Demanding of payment without internet connection

I'm using Excell broadband and on May 31st 2023, we have shifted from old home to new home and requested for shifting of connection. Till now i.e on July 2nd 2023 connection has not been restored at my new home and demanding payment for the month of June 2023 which I have not been used at all. Also got the information that without payment of June month they will not provide internet connection further any more.
Request you to kindly address the issue.

Harsh and Mannerless reply from system support people and unfair charges

Excell broadband charges are truly unfair.They aren’t charging on monthly basis.Even if I take a month pack which is around 588 rupees, either in the middle of the month i.e 15th or in the end of the month i.e 25th, monthly pack expires by next month 1st.Suppose if I take a month pack by paying Rs.588 on 21st april, it gets expired by may1st.My pack validity is not from 21st april to 21st may.It’s only till 1st may.Again from 1st may, I should pay Rs.588 for a month pack.Also if my pack gets expired, they aren’t giving me a call and informing me that my pack got expired and my bill will be generated for 15days if my account is active.They are automatically generating a bill for 15days i.e around Rs.287 and I will get to know about this onky when i want to reactivate my pack.When I have raised a query regarding this, their reply was too harsh and behaved like as if I was working under them.I repeatedly asked 3 of them to transfer my call to their manager, which they completely refused.And specially a lady asked me why am I calling them.Even when I asked them for a month pack, they refused me a month pack and asked me to go for 3 months or 6 months pack which is totally unfair.

This is a worst network so far.
There is no proper connection every day there is a internet issue. I am a IT employee working from home and i have recharged a 6months plan with approx of 4000/- Rs.
For past few months daily i am calling them and raising a complaint but this is the worst service with a worst team no person is properly working and responding every day there is a internet issue for min 7hours and they and not resolving it apart for informing then more then 20times a day.
So, i want to remove this worst broadband and change the connection and expecting my money back.

Internet issues on Saturdays and Sundays
I'm a residential of bhavanipuram, Vijayawada.
Here the employees are not responding to the coustomer complaints and avoiding those complaints.
When we give a complaint on Saturday morning they are approaching us on Sundays or they will avoid our complaint.
I hope you can see this problem and slove it as soon as possible.

Broadband
It's been two months complained about our network line connection. No one turned out to do. Whenever we call for their assistance they reply irresponsibly. I have never seen such a type of customer service till now. Now they are asking to pay for the past two months which we didn't use. Even though we are ready to pay no one has shown up to work... Worst service in Vijayawada I had ever seen. Shame on these service providers for maintaining such few irresponsible people.

Don't opt Excel. they never turn back after installation. no response for customer complaint. almost per day you will get 3 to 4 hours break in internet. no proper response for complaint. on Sundays no customer service. customer service number will be switched off. not worth for money. if you take connection you can not contact anyone for service

I have each and every proof to show that there network not working. Even they have agreed that and don't have a solution for that with them all. Can you all show me the proof that it's working properly. They have to return me min 2 1/2 months amount which is 499+88gst per month in total 587×2= 1174 is what i should get as refund atleast but they have refunded only 514 /- and says 500 gst... See how stupid is this. Now to escape they have marked my issue as resolved with out contacting me. And they even don't reply to emails & as a manager mr. Venu banjara hills office head never ever replied nor get in touch with me ones also. I have dropped n number of mails.

Promised to give a monthly rent of 50.00 for providing power

Excell broad iam having a connection in the name of N.jhansi Rani . Vide account number 58587 . From June 2017 to till date means august 2021 . 50 months x50.00 = 2500 I have to get power rent. So many times I asked while paying to excell broad band collection person. Upto date I paid every month broad band rent without fail. Power rent means for my connection they are using my power itself.please resolve the matter as early as possible .

The local service provider of vuyyuru is not at all taking it serious. When we visit the office to complain either the office will be closed or the owner will not be available. When we try to contact on phone they dont even pick the call.

I am having an internet problem. I've already raised a ticket . But I didn't receive any call back from tech support till now. Every time I'm facing the same problem for 6-7 times, for solving the problems they are taking more than two to three days, and two days also. I'm fully disappointed with the service. This is the worst customer support I've ever seen. With this type of connection I'm unable work from home. They didn't even care if a customer raised a ticket. I've mailed them and called. But no response. So I posted a complaint here. In our locality there is no alternative to shift to another internet service provider. They are taking it as an advantage and charging bills for 6 months and 12 months only.

I have subscribed for 6 months pack for Excell broadband. Actually im interested to take 1 month and continue but they told here there is no wire connection, so minimum you to take 6 months they told and separate installation charges has taken. Now internet is not working for few days.. when i am going to complaint about this they told today it will complete or tomorrow it will complete and power failure .hope these issues are not correct to provide internet service. This is not first time many times i have faced this problem. if internet is stopped. dont know how much it takes to work.I never seen such a worst network in our area. i want to disconnect the internet connection and shift to bsnl or any trusted one. please solve

Persons are not attending to the complaints at Nalgonda

The technicians at Nalgonda are not responding to my problems when contacted. Mainly when I I am trying to log to the connection it is appearing user name or password is wrong eventhough I typed correctly. When I called them they are not answering and I am putting to dissatisfaction of Internet and I am unable to use Internet. Please ask them to attend my problem immediately

There is no good network facility through the wireless service. As there is a general administrative unit as Grama Sachivalayam, we need cable network system. Kindly arrange as quickly as you could.

Internet isn’t working from night 12 to morning 9. In spite of repeated complaints and repeated renewals. The agents are very arrogant. And donot seem to bother. We have even let them take the power supply from our house. Yet the issue hasn’t been resolved. And they don’t seem to care.

Unethical Behaviour and Not providing Service as Promised

Hello,
My Name is Srikanth one of the users of Excel Broadband services with Customer ID 101912 with registered mobile number [protected]. Due to this pandemic and offices asking IT people to work from Home. I moved to my Home Town Vijayawada and started to work from home. To meet my requirements I was suggested to opt in for the highest package available i.e 100 mbps and without my knowledge I was billed for Rs 1700 per month. Which I accepted. While I was promised with 100 Mbps speed I was actually getting 140 kbps. To get this issue resolved, I reached out to their technical teams multiple times and have even visited their office in MG Road Vijayawada couple of times. Where I got a chance to speak with their site Manager Mr Sudhakar. He assured issue would be resolved, but hey haven't even cared to resolve this. I was able to find the number of their CEO MR Sreenivas to whom I was able to speak over phone and watsapp. Where he said there is no agreement or assurance made by the Broad band companies to customers that they would be providing the speed promised. This is absolutely shameful for some one who is in a CEO position to talk like this. I would request respective teams here to take strict actions and cancel their business license.

I was much frustrated about excell broadband for the below two reasons in Chilakaluripet
First they wont give promised speed i purchased for 30 MBPS it was reduced to 20 MBPS in september and now im getting 15 MBPS only i dont know what the heck is happening
Second the chilakaluripet office employee(excell employee - [protected]) has very good manners he will say the speed will be that much only i[censored] want you can stay with excell or else leave

Network is very slow at nights and mornings also
I took this excel broadband network on 09/10/2020 at Eluru, westgodavari district. Andhrapradesh. Said as 50mbps speed but, sometimes not even 5or 7mbps. After receiving complaints they are sending some people who fit for checking speed only. Not even they are technically enough to hike the speed. Just now also they did the same. Hence I want this excel network be deactivated and my money should be given back

They came to home and said we need to change IP address details for better service few months back. Since then we are facing a lot internet issues and they never respond to any calls. They only come any end of the month for payment saying we will rectify and provide good service for 10days and again they start troubling with internet. They never respond nor resolve issues. This has to be taken very care since everyone is working from home due to covid 19. All are dependent on internet for their livelyhood. But this type of service given to customers is intolerable. I am specifying the Excell net Siddipet Office. The staff is so unprofessional and incapable of solving customer issues but take payments and if payment is not done they cut down internet immediately.
I am hoping that consumer forum will take care of this and try to resolve such issues to avoid impact on customer job's who are completely dependent on Internet

About new fibernet connection
Very bad connection. Trying since 3 months for this new fibernet connection. But they didn’t give us a connection but before 1 month they give connection to three people in my place. This is such a bad connection. Will wait for 1 week otherwise I will give complaint for higher authorities and police station.

This is run by a single man in hyderabad. If you call call center number also all they say is we have to talk to man called srinivas who will never respond to calls. I have shifted to new house on 12th sept and have been trying to reach srinivas from 8th to request for address change and sent him messages through multiple sources but no use. Already lost 10 paid days. As they were not responding i have requested for cancellation of the services and refund for the non-service days for which also they are not responding.

Having the net issue over 6 months. Called customer care several times, mailed customer care. No one properly responds and clears the issue. They simply say discontinue the connection.
Marketing as free router and free installation for 6 months plan with 1 month extra and 100gb bonus. They are asking to pay 4500 for 6months plan which is actually 3540 (Making round off). If we pay 4500 they provide router and all remaining things. If we ask them it is free for 6 months plan like that, they say router is not available or cut 1 month extra we will provide router.

net speed working slow than given in your plans.

Net speed is slow while working on skype and youtube websites found that speed below 10 Mbps present condition, so this can be rectified before bill payment for the month of April 2020. Kindly do needful action against this problem. No response on internet slicing from many days.
I have been contacting from 10 days for internet connection and the excell broadband team came n pulled the fibre wire but from past 5 days there is no response at all from the executives after cable pulling. I have no leaves and need to work from home and also i have waited more than they estimated for connection but still no response from the service man....
