Dear sir,
Refer to my complaint id[protected]e) which was submitted in feb 2017. despite my requests and reminders col. r. malhotra has not replied to my complaint. my call on his mobile has not been attended.
As mentioned earlier in my complaint that i had personally discussed my problem with him in feb 2017 during his visit to echs noida. this complaint was made in the presence of col. sen oic noida echs. surprisingly, he has also not been able to address my complaint.
Should this be the attitude of our esteemed organisation while attending to complaints of veterans. kindly, let me know as to what the echs organisation is doing to solve my problem.in case no reply is received, i will be constrained to refer the matter to higher authorities.
Hoping to receive your reply.
Thanks

Dear Sir,
I am sorry to inform you that till date my complaint has not been resolved. OIC ECHS Noida called me ten days back that he has requested higher authorities to allow him to do local purchase of the said CTC medicine but till date no response has been received. It is surprising that higher authorities are taking complaints of VETERANS so casually. A kidney patient cannot wait for 3-4 months for redressal of his problem. Surprisingly, we are told that AH & RR is having best nephrology dept. but they are not able to provide or suggest generic medicine to the ECHS.I sincerly hope that such complaints must be referred to Army Chief because it lowers the dignity and morale of the veterans.Pl fwd my complaint to the highest forum in AHQ failing which I will left with NO OPTION but to approach the Prime Minister and the President of India along with copies of my correspondence.. Please do not compell me to take such drastic action and rsolve or through OIC ECHS Noida.Hope you understand the gravity of the complaint.
Thanks

      Dear sirs,
I and my wife are registered members of ECHS and presently receiving health services from Dehradun clinic. My wife is under treatment for acute RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis).
For past over three months most of the regular prescribed medicines are not available across the clinic counter. I have approached the Officer in charge of the clinic but to our utter disappointment he raised his hands in expressing inability to do any thing in this matter. He said he could do nothing more than place demand for the medicine with controlling Military Hospital!
Needless to say that we are insured under the scheme and the denied prescribed medicine are costly that pinch my pocket.
I believe there are more member patients who are facing this problem.
      Regards.
      Yours sincerely,

        Sir,
I have been diagnosed ckd/3b patient by nephrologists of kailash hospital noida. My serum creatninie was very high as on[protected]Serum creatinine as 2.36). However due to carelessness of specialists, i was referred to nephrologists only in sept.2015. The specialist dr m. D. Sharma prescribed lobun forte cap and other medicines. Since this med. Was not available in the pharmacy at ech noida, i was given alternative med. Cudo forte cap on the recommendation of the same specialist. Most of the time both these medicines were not available. I was told that these medicines are not in the prescribed list of the echs. I requested the oic to issue me the generic medicine. Since there is no specialist in the echs noida, they could not decide as to which alternative medicine can be given, hence no med. Was issued. However, sometimes they would do local purchase and give me med. For 10 days or 15 days. Balance, i used to purchase from the market. I have visited both afc and rr hosp. None of them have been able to help me. For the last few months, i am spending rs.[protected] every month. No reimbursement is being done. Both ifc and oic noida have shown their helplessness in the matter. I had apprised col. Khullar, registrar afc during his visit to echs noida in jan 2017, and he promised to look into the matter but so far nothing has happened. The recommended medicine has been very useful and my clinical conditioned has improved a lot. Now except serum creatinine all my kft parameters have become normal. Serum creatinine has also come down to 1.43 which is steady for the last 8 months
Sir, i am not in a position to purchase ctc med. Worth rs. 4000/- every month. Kindly arrange to provide it in echs noida or arrange to reimburse the amount spent by me. We joined the echs with the understanding that our medical treatment will be free. To start with conditions were alright but gradually things are deteriorating. I am an old veteran aged 77yrs. I am attaching the prescription and lab. Reports for your perusal. Thanks.

My father sh. Sardar singh, ex-sergeant indian air force was taken in emergency to fortis hospital vasant vihar, new delhi on 04.03.2016 early morning due to cardiac arrest. The moment he was put on bed in hospital his heart beat stopped and blue alert was announced in the hospital. He was on ventilators for 6 hours and same day evening he was shifted to max hospital saket as the fortis was removed from echs empanellment.

This was duly reported to ms. Sunita echs polyclinic, afs tughlakabad in afternoon.

As fortis hospital was removed from the empanelled list of echs, we have paid the hospital bill of rs. 72, 779/- to fortis.

All required claim documents for the same was submitted duly on 14.03.2016 but despite of several visits and requests the claim was not processed till 04.04.2016 by echs polyclinic, afs tughlakabad. Even after issuing the claim no. On 04.04.2016, the dealing clerk took another 20 days to upload the documents causing undue delay. On 18.04.2016 i reported this delay to adjutant of the polyclinic.

Today on follow up, i was informed that the claim has been approved for only rs.23, 000/- having a deduction of almost rs.50, 000/- for no reasons explained.

My appeal is that the soldiers who put their lives on stake to protect us should not be harassed like this on what basis echs has deducted rs.50, 000? Fortis was under echs panel, we had no information about removal from list... Secondly, it was an emergency case not a normal or routine medical treatment.

If fortis would not have removed from the empanelled list, echs would have paid the hospital in full, then why not now in this emergency?

I humbly request you to kindly look into this matter and get the justice done to reimburse the entire amount of rs.72, 779/-

Claim no. Is 5025182 dated 04.04.2016.

                  Hope we will get justice.

                  Thanks and best regards

Col RK Pradhan is the name of OIC ECHS Bhubaneswar.
I had a Road Traffic Accident on 16/08/2015.
I was in lot of pain and was unable to stand up.
My friend took me to a Hospital (Aditya Care Hospital - ECHS empaneled Hospital)
After they gave me analgesic medication I called upon OIC BBSR, the number was given by hospital administration.
After listening to me over phone, first reaction of OIC was " How dare you got admitted without my knowledge first" and "do whatever you like" and then the call was disconnected.
I came to my Medical college after that (I am a medical student) and got myself admitted.
After that I called OIC for Investigation advised (MRI) because its costly, he didnt listen to me for first time and said visit me (any one ask that how can a person with Full Thickness ACL tear and second degree medial meniscal tear after acute injury in lot of pain in Rt Knee can come to visit you), i called 3-4 times after that he didn’t take my call, after lot of trying he received and I asked can I send someone on behalf of me for investigation referral, he bluntly said no.
Now after 1 month I have to be operated for my injury, I need a referral for the same, for that the procedure has to approved.
And for the same OIC is demanding “Complete case history and Procedure to be done in written from the doctor".
I showed him OPD ticket and procedure estimate from hospital. He says this won’t work (Can anybody ask that doctor case history or procedure ke bare main OPD ticket main nhin toh kahan likhta hai).
I am totally frustrated, i am already in anxiety as i am not able to walk properly even after a month not even with help of crutch and OIC is so insensitive to the situation that he is doesn't even talk to me over phone and shouts without reason.
The echs bhubaneswar opening timing is 8am and closing timing is 4pm. But doctors arrive after 9:15am and goes by 2pm. And in the name of treatment they do mostly referrals to the allotted hospitals and clinics. And talk rudely and shout while talking. And often used to say "free mai mil raha hai isiliye jab tab aa jaate hain" like they are not getting paid for it or want free salary without doing any work. And even common medicines are not available in their dispensary which is recommended by their own polyclinic doctors

                        Dear sir

I would like to bring to your notice that in Satna e.c.h.s the the entire system is in very bad order the self respect of ex-serviec men are at stake .Medician are not given as per prescription of dr. what ever is available in store is given whether the composition is matching or not. Behavior of oic is very rude.
The oic takes advice from clerks about medician rather than taking it from dr.

Request the cacerned authorities to interfere and set rite the entire system

                        best regards

I would like to bring this in your notice that its been more than 3 months and I am not getting the prescribed medicine from the medicine store of ECHS and reason I am hearing is Stock not available. But this is not acceptable, its been more than 3 months and you guys are not caring about the patient's health. This kind of behaviour is not good as what if a person is retired but you should treat him/her the same way. I am happy with the facilities. I would like to get this medicine issue sorted asap in Jalandhar's Echs. Otherwise I have to take further actions.

Sir, I am a member of ECHS as I worked in Indian Navy. At present I am a heart patient and every day I have to take the eight type of heart medicines. I am from Kalyan in Maharashtra and my assigned poly clinic is Mumbai Upanagri ECHS which is in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. Every month I have to go there to collect the medicines for 30 days. But most of the medicines( at least 3 to 4 types) are not available and I have to buy from outside Medical shop. The heart medicines are very costly and as a pensioner, it is expensive for me.. I request the ECHS authority kindly to rectify this problem. Thanks and regards. Usanath Maitra Ex. MCPO

Merely marking the complaint as resolved is not making any sense. Proper action taken in the issue must be mentioned for better understanding. Feedback from the customer also must be taken and displayed.
