Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme [Echs] — Manner less staff and doctor at ECHS shakur basti poly clinic

Hello Everyone

I hope everyone is doing well. I am writing to inform about incident happened today at "ECHS polyclinic Ordnance Depot, Shakur Basti".
It's been one year, and such incident happened with us few time.

Staff at reception is very uncooperative. I don't know her name. I noticed other doctors and staff member gang up and stand together against patient and their attendant. It doesn't matter for them what patient and their attendant wanted to convey, what problem they are facing, what is severity of patient.

Today I met Doctor Shailee Agarwal, and she is extremely rude. She doesn't listen to patients and their attendants. She just want people only listen to her and her tone is always bad. She should learn how to talk when she is dealing with public. She should deal people with respectful manner, and she should be soft spoken. I have attendant and she also mentioned about her behavior in past.

I would like to request you to take strict action against them and teach them how to talk, how to meet and greet, etiquette, manner etc.
