I have paid bill amount of rs : 588.82 to excell broadband from paytm wallet, amount has debited from my paytm wallet but not submitted to excell broadband and bill is not paid yet. Paytm customercare said that payment is successful under the order rpt[protected]. But the amount has not reached to excell broadband billing department. So please go through my issue and solve it as soon as possible

    5 days back am talk to your team new connection purpose but till now no one give connection and they don't give proper response i think this is warest situation and if you don't give am goto another network

    Worst service. No fast response to complaint and no permanent resolution. Very worst in response. Telecaller team don't know their boss number also. No proper escalation channel. Resolution takes days and days.

      The incident was happened on 18.12.18 afternoon. My number is [protected]. As usually i was watching the online video classes and when i was listening suddenly the video has stopped working and when i was checking the internet connectivity, signal is poor and connection is not fair. Due to which, the video classes which i was watching one of my view has completed and i have only another view only to watch that video classed. I have preferred firstly act fibernet and later on i changed my opinion to excel broadband as the price ranges were meeting to my cost requirements and many suggested it will perform absolutely to our needs. And i setted up your network so that i can watch video classes and other data without any interupption of data flow of network. Why the signal is not withstanding continuesly to my area?? And also the previous day i had called for the network interuppted and your network operator replied that due to weather conditions it is not possible to our network to connect the internet signal. I leaved it apart and when comes to today it is interrupted. What reply will you give me for this question??

        We using excel fr a year now.. Since beginning, we always had issues with them!

        Need to keep calling them every now and than.. Infact in last one year i would have called them over 1000times

        They never take complaints seriously! They take days to solve issue and we end up having no internet

        I really wish they give us the installation amount back which was 3000.. So i cud use another service provider

          Very worst service. Every time same problem exists and there were connection issue not able to connect internet and every time need to complain but issue doesnt resolve if it resolved again same problem. From past 90days same issue

            Narketpally excel internet (shivam cable)-- no words to say worst
            I called them for information instantly came
            And given cable connection and activated at the same movement. Said will come in 15 minutes waiting since 5 days.
            Called to head office still not resolved looted 850rs owner name linga reddy shivam cable narketpally
            Shivam cable networks, narketpally owner linga reddy
            Looted 850rs(550rs for tariff + 300rs worker service charge) in the name of excel internet from me. Called excel internet head office but problem not resolved.
            Decided to use BSNL broadband.
            On 25/08/2018 worker from shivam cable networks came and provided cable said will come back in 15 minutes and doo setting charged from that day till today 30/08/2018
            Not working so my advice for excel broadband to change distributer linga reddy narketpally
            I am not getting internet for last 24 hours. Excell Broadbad customer service is not even lifting calls. Worst customer service

              I have paid 1 year package of 2mbps data connection with excell broadband, madanapalle.

              For 1 year package i will get 2 months of free data usage as per the terms i have paid the total amount. But i didn't get my free service, despite of many calls and visits too i couldn't get my data..

              Service is too bad.. They haven't updated their systems with the payment.

                I have registered a complaint that net wire were cutted by electricity Dept. So come and connect it. Ur agent responded very fast came home and took the wire and thrown it on the tree and went away. This happened yesterday night. Now today also we don't have any data connection.

                As it's ur problem stop collecting the bill from us r provide the service.

                Ensure that there should be a proper response.

                  When call to customer care they were not able to say proper answer. I hope they were inefficient and they were telling stories line problem. Some one said modem was problem. Some says your system doesn't support wifi.
                  Technician was in out of coverage no body attend to call properly and rectify the issue. They were saying dont disturb they were in lunch. I think that lunch is more important for customer service other than customer facing problems with internet connection. Whole day was required to take lunch to them. It seems they were careless regarding customers.
                  I feel very regretful with their silly answers
                  They were blaming customers existence of fault with them.
                  I suggest to disconnect connection. I may not face problems with excell broadband

                      Hi, My name is syam sundar atkuri from Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh) India. I have taken a broad band connection from Excell Broand, D.No.47-7-27/9, Danavaipeta, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA Phone :[protected] in the first week of may 2014, It has cost me around 4, 500 rupees to set up a connection with 3mbps speed. they have charged me 1000 rupees for installation, one month rent and one month deposit total of 1200 and also 1350 for modem and for configuring it. two people came for the installation and drew the cable from adjacent building and demanded me for 200 rupees for which i have given 100 rupees which i have no need to pay them. And later technician named ramesh came and connected the modem and went away, now it was all ok for 4 days and later suddenly there was no sign of service and i was unable to connect to the wifi then i called them and lodged a complaint claiming i have been not able to connect to the wifi and there was no service. since then untill a week i have been calling them everyday and they keep on telling me that technician will be on their way but no one turned up and they use to hung up the phone and cant be able to call them the whole day, this continued for a whole week . later after a week of struggle one person came to my home and told me there was a loose connection on the pole and he said it was fixed and gone. later day another person came when i called again he said something wrong with modem an took away the modem and came back next day and still the result is the same. and i called again the office and they shouted on me that they cant figure out where the problem is and hung up on my call... i was devastated and called the head office in hyderabad and complained to them later day some lady named srujana from rajahmundry office called me and asked me sir what is your problem. and again the process repeated the same sone one came to home told me it was fixed and went away... so i told them i dont want any connection just refund my money still there was no response.. syam sundar atkuri ([protected]) i dont want any service from them because of their attitude and worst behaviour with the customer .. please i want my money back ...please

                      I am J V Baparao having excell broadband connection. I struggled a lot for getting the connection. At that time itself I felt that the service may be poor. Now I feel that it is better to leave the connection instead of commenting about the service.

                        I am Siddhartha from vijayawada . I am not getting the proper service from them, they are not responding immediately . They are not giving any reason for delay in service. They are not willing to allow me to talk to their head officer and disconnecting the call in between.
