Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme [Echs] — Regarding; -Issuance o[censored]pgraded card (64KB)

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Virashwar Kumar Tank. I am presently 80 years old, Honorary Flying officer (Service No 270696-B) retired from Indian Air Force. During my routine check up last year, doctor found my PSA and creatinine levels beyond permissible limits. After going through tests, they found that i am having prostate cancer and since then i am on medication. This year last month, radiation was recommended by the doctors. Since radiation cost is very high, i approached nearest Polyclinic for approval of amount for radiation. Concerned person in the polyclinic after going through the medical card told me to apply for the new card (64KB) as i am having old card (16KB). He also told me to apply online and only after verification of documents online, approval can be done. I have applied for my new card (Registration No. : [protected]) on 17.04.2026 and by 18.04.2026 payment had been done. On 20.4.2026, there was remarks from the reviewer "SIR KINDLY APPLIED IN AIRMEN CATEGORY", For which, i have edited the details on the same day i.e 20.04.2026. Since then i am awaiting review of my application to be done. Since my disease is very critical as per the age, you are therefore requested to kindly review my documents and give approval to start my treatment.
