2- Mutation documents (which i don't have )br...

Staff doesn't bother about their patients and office In charge is busy in his own work .They don't even know how to talk to their patients.They don't even have the information about the medicines. All the doctors in echs ask which med you want to take tell the salt of that medicines.Is this staff ok for echs ....

Respect sir..my dad was accidential case and he is ex army man..but this department very dull process and working time to time..so plzz Resoected sir my complaint chargeble in this department....

Observation on self date of birth...

My mother is the wife of late exservice man. On 2021 December 27 i went to echs polyclinic pathanamthitta for my mothers referral. My mother is a psychiatric patient. Her doctor advised to see him on 17th December. But my referral validity over. So i gone to get refferal. But Dr T Bhaskar, medical officer, pathanamthitta, didnot give referral by saying my mother didnot go to treatment. But i have all the prescription about my mothers treatment....

This is with respect to medical claim having claim ID 17952075, Ser no. 736470. We have handed over all the documents as per the needs of the query mentioned in the Claim status on 23rd September but still no update regarding it has been given till now.
Its been one month from the last query.
6 months have passed but still we are being mentally harassed by ECHS POLYCLINIC KANPUR NAGAR, 7 AIR FORCE HOSPITAL...

Application No. 844, I had applied ECHS card online for my daughter on 02 Aug 2019, it was rejected on 16 Jun 2020 after one year of applying and saying DOB of her incorrect which I filled as per records in Data Office i.e. CABS and Birth certificate of her, then again I applied on 29 May 2021 which is still showing under progress. Sir, I was a respected soldier in Indian army once. Everyone respected me because I served my country with full honor. But, when I visited echs polyclinic khagaria branch, I was shocked at the rude behavior of one of its staff. He was admiring himself of being an officer and was insulting me for being a small soldier. I tried to make him understand that you are here for us but he rejected and said no you don't have to come here from now onwards....

Sir, ECHS Facility is not available at Distt Amethi.However Amethi Distt comes to existence from year 2011.This facility is not available till date.In view of the above all veterans are facing medical issues.For minor illness they are not going to attain the facility because of far distance from our district.Dependency is Sultanpur district which is 36 KM far from our district.You are requested take kind action at the earliest...

Sir, I (741453K JWO AK RAI) applied for ECHS card on 20 July 2021,
Registration number-[protected] in which today(28 August 2021) I found that One digit in my provided Aadhaar number[protected] is incorrect which I want to correct it now as[protected] w.e.f.
We found updated information on site that card is already dispatched from source. So please do needful . In below provided pic. incorrect Aadhaar number is given....

Sir yesterday my son went to ECHS Palwal for a treatment but there was a female receptionist who was speaking very rudely to my son.
