Very Poor customer service.. My Exide integra battery stoped working after 2.5 years.. With warranty claim i registered complaint and Technician NAVEEN KUMAR RAJA from Selam has been assigned against my service request No. 03170098 by company. He took my battery for service but now more than 20 days gone he is not attending my phone call.. there is no response from him and exide customer care also...
