Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — unethical behaviour

I registered in the company "exalt consulting" by paying rs.5279/- on 9th jun, as they promised interview calls every week, so that i can get the right job.

I received from them only 3 mails till now, regarding the interview call. Otherwise there are only mails stating that they have sent my profile to. (Screen shot of mail attached)

First interview schedule mail (That came on 5th july 2017) went to the spam, and hence i missed that interview. It was scheduled on 6th july 2017 at 9.15 in merril technology services india pvt ltd (Address was given). The name of the contact person and his contact no. Was given. I included that mail to my inbox and ensured that none of the other mails from that address are missed.
I also communicated them regarding this and told them to also send an sms in case of any interview scheduled, so that the interview is not missed. (Screen shot of mails attached)

Second interview schedule mail and this time, also the sms, came on 2nd nov 2017. It said that the interview is in syntel office (Address was given) at 9.15 on 3rd nov 2017. The name of the contact person and his contact no. Was given.
Since it was a bad weather on 3rd nov here in chennai, i called up the number and asked him for the confirmation regarding the interview schedule. He immediately said that he will be able to confirm this only after reaching his office and he said that he will call me on the same day to confirm on the interview.
I did not receive the call that day. So, i called him the next day. He listened as if he was hearing me for the first time. So, i had to tell him the whole story again and also regarding the promise he made yesterday to call me back. He then told me that the interview will be conducted sometime next week and he will inform the date and time of the interview.
I mentioned all these conversations in my mails to exalt and also called and updated them.

Third interview schedule mail came on 6th nov 2017 (This time, no sms). It said that the interview is in truetech solutions office (Address was given) at 9.15 on 7th nov 2017. The name of the contact person and his contact no. Was given.

Unethical behaviour identified below :

I) once again, due to bad weather on 7th nov i tried calling the number to get confirmation on the schedule. Now i found out that the contact no. Was the same as the contact no. Given for the second interview as i stored that number of the contact person already. Still i called the number, but the call was not at all attended this time. So, i decided to go to the office anyway for the interview.
Ii) i went there and showed the hard copy of the interview mail to a lady there in the office. She took the hard copy from me called that contact person (Who was working in that office), but she got the information from him that he has not called for any interview that day and their company do not have any tie up with exalt consulting. She also told me that some consultants take the job requirements that they post in the job portal and send it to their registered candidates. She updated this to me and i was sent back without the interview.
Iii) then i returned home and looked at all the 3 interview mails, and found that
A) the contact numbers of the respective contact persons are same in all the 3 interview mails. But the contact names seem to be appropriate and they might be the persons working in those respective companies. (As that lady from truetech mentioned, these details apart from the contact number of the contact person can be taken from any job portal).
B) all the interview schedules are sent to me only the previous day of the interview. (This gives me the suspicion that they just want to show the counts of interview mailers rather than actually arranging the interview.)
Iv) hence, i mailed them regarding this unethical behavior and asked for the refund of my amount on 7-nov-2017, but that mail is not answered. Instead, they are continuing to send me the mails, stating that they have forwarded my profile to.
So, i referred their terms and conditions and found that i have to send the refund related mails to another email id. So, i forwarded the complaint to them and asked for the refund. But they send the mail that i can only ask for refund after 6 months as per the terms and conditions and mailed that they want to be allowed my service to me.
I sent the reply stating that i want to terminate due to their unethical behavior and asked for the refund once again, but the mail bounced back as “undelivered mail”. I resent again, but still it bounced back.
So, no response till now after these mails, and i did not get the refund.

Hence i am registering the complaint. So, please do the needful.
