Fraud consultancy
They called me and told lots of openings are there with referral which you will not get from other consultancy and asked to deposit around 5416 rs as per the above subject.

After i paid, they just send an interview call without job description and the salary range was 5 lakhs lesser than me.

After that no call, no email. They don;t pick my call also. Nor they reply back to email.

Its a big fraud consultancy. Don't trust their tele caller's sweet voice.

We all should file a fir with 420 case.

If possible please get together in their bangalore office, we will shut down their office and will collect some assets equal worth to our paid amount

I have paid 5416 rs to this agency. They said that money will be refunded after 3 months if they have not placed in any company. But now they were not refunding the money. Before enrollment they have not informed about clauses that company is following but after paying money they asked to sign the agreement. After 3 months i raised a claim to refund the amount but now they have sent me written communication that refund has been rejected and showing some clauses. Before paying money they have not showed all these clauses. They keep on sending some fake emails that interview has been scheduled but when i reach the venue i came to know that no interview has been scheduled.

I started receiving sales call frequently from manisha of exalt consulting (+91-[protected]) and she stated sending whatsapp messages from 3rd january, 2019 for job opening through their consulting agency. She also send me a proposal by email ([protected]@exaltconsulting.in) with her proposal. After some discussions and queries i agreed to buy their and paid rs.5, 416.00, on 15 march, 2019 and received a receipt of the same (No.22102). The same is attached here.
On 25th march i received a mail from them that they are working on my profile. Since then i have not received any intimation nor they are responding to my mails and nor manisha or their customer care (M: [protected] ll:[protected] is responding. The mobile says, all the customer care executives are busy and my number is noted down and will get a call back. On landline, the operator passed the call to someone and after listing to me keep the phone hanged. Not a single lead has been generated and sent to me.
Looks like it is a fraud consultancy agency and cheating job seekers. I also found a fraud case link from the past:

please find my review for a company called Exalt consulting claiming that they have iso certification but there standards are not even meeting the basic criteria. i wonder how this consultancy even got the ISO certification. And always saying we are ISO certified company not some one like a local company

i was promised for a refund at the time of registration if not happy with the services within 15 days which i did and they said it cant be done so have to wait
They never told me about the guideline for refund after chasing for 3 months they told me you are not eligible for a refund as per your educational qualifications
My 6 months tenure also completed in feb and they didn't even cared to reply, i am the one following up from them i have all emails and there resonse is now that i will get in first slot of may no dates given so 3 months more past my 6 months tenure is this how an ISO certification company works you should look deeply into this i have paid approx 5000 as per them that they get me a job its been 8 months and i am the one chasing them for my money

First Malini was the person who was taking care of my case and I was told that I should pay the amount and within 3 months I should be getting good offers and we were unable to place you in the next 3 months you can apply for refund, well I have waited for 3 months and few emails were forwarded to me stating that my profile is forwarded but then no response after 3 months I spoke to someone on landline as well as on cell number on 9th-November and I was told I will be getting the form no 2 on email by Monday but no one sent the form so on Tuesday i.e. 13-Nov-18 when I called I was transferred to Shilpa and when I explained her my concern I was told due to my academics the my contract is valid for 6 months, I told no one informed me about that to which she told me its already mentioned in the clause I told her that first you have taken the payment and then someone told me that I will getting the form 2 and when no one responded by Monday I was told a different policy when I called on Tuesday that made me very upset why I was never told me about that the only thing which was told to me was make the payment send us the form and we will have your profile floated in the employees recruitment. Shilpa told me that she will be sending me the email to report this on the following email. I was very upset with all this and telling Shilpa that this is not the way of doing business and why the employees are not aware of the policies because every time I’m getting different responses from everyone but she kept repeating the go through the clause which really made me angry and now my tone went rude and I told her I would like to talk to someone superior than her and immediately someone picked up the phone and started telling me what is the difference between professional and unprofessional I asked her name and she said why would you need that I know how my team works you don’t have to tell me anything and said I m sending you the form right now fill it and send it and we will call you on Friday. I said ok I m waiting then she said I will send you the form on Friday and then we will proceed now it was not even a minute and her words changed so who is unprofessional now she also told me it is our rule I’m no one to order her anything very true I’m no one. Till now I have not received any email mentioning form2 I really don’t like to proceed with your consultancy behaving so unprofessionally and don’t like proceed further if the person reading this email is professional and feels the responsibility how I was treated from the beginning I think I didn’t have to be rude today so requesting you to send me the refund form at earliest so that I can close this harassing chapter in my life. Also as I m not professional please don’t call me and whatever communication you have to make please send me via email.

I have given 2500 rs for the providing job opportunities but they failed to provide a single job and i found a job myself and after that i asked this company that i dont need your service anymore kindly refund my money. Its been 3 month they have not refunded my money and also they are not replying to my mail. I am attaching a receipt of mine.

I got my first call from shifa fathima saying they provide job opportunity in india...

This exalt is 100% fraudulent company making money by cheating the job seekers by quoting refund policy.

I did registered my self in jan-2019 and got a fake interview schedules and when i realized this company i fraudulent and approached them to refund the fee as per refund agreement. There is no response and all my phone calls are being cut intentionally.

I did wrote to the labour ministry on the same and expecting some corrections from the govt of india on this fraudulent firm.

Dear job seekers please do not waste your money and time with this fraudulent firm to get cheated yourself.

I wish to alert jobseekers dealing with exalt consulting placement services (Ecps) by sharing my extremely poor experience with this gang of thugs/ criminals/ cheats taking advantage of and shamelessly exploiting serious unemployment problem in india. They play with emotions of needy jobseekers and fraudulently extract money by luring them into shelling out money in name of fees for services which they never seriously intend to provide.

Modus operandi adopted by them is so attractive that anybody will get trapped by their sweet talks (By one ms megha) and false promises of getting a job but their style of talking changes immediately after receiving money and they also forget you. On continuous reminding they will send non-existent vacancies with false contact nos. Their promised refund is also not automatic in case job is not provided, instead they will harass you to complete irrelevant formalities just to buy time and no serious intention to pay back. Their frauds also includes tax evasion through hand written receipts (Without including gst) and wrongfully showing iso 9001:2015 certification on their website

At the end of it all, if you are patient enough to do lot of follow ups and ready to threaten them for taking legal action they might refund amount which maybe even less than 50% of the amount paid to them (As in my case).in summary, ecps is a gang of cheats never recommended for job seekers.

Please note that exalt consultancy is cheating atleast 10-15 persons in a day. They don't have any vacancies or link between the companies.
I have registerd in aug2018 but still they could provide single job vacancy or interview. They will copy from the vacancies in website send it to you & say that we have send your cv to xyz company & so on. 3 time they my cv's to software company as per their mail. Even though my cv clearly states i don't have any experience software. One of lady (Swati) she is informing us as branch manager (This also false) don't register to exalt and loose money.
You will not get job. This is very sure from myside.
When i complaint last time they inform me. Remove your complaint we will try to pay your money back. This also another false.
All people in this consulting company tells false.in 2005 this company manager arrested police but again started the same business.
I hope you will take necessary action.

Worst Consultancy i have ever seen, my husband has applied for a job particularly mentioned that he is looking for a job in automobile only but they have scheduled 4 different interviews which was not related to automobile. After many follow up n posting google reviews they requested to delete the review n if we did so they will refund our money but again they are not trust worthy because after that they have taken almost 2 months for refund process and then they have refunded only 30% amount. Now we are thinking to complaint on national Consumer Court.

My husband's name is Mr.Sharath Ravindran and now we will not call on any number, because we have called up many times but not got any response from your end, we have written mail with your refund confirmation as a proof, either you refund our full amount and call me on my number [protected] or i will send you our national consumer complaint number.

My husband mr. Sharath ravindran has applied for a job perticulary in auotmobile but they have shceduled different interviews which was not relevent to automobile. After many follow up they were ready to give refund amount but after 2 months of follow up they have transferred only 2000 to our account but we have paid 7886 as a registration fee and as per the policy they committed that we will get our full amount back after 6 month if they are failed to provide job as per our requirement. Now they are changing the words.

I got call exalt representative Preeti ([protected]/[protected])called & inform me that there is vacancy in cadboury, shoba builters & tata projects. interview will be arranged within the week time.
As I was looking for a good job I made my mind to attend it, but they asked me to pay Rs.5416/- as registration fees then they will send the required details for interview. First I hesitated but the female representative contacted me for more than a week. Since I was looking for a good job badly I was convinced and agreed to pay the amount and paid it.

she informed me that the interview will be scheduled for you in the coming weekend and so I was confident but when I try to contacted her again she will either not lifting phone or Divert my no. Now it is 10 weeks over every time I call the only answer I received our HR is working on it.

please take necessary action against these cheaters. they will never make any job for the people.
This Consultancy based bangalore Shavaji nagar & making Fraud for last 10 years. Consultancy managerhas been Arrested in 2014 . but again started the Fraud Business.

Please take necessary action against this firm.

I am writing this review to make other people aware of this fake and totally fraud company called exalt consulting who are present only to cheat and steal people’s hard earned money. Mr. Zaffar wani (A great con man) sales representative of this company will tell you that he has a job matching your profile at your preferred location and ask you to trust him (By continuous calling) and pay the money. The moment you pay the money, he will immediately become a stranger who will never pick up your phone neither his colleagues let you connect with him. He will not reply to your emails no matter how many times you write to him.
I completed all the forms sent to me by this fake company and but they don’t even bother to contact as they have already received the money.
Here i want to admit that i read the feedbacks about this fraud (A chor) company but still got in to their trap as i was going through a depressing period o[censored]nemployment and lost my hard earned money. I blame myself more than this company as i did not trust the feedbacks given by people who suffered because of them. This was the biggest mistake done by me.
Google reviews shows 3 star ratings but i am now quite sure that positive feedbacks are written by their own employees (Like mr. Zaffar wani) only so that people feel that negative feedback is written by those whose job is not done but i would request you to not think that way. They reply to negative feedbacks on google by giving false information and try to say that they are not at fault but believe me this all part of their game to grab money.
I wish to give them negative rating but webpage doesn’t take that and therefore, i am forced to give 1 star.
In view of the above, i wish to request all to please please please…. Don’t believe them and never go with this fake, fraudulent company (Exalt consulting, #22, 1st floor, nj chambers, opp to ramada hotel, near shivajinagar bus, stop., bengaluru, karnataka 560051).

I registered with the company paying the registration charges in january. The company sent me for an interview where actually there was none scheduled.
They have not been able to provide the services that i paid for. I raised the concern with them however, did not receive any satisfactory response. I have been trying to contact the company through emails requesting them to refund my money however, they chosen not to provide any satisfactory reply.

I had made the payment of rs 2156/- to register myself with this job consulting firm on 9th march. After making the payment i was asked to fill up the form which i sent after a few days of making payment however after sending the payment and the form i haven't received any emails or calls in response from the company and whenever i call them (Customer service) they tell me that some will get in touch with me from placement department and their recruitment advisor (Keerti sk) also doesn't respond to any of my email.
Please help. I feel it's a sham company picking people from naukri.com and calling them for such recruitment and defrauding them.

These people are bunch of cheaters in disguise. Their enrollment and other processes till refund and further till grievance are designed in such a way to give you confidence that one would trust such a consultancy and hope to get the promised services. But they are another partners of the bigger thugs - timesjobs.com from where they find innocent candidates and then just rob the money. They line-up interviews without sharing the job description of the profile where we are expected to go. And later if you don't turn up at interview they blame you.

From 21 companies that they forwarded my profile to only 2 companies they could line up interviews and that too without sharing the job description. And all this in-efficiency was in a span of six months!!!

On escalating these issues to their grievance cell there is no reply or revert even after two years.

I tried to communicate with your team member (Susan noronha) on given mobile number [protected].
Unfortunately i got connected with given number around 10.49am on 28th feb 2018 with ms. Annu.
I said given address is wrong kindly go through the address and i also said the interview is not scheduled properly.
She said she will come back to me in 2 minutes but i got call from her around 11 am.
Till 11am i maid 15 calls to reach her but no one is responded on given number.

My interview scheduled at 9am on 28th feb 2018 at following location:

3&4, parth appartment, plot no. 12,
Sector 26-a, vashi, navi mumbai,
Thane, maharashtra - 400705

I visited this area and unfortunately i able locate the address also.
Given address is farming land

Now i googled the address and tried to identify the location.
After some time i got the address.
And the given address is sector-9 instead of sector 26-a.

Now i travelled till that location.
Now i go shock because googled address is railway car shed where railway department repair the trains.

For your reference i added both the locations google map for you.

I hope i given right feedback and i feel your company is not fraud company.

Please double check the address with google map, whenever you schedule interview for me or anybody else.

You wasted almost a half day.

The placement agency scheduled an interview on feb 27th for a company called sysvine technologies, gave me a number to contact. I searched for the location of that company to attend the interview almost 2 hours circling the same place more than ten times. I had called to the number mentioned on the email. The number was reachable this time but no answer in spite of calling at least 15 times.

On sysvine, i reverted back and asked for a telephonic interview. No action on that as yet.

Today (21st march) there was another schedule with cognizant. There was a number specified in the email but again that number was not reachable or switched off. When i reached the location, the security told me that the interview is not scheduled and i will not be allowed inside. I tried calling this person again. But no answer.

I am very sorry to say that without a proper contact information, i stand like a fool in front of security persons telling them that i came for interview. A building and a floor information will not do as there are multiple projects on the same floor. I am really frustrated and forced to think that all these interview schedules are a bogus. On top of that, all your executives are harsh and do not offer to provide any help.

Most frustrate and humiliated, all interview schedules were fake.

3 years back i took the service of company by giving 4k rs but after that they stopped picking my call and also didn't respond to my emails.

They are taking advantage of poor jobless people which is very bad.

It is a low amount so one bother about it as our country now used to with lakhs and crore frauds.

Company like exalt consultancy are sucking blood slowly from poor jobless youth who ultimately get depressed and can sometimes end his/her life.

Please close the company take strict actions.
