I'm using Excell broadband and on May 31st 2023, we have shifted from old home to new home and requested for shifting of connection. Till now i.e on July 2nd 2023 connection has not been restored at my new home and demanding payment for the month of June 2023 which I have not been used at all. Also got the information that without payment of June month they will not provide internet connection further any more.
Request you to kindly address the issue.
