Excell Autovista — Maruti suzuki swift

Hi,
I brought a swift vxi from excell autovista malad showroom, I am sorry to inform you that your service n sales sucks to the core. I haven't ever never experienced such a bad service. Your executive have insulted me and my family. As I had paid the money so I dnt had any choice bt to get the delivery of d car. Now come to the car, the car was so dirty dat i dnt looked like a new one plus the showroom people dnt cared to clean it. It's like u ppl gt the money so how cares . U ppl promised me floor mats which yea u gave bt half n dat too torn n plus the mud guards were also damaged. Plus after getting the car I asked the executive but he didn't cared to reply. I had great respect for autovista bt it was all wrong . I would never advise anyone for autovista plus now I am worried with buying maruti car. I have raised complain to them too. I know my mail won't be reverted soon u wld hear this with media too.
