People who served in defence is no value in echs.. Mysore.. Patients come from far.. Here the way they react to the patient is horrible.. Especially dentist.. She will treat.. Irresponsibly... Timings.. Also horrible.. Once she will give tablet.. Ask many times to visit the hospital.. Whose knows the english ty will treat different.. Overall what echs mysore is treating is ridiculous. They are not valuing patient time..

My father was admitted in care hospital, visakhapatnam upon the recommendation from a senior consultant at kalyani naval hospital. He went through dialysis and in the course of the dialysis procedure there was a complete negligence in patient care that had resulted in a medical complication on the right arm. Date of complication : 22.07.2019
The health care staff at that time refused to report the condition of the patient to the the senior consultant and further tried to negotiate to swerve us from issuing a complaint, saying : we will not receive any good treatment in the future, if a complaint will be made ​against them since we will keep coming back for future dialysis appointments.
Due to this complication, now my father's treatment has to be extended and stay at the hospital which wasn't necessary in the first place if not for negligence of the staff. Meanwhile patient has to bear the extra costs of the room rent etc...
I am reporting this incident to see the best way you can help us so that my father's health will be taken care of in a proper manner as it's supposed to be.

I am a son of an ex army man. We have two echs card one is for my father and another card is for my mother. Yesterday we going to bhubneswar to admit my mom for critical illness but after we reach there they are not respond to us. Kims bhubaneswar said that we no bed vacancy for echs card holder. Later we shift to hi tech hospital they provide us a bed. But from yesterday to till now no doctor visit to us. Only nurse staff treat to us. What is the meaning of kargil vijay divas. Kargil fighters wife is in trouble but no one cares about that.

She has to take tvs o[censored]terus after 6 months to know the size of cysts. She taking the medicines from outside as echs polyclinic have always shortage of medicine. When my wife has gone for referral on 22 jun 2019 she shows all the history and reports to dr joshi at room no 13. He had not seen the earlier report and simply say go to command hospital. She requested that sir my treatment is already going on in alchemist hospital please refer me there but refuse and rudely say that it is prime minister modi order. Sir my question is only this that why she was not referred to civil hospital ad she was earlier referred for treatment. People join defence only so that there family get best treatment. Jai hind. My grandmother mrs giano devi w/o late sh. Kehar singh suffering from multiple health issues (Hypertension, diabetes, migrain and herpes) as her age crossed ninety. We visited twice at echs, but dr. Anil mahajan did not treat her well, even he said he has no time to check blood pressure. We requested him for refer for complete medical check up but he said that you have no right to say like this. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. Kindly take strict action against this doctor. As families of the decreased suffered a lot due to such type of person. If no action will be taken against the defaulter we will write to pm as well.

I am an Ex - Servicemen, not getting prescribed Medicines by Doctors last Three months. I have reported so many time to DESW Ministry of Defence no action has been taken, more over Officer Incharge ECHS Lohegaon Pune no action has been taken. I have purchased lot of Medicines from out side Medical Stores for as well as my wife . I am going to asked from ECHS authority that, how much Medicines we will purchase from civil Medical Stores?

I am retired wo k n tiwari, s. No.728597-f, in lmc a4g4 (P) cat and diabetics with insulin dependent. I am not getting medicine - empagliflozin (Jardianc) 25 mg continuously from parent polyclinic extn air force station jalahalli east bangalore. I was asked to go to pm jan aushadhi kendra vidyaranyapura for generic medicine, where it is unavailable. Kindly suggest a way-out.

My mother harbhajan kaur was c/o abdomen pain since february and went to see dr nagra in echs nawanshahar. She took it very casually and recommended that my mother has panceatic calculi and given medicine for 30 days. Patient was still c/o severe pain. Now in april my mother is diagnosed with advanced pancreatic mass and going through all the agony. We want action against dr nagra as she is putting the patients in danger. Moreover her way of communicating with patients is very rude, i myself while assisting my mother to get referrals for chemo, she was so rude and stated that the patient doesn’t seems to be in pain at all. For one referral, customers has to visit her several times. Its a shame that veterans who had served for the country and spend their all life, have to beg for the benefits that they deserve.
Whoever is responsible for my mother to be in this situation, we will not accept it and will continue fighting for justice.
My request is to demote that dr nagra sitting at echs nawanshahr to protect patients.

I h/capt virendra singh. My wife suffering from both knee pain. She is unable to walk. She going echa time to time not feel relief in pain. Echs advise to me go in mh secunderabad. This is 35 to 40 km onevdidr from my home while apollo care and continental hospitals are between 6 to 7 km from my home. I want go in these hospitals. Patient name is bimla devi amd age is 78 years from kathua district tehsil hiranagar. The patient has to shift at night and i'm telling to a staff if you are shifting at night, do it in the day the patient had heart disease and chest problem the patient was in c. C. U. From 8-9 days. While the patient had to discharge tomorrow it was a matter of hours but still the patient was not kept in c. C. U if there is any problem with the person during this time, then the hospital will be responsible for it and we are not satisfied with today's day we do not want this to happen again with any patient.

With due respect, i humbly request to you i am exserviceman of indian army. After that i serve the job in punjab national bank. My name is hav. Mohinder singh no. 3364402. Mob. No. [protected] and i want to tell you my wife was expired on 25.12.2018. She was admitted in max hospital bathinda then referred to delhi heart multispeciality hospital, bathinda and then referred to fortis hospital, mohali. But unfortunately she was expire on the way near mohali. And the bill of ambulance was generated rs. 23000/- from bathinda to mohali and downside mohali to village kotbhai where my permanent residence or home is located. So i went to full lieutenant kernal’s office, station headquarter echs, bathinda on 14.01.2019 for passing this bill payment for reversement. But he was not met me on that day and the staff tell me he was on leave upto 25.01.2019 and then i was again went to same address on 27.01.2019 he was not there and the staff tell me the kernal’s leave is increased upto 30.01.2019 and then i went again after nearabout 10-12 days then the staff says sir was not sitted today then i again went there and fortunately he met me and i explain whole detail of my wife and their bill payments and he said me very rudely where are you before, now you are late for this bill. I explain my whole detail about how many times i come to echs center bathinda and everything but he was not ready for hearing my any problem and behaves rudely to me. My dad satnam singh 13734565 and her dependent paramjit kaur has not yet received their echs card. They had applied for echs enrolment for more than a year ago. The card has been made as seen on echs website more than 6 months ago but they have yet not received it. Kindly check and revert if their is any challenge at my end or else i request the authorities to expedite in despatching their echs card.

Sub : Review of Manning Document 2018-19

With profound veneration, I implore to submit before you the following few lines for favor of your kind consideration:-

1. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Polyclinic under Ministry of Defense Govt of India, since its inception has been having contractual employee working in the Polyclinics. This is the only contractual Government Scheme which functions only with contractual employee. The terms of reference for contractual period of engagement is promulgated by Central organization ECHS.

2. I am a contractual employee working with ECHS Polyclinic. Manning Document for 2018-19 forwarded to all ECHS Polyclinic. In that It is stated that certain contractual employment to be abolished blindly from ECHS Polyclinic.

3. I being also a contractual employee socked to learn the unsolicited decision of central Organization ECHS. At the very same time, it is also not in consonance with the prevailing recruitment system in other government organization in the country. Hence, it needs to be analyzed thoroughly rather to arrive at any wield decision.

4. After all, India is a democratic country not a single Individual can take such kind of decision by which the life of many employee seems to be ruined. Such treacherous act is unbearable for any employee. Hence, a high power committee needs to be constituted to review the manning documents 2018-19.

5. The equipment purchased for various faculties like Dental, Physiotherapy, laboratory etc by system will be left unused. This again shows that the person sitting at the helm of affairs making all sort of decision in hurry without any planning, consultation and feedback from environment . Whereas planning should have been prior of any decision and feedback from all stakeholder.

6. By removal of employee the referral to hospital will increase proportionately and the organization will have to loose Government exchequer for the same.

7. Recruitment of Contractual employee means finding suitable candidates for particular job. if a person performing satisfactorily in a organization, then there is no point to remove after 11/22 months.

8. Interview after every 2 years as such, is not an interview it is a methodology to extract bribe from needy person. It is pertinent here to mentioned that unemployment is a greatest challenge for the mankind specially in our countery.

9. If anyone joining the government organization solely with aim to get better and secure job. But the terms and condition of ECHS is comparatively like any un organized sector in the open labor market.

10. Removal of a person from employment is similar like ordering a death sentence by the court to an individual.

11. It is therefore requested to look into the detail In the light of organizational and individual interest as well.

Dear sir, my father an ex-servicemen of indian navy, paresnath basu, 058770-w, scpo underwent to command hospital (Enc), kolkata for treatment. He was referred to peerless hospital, kolkata on 15th jan 19 for treatment in itu. Peerless staff said of no bed available. We have to be keep in emergency ward and finally we decided to do the dialysis, as we get the services regularly from the hospital. On 16th morning we informed command hospital, dr manish, who has referred there for next course of action. He advised to take the patient back to command hospital for further process.

On reaching there, mr. Manish said that the emergency ward would take care of the situation. Emergency duty staff did not take care of patient and said that no bed are available through out kolkata and that to arrange by yourself.

My father is still lying in emergency ward in command hospital (Enc) kolkata.

Sir, requested to do the necessary, at least my father does not deserve to die unattended medically.

Sourceinfosys.com and i checked mu varification is sucesfully updated on 1st nov. 2018, but i did not recieved my echs card kindly check and revery if their is any challenge at my end

I have applied four echs cards for self, wife and two sons and also verified by signal records jabalpur. Now the station headquarters trichy (Tn) have been received only three cards and sent a otp for collection. My another son named j vinex bashtin has not yet been printed nor received by station headquarters till date. Kindly to arrange to issue at the earliest. Because he is crippled for 75% issued by the government of tamilnadu. I was also sent a all supporting documents. My records has done for verification.

I IC15016H Lt Col K N Mathur, ECHS Card reg NO.DL0014616, resident of 906 Sector 16A, VASUNDHRA, GHAZIABAD 2001012, had submitted all tne required documents to Nb Sub Patil of card section at Reginal Centr Delhi cant by hand on 04 Sept 2018. I was informed telephonically that the claim duly approved has been forwarded to PCDA. Three months have since passed and I have yet not received the amount in my bank.

2. I had applied for 64 KB Card on line on 21.02. 18 vide registration No. [protected] and had paid Rs 354/- SBI Ref No. CPD7153084. Ihave not yet received 64 KB Cards.

My grand father mr. Sub-maj bakhatawar singh, he in emergency case goes to amandeep hospital but amandeep hospital does not care my grand father and his management my patients shift to general ward bed no. 436. I ask to him please please give me sperate bed room but he is not care my talk so that i have dama at night 10:00pm. Please never referral any patients at this hospital thanx

My wife has undergone surgery complete removal of carcinoma left breast on nov 17 and after her operation she has been adnmitted to general ward of 100 bed where distance between the bed is only 2.5 ft. I asked room and paid for it to save her emotions. Further for complete treatment of 8 chimos and 25 radiations i have spend nearly rs 50000 for rooms and other expenses.
However for ex offrs all things are free. Echs should provide equal facility to all is members. Or show more sympathy on noncommissioned office who's finacial back ground so poor to cop up such expensed even after having insurance! This the case with empanelled hospital of amala medical collage thrissur.
