Just go to [protected]@INSTAMOJO from whom you got your receipt for Payment made for your registration. click on "REPORT AN ISSUE", It will show all your payment details & click on create a case. it will generate one user id & you create password. Then you select an option "SERVICE NOT RECIEVED" & write some thing about the problems faced by you after your payment to ECPS & submit. it will resolve within 7 days time. If problem does not solve, then you may escalate to their ISO AUDITORS who can cancel their ISO certificate. Again for getting ISO certificate from the Authorities, ECPS has to spend lakhs of money. So they will refund your entire money
