Mh amritsar has recommended bariatic surgery to my mother on 29 july. Paper are under process and jalandhar rc is keep on rejecting forms for silly reason. I cleared rejection n no. Of times. Last time, I cleared all rejection over phone and personally handed over the form.
N still it's is in rejection
I m helpless now
Please help i[censored] can
It was really a very bad experience
No body knows the process.
Really disappointing
My dad is senior citizen now.
Plz help as my mother condition is very bad.
Every day they are waiting for the reply

The payment for 64kb echs cards have been made online and the same have been confirmed to you through e-mail on 13th february, 2020.

Till date we have not received the cards.

The matter is already delayed, kindly expedite it on priority.

Sir, i bhabataran pal, army no 15373643l rank hav (Ex), echs card holder under burdan polyclinic & applied for new 64 kbps card & five members. Four out of five members got new card but my spouse name mita pal document some mistake and 15 feb 2020 edited and fwd but still now no progress. Pls inform me what problem at your end.

No 9412501n hony nb sub jagat rai (Retd), i lost my name from echs card details which was verification completed and all data correct found on 02 dec 2018. Sir, i got my wife prema yonzon (Before marriage name)
Echs card which was printed on 14 aug 2019 but there was no details about myself. Sir, my humble request to solve my problem as iam suffering from heart block symptoms thou needs immediate operation, and once just i had. Action earliest please.

Applied for echs card for wife of late ex cpo didar singh ghumman, indian navy, no. 67152a, in oct 2016 through echs office at patiala. The application number is 796359. The money for issue of card was deposited. Till date no response. Difficult to connect navy records at mumbai as they don't pick up the phone. Please get echs card issued at the earliest as the wife of ex-serviceman is admitted in hospital.

Father jwo devashish basu died on 11/10/2018 due to cardiac arrest after service 20 years of qualifying service in indian air force. (Dob - 30/10/1960dor-31/07/2007) not yet received mother's echs smart card till date. Although all credentials documents already submitted to echs polyclinic barrackpore. Date of reporting -02/08/2019, next valid date - 01/02/2020 (Card not received) & again revalidated from 03/02/2020- 30/06/2020. But still not received. Hence informed dav regarding such issue and waiting

Sir I am Govindareddy retired from Indian Navy. Recently on 16/12/2019 my father was admitted at Ramesh hospital Guntur for RTA CASE they given treatment to him up to 17 days but they did not qure him finally I am not satisfied with their treatment I asked for LAMA DISCHARGE and take him to other private hospital but it's late my father leg was removed due to sevire sepsis in his total body.till now he fighting with life risk. Please take action against that hospital.

Sir, i no.4061119y ex havildar khushal singh visited my polyclinic echs in shahdara mansarover park (Mandoli road) on 27/12/2019. Because my wife was having pain in her shoulders. The doctor inside the polyclinic misbehaved with us and said these intolerable words
(1) chakkar kese lagate hai apko pata nahi hai.. Chakkar to mai lagvaunga
(2) guard inhe bahar kijiye
(3) kal se inhe ander na aane diya jaye.
I visited to echs again to approach oic on 28/12/2019 but they didn't allow me to come inside
Please help us take some action against it

Hi, on monday evening my father got heart attack so we came here in amritsar the corporate hospital. But after treatment they are not providing proper hospitality. They are forcing is to stay in general ward and no one listing here. I am only one person here to take care my father. They are not listening i have to go down from 4th to ground floor for asking them for help but they denied any type of customer corporate. Is ech not giving them mony for treatment. If yes, so why they treating us like that. Can you guys please help asap.

The management is not treating the patients properly.. I have an emergency case my mother suffering with cold fever and is shevring very badly.. It's been 1 and half hour till now no cource of action. Things are moving very slow.
The main thing is the medication incharge shouts on people. No good behavior with patients.

Sir, here i want to draw your attention towards the rising problem of non-availability of the medicines in the echs bhubaneswar, the authority is not providing any medicine to the patients, weather it is the right of the patients to avail the facility of the medicine supply.
So, here i want to say that the concern authority should come forward to take necessary steps regarding this problem.

Sir i service no.618328s ex jwo is patients of diabetes and having enrolled in echs polyclinic lucknow. Sir since last three month we are not getting medicines proscribed by doctors and asking to buy from market even for my wife who is suffering from heart disease. Sir we are senior citizen every time we can't go out to buy from out side. Sir since this polyclinic is out side of central command hospital, they are not referring to collect from command. Sir kindly do the needful to make availability of all medicines in echs only thanks

A fraud treatment in bhagwati hospital sector 13 rohini. I m suffreig from fever and they treated me as patient of dengu and without knowing the actual reason. And after few ways when there is no improvment in my condition i moved to government hospital base hospital delhi cantt and there doctor said that thet treated me wrong the treatment they are giving in totally waste. The reason of my sickness is another.

On 22 sep 2019 my retired army men, my father has accident happened on road and we came in amar hospital patiala of echs. On discharge, hospital need to give one week medicine necessary as free of cost but in hospital medicine section says that 2 medicine we cannot gives you free, you need to pay for this, then i have to paid hospital 3400/- rupees for two medicine. It's not right. Hospital is not following echs policys and harrassing the army family.

People who served in defence is no value in echs.. Mysore.. Patients come from far.. Here the way they react to the patient is horrible.. Especially dentist.. She will treat.. Irresponsibly... Timings.. Also horrible.. Once she will give tablet.. Ask many times to visit the hospital.. Whose knows the english ty will treat different.. Overall what echs mysore is treating is ridiculous. They are not valuing patient time..

My father was admitted in care hospital, visakhapatnam upon the recommendation from a senior consultant at kalyani naval hospital. He went through dialysis and in the course of the dialysis procedure there was a complete negligence in patient care that had resulted in a medical complication on the right arm. Date of complication : 22.07.2019
The health care staff at that time refused to report the condition of the patient to the the senior consultant and further tried to negotiate to swerve us from issuing a complaint, saying : we will not receive any good treatment in the future, if a complaint will be made ​against them since we will keep coming back for future dialysis appointments.
Due to this complication, now my father's treatment has to be extended and stay at the hospital which wasn't necessary in the first place if not for negligence of the staff. Meanwhile patient has to bear the extra costs of the room rent etc...
I am reporting this incident to see the best way you can help us so that my father's health will be taken care of in a proper manner as it's supposed to be.

I am a son of an ex army man. We have two echs card one is for my father and another card is for my mother. Yesterday we going to bhubneswar to admit my mom for critical illness but after we reach there they are not respond to us. Kims bhubaneswar said that we no bed vacancy for echs card holder. Later we shift to hi tech hospital they provide us a bed. But from yesterday to till now no doctor visit to us. Only nurse staff treat to us. What is the meaning of kargil vijay divas. Kargil fighters wife is in trouble but no one cares about that.

Sir/madam jai hind. Myself ex sgt raman kumar. My wife treatment is going on last 18 months in alchemist hospital panchkula. My wife have problem of cervic cysts. She has to take tvs o[censored]terus after 6 months to know the size of cysts. She taking the medicines from outside as echs polyclinic have always shortage of medicine. When my wife has gone for referral on 22 jun 2019 she shows all the history and reports to dr joshi at room no 13. He had not seen the earlier report and simply say go to command hospital. She requested that sir my treatment is already going on in alchemist hospital please refer me there but refuse and rudely say that it is prime minister modi order. Sir my question is only this that why she was not referred to civil hospital ad she was earlier referred for treatment. People join defence only so that there family get best treatment. Jai hind. My grandmother mrs giano devi w/o late sh. Kehar singh suffering from multiple health issues (Hypertension, diabetes, migrain and herpes) as her age crossed ninety. We visited twice at echs, but dr. Anil mahajan did not treat her well, even he said he has no time to check blood pressure. We requested him for refer for complete medical check up but he said that you have no right to say like this. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. Kindly take strict action against this doctor. As families of the decreased suffered a lot due to such type of person. If no action will be taken against the defaulter we will write to pm as well.

I am an Ex - Servicemen, not getting prescribed Medicines by Doctors last Three months. I have reported so many time to DESW Ministry of Defence no action has been taken, more over Officer Incharge ECHS Lohegaon Pune no action has been taken. I have purchased lot of Medicines from out side Medical Stores for as well as my wife . I am going to asked from ECHS authority that, how much Medicines we will purchase from civil Medical Stores?
