Exalt placement proved to be fraudulent company in my experience. I paid Rs.7410/(Rs Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ten only), receipt attached on 20th Oct 2015 and till date(20-Feb-2016), I didn’t get a single call, either from Exalt or from any company where they claimed that they forwarded my profile to so many companies but nothing was true. So i wrote about them in Mouthshut, Consumer Complaints and Consumer Board. Once my review published in all media, they frantically called me, promised my case will be look upon with priority by assigning one SPOC called Ashfaq to me - but even after 3 months i didn't get single email or call from anyone.

But until the complete 3 months period, I didn't get a single call either from Exalt or any Employer. So finally I submitted my refund papers [22nd Jan 2016]. It's almost a month I am following up with them for refund, didn't get any response. But today morning to my surprise I got an email from Consumer Board mentioning my complaint has been removed from their site - as per them I sent an email to them asking for removal of my complaint as my issue is resolved. It was suchjavascript:void(0) a shock to me to realise that these people are not only thieves but hackers also. I am attaching all the relevant conversations I had with Exalt. So please refrain from registering with these dangerous hooligans, otherwise you repent for life time.

I paid Rs.7410/ (Rs Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ten only), receipt attached on 20th Oct 2015 and till date (30-Dec-2015), i didn't get a single call, either from Exalt or from any company where they claimed that they forwarded my profile. i paid this premium amount since they promised me opportunities in India as well as abroad. They completely change their voice once they receive the fee. The placement will be conducted by a different division and they will never pick you calls. Your calls to placement cell ([protected]) will get automatically disconnected saying that "all their executive s are busy attending customers, we noted down your number and will call back immediately" - but you will never get a call back

The Exalt consultancy contacted me for facilitating good job interviews. The contact person kept on pursuing until and unless I paid the amount of Rs. 5130. Then after payment they send a form to be filled and sent with recent resume. After submitting all required documents on 7th Sept'2015; I was to receive my updated profile in sometime, which I have not yet received. I had asked over email about that and they mentioned they will send it, but never sent it. Then they sent some interview schedules for some weird company for some weird post which does not even match my profile. Every alternate week they sent that the profile has been sent to some company. But, till date no response from any company. So, when 3 months validity was completed (since I am experienced) and still Exalt was not able to provide me any job I asked for money refund. Till date I have sent 4-5 emails but no response yet. Please help me in getting my money back. Attaching the money receipt for reference.

Exalt consulting placement services, Bangalore was supposed to refund registration fee after providing consultancy for a period of 3 months. But they were unable to arrange a single interview in those 3 months on weekend or telephonic. but 1 year has passed by and they have not refunded my Rs 5056/-- back since then I call the twice or thrice every month but every time they tell management is considering your case and no luck as of now.

I registered in the company with amount 5130(refundable). they said if i get ajob on my own efforts the money would be refunded and so i completed the format of refund policy and refund forms and subitted when i caled them in their helpline number those guys are gigling and laughing on the phone and when they answer they always give lame reasons

I got a call from Exalt consulting last month that they have opening and my profile suits the requirement and If I pay some toke amount the interviews will be schedule in a week's time. They have asked me to pay some amount for the services, which I have done on 13-May-2015. After paying the amount they are not responding at all. When I send mails they even do not respond at all. When I call them they say we will place your profile with the companies. But I didn't even got any single call from them or any company. When I send an email they will not respond to my emails and when I call they will not pick my call at all. the services will be going to expire in 3 months period. already one month 10 days passed. This is really a bad services from them. the consulting agency is Exalt consulting

I have paid the registration fee I.e amount of Rs 5056/- in cash to Nisha today. Invoice Bill no. Is 7722. As I have been informed that JD will be shared from Adobe HR today after 2 pm, I am waiting for that call for 2 years .. there is no single call arranged against the payment .....

Exalt are one big fraud company who just making fool of people. Please
dont register with them. Dont waste your hard earned money . They bloody
just fool the people with there stupid executives even dont
know to speak properly after the registration they even don't response
you.. they wil be busy in begging money from other to run there company
its a bakwas company they dont have contact with any MNC companies .
They see in newspaper and send you to interviews ..Pleasw all of you

I Got a call fro this company Exalt Consulting Private Services.An executive named priya gave me a call and said that there isan interview on thursday(30/10/2014) and saturday(1/11/2014). Fo attending interview I have to pay registration fee of 5056/-. I have made the payment. I have received registration mail also. But after taking the money they are not replying meak.They are not even receiving my call. they have provided some 7-8 phone numbers. None of them is active now.I have mailed them for refund. For that also there is no reply.They said that there office is in shivajinagar bangalore.Kindly take some action ASAP as i think this is a fraud company and they might relocate.

Till the time payment was not complete, i get calls and calls from madhu and akshata, but they cheated with me.
No guidelines after the payment.
No company offers.
No calls from exalt consultancy.

I got the call from exalt one lady called me name is husna and told to registered with the mount of 5060/- after that they will provide the job within 3 month and if they are fail to provide the job than they will refund the amount. I have register in dec, 13 but till march, 14 not a single interview arranged by them and not provided job to me. I have filed the refund form and send to exalt office address with all the details but till now i dint get any positive response from them. Every time they are saying its under process but unable to understand how much time required to get the refund.

Need your help on that matter some of the cell no mentioned of exalt employee which are coordinating to us

Hi Sir, I have been registered with ECPS in the month of October 2013, on that time I paid 5055 INR to consultancy. Still i didn't get any call from them, now i am troubling with this agency. Please help me to get my refund the money as soon as possible.Even I sent the refund form with courier in the month of May 2014, still they are saying only kindly wait. Pls take action against to them.

I had registered with this consultancy for job opportunities and paid 4500. But they didn't offer any job options. And then I got job on my own. So they said I will get refund amount by Feb 2013. But now its more than a year and I am still waiting. There customer care is worst. They are dogging this issue. PLEASE HELP.

Hi, Its a consultancy company from bangalore.in the month of may i have done registration by paying 4500/- rs as registration fee to get a job in delhi/ncr region & on their assurance & verifying their company as registered pvt. Ltd., i did so. But after fee payment i have never received any call from their side & i have called them 100 times to clear my demand for delhi/ncr region job. They have just sent 3 mail on my mail id for job opening in mumbai and bangalore that too were fake. Though on mail i clearly mention them my demand for ncr region. According to term & condition that amount will be refund if they won't be able to provide me job within 3 months. Now its been march & after dozen of follow up these people have refund only 500/-rs in place of 4500/-rs. This complain is mainly to bring this company fraud in lime light to save many innocent people from them. Please help to stop this company from making such frauds. Thanks, Priyanka lakhera

They call target people who dont have jobs or searching fo0r job. then they take the advantage of there emotions that we have ready job for you in Top MNC like accenture, IMB where in there will be only two formalities round. for this they take huge money around 5K+tax and keep following candidate till the time they transfer moneyin the account, they also take all the personal and professional documents. after receiving money they dont even bother to call you nor any email will be there from there side. and if we call them they will keep shifting us to different people and one daywill start avoiding. now when candidate requestfor the refund as promised. they dont even reply nor communicate. i am one of the victim. please do help.

I am looking out for a job and one day Exalt consulting called me .. Her name is Sania . She said that my profile is very good and That Saturday they have an interview with CTS and Capgemini for my profile and to get the interview scheduled she asked me to pay 4500 . I said that i will call later and cut the call. She kept calling for 2 days and it was Friday she told me that tomorrow morning is the interview and it got scheduled once you make the payment interview details will be mailed to you .. So i made the payment and kept on calling her .. She never picked the call and its been 10 days till date .. I called up the land line no one answers, even someone picks the call they don't have any info on our profile . They ask to call to the placement cell Hussain, and he just reads your profile everyday and says that your profile is in process and will take time .

They never called me after making the payment, instead i a back of them . I am a working professional and i am in a need of better job and i paid the amount like a fool without any second thought .

Now i got a good job through other consultancy, i asked them to refund my amount .

Do not ever pay your hard earned money to such Consultancies ..

Dear All, I made a mistake by not checking their background before registering with them. I registered with them on September 4th, 2013 for Rs. 7, 303/ for both local and international opportunities. As is the case with everybody else, they gave big promises saying they have contacts in big MNCs and could schedule interviews immediately. They also went to the extend of promising to schedule an interview with Cognizant, Singapore within 2 days of registration as they have shortlisted my profile. That was it. After that I was only getting emails from them saying my resume was sent to that company, this company etc, mostly small companies and many times non IT companies. But I never got contacted by these companies. After 2 months I emailed them to cancel my registration as they could not schedule a single interview for me. But they persuaded me to wait for one more month. Even after 3 months, not a single interview was scheduled. So I applied for the refund by sending the refund form on 10th Dec, 2013. First they promised the refund within 15 days. Nothing happened. So I had to call them almost every week and each time they promised it will be done the same week. I also had to send all the email interactions and copy of the payment receipt. They kept on saying it has been sent to their HR for effort estimation. I do not know what effort they had put since not even a single interview was scheduled for me. I do not need to pay them Rs. 7, 303/- for sending my resume to different companies and wait for them to respond. I can do it myself !!!. Now it is one and a half months since I sent the refund application. After the final call on 23rd Jan, 2014, they said they will finalize the refund on 24th Jan. But on the 24th all I got was a mail saying my processing was postponed to Feb 18 to Feb 28 as it has been given to HR for effort estimation, the same reason they have been telling me for one and a half months. I immediately called them to protest, but they say it is the top management's decision and nothing can be done. I believe they are deliberately delaying the refund and do not have any intention to pay our money back. I had to call them several times (and it is very difficult to get the line) to know the status as they hardly replies to emails. I do not intend to give up until I get my money back. It is our hard earned money and why should we give it out free to such companies. I would have been more than happy to pay them if they could keep their promises. I do not know how this company still runs smoothly despite the flood of complaints against them. Could you please help me in getting my full refund? Regards Suresh Prasad
