Excell Broadband — Harsh and Mannerless reply from system support people and unfair charges

Excell broadband charges are truly unfair.They aren’t charging on monthly basis.Even if I take a month pack which is around 588 rupees, either in the middle of the month i.e 15th or in the end of the month i.e 25th, monthly pack expires by next month 1st.Suppose if I take a month pack by paying Rs.588 on 21st april, it gets expired by may1st.My pack validity is not from 21st april to 21st may.It’s only till 1st may.Again from 1st may, I should pay Rs.588 for a month pack.Also if my pack gets expired, they aren’t giving me a call and informing me that my pack got expired and my bill will be generated for 15days if my account is active.They are automatically generating a bill for 15days i.e around Rs.287 and I will get to know about this onky when i want to reactivate my pack.When I have raised a query regarding this, their reply was too harsh and behaved like as if I was working under them.I repeatedly asked 3 of them to transfer my call to their manager, which they completely refused.And specially a lady asked me why am I calling them.Even when I asked them for a month pack, they refused me a month pack and asked me to go for 3 months or 6 months pack which is totally unfair.
