Excell Broadband — Poor internet connection

I am using Excell broadband service for 6 months. The internet connection is very unstable in my area. It gets disconnected at least 3-4 times a day and doesn't come for at least the next 2-3 hours. It is really inconvenient as they charge the same amount as other broadband services but do not provide the same user experience. It is very disappointing. I hope they fix this issue. I have spoken to our internet service provider but they just say that it is a problem with the company.
