[Resolved]  Exide — feedback and confirmation of the batter

I have lodged complaint vide no. STEIU[protected] on[protected] and I have handed my old battery vide sl. no. 005368. I bring to your notice I have purchased the earlier battery on[protected]. With the warranty of 48 months. Yesterday my family members have received a battery no. SWE[protected], which was manufactured in the year 2013 and the staff has obtained the signatures on the blank papers, without giving any warranty card. Ironically I have received an SMS showing they received my earlier batter with sl. no. 6126166. I ask you to take action on the erring and confirm whether the battery sent to me is correct or not.
