In december 2013, i have had purchased a dry battery suitable to my scooter (Pleasure) from your dealer situated at deccan gymkhana pune, m/s b u bhandari service station. Bill no 1676 of 27/12/2013. I paid full amount in cash rs 1435/-.
After some period battery was started giving trouble so i rush to you dealer after sufficient period experience of battery problem. On 16 october 2015 finally your dealer replaced me the faulty battery with new one and gave me the receipt with warranty claim form.
Again after some period battery started giving problem. It was not getting charged while the vehicle was running.in last month i again visited to you dealer and requested him to take care of the battery fault if any.
After a week has been passed i rushed to him to get battery fitted to my vehicle. At that time i showed him the receipt against his demand.
Immediately after inspecting the receipt he said sir we have settled your claim once in 2015 and replaced you the product with new one. Now as per company policy we are unable to claim warranty again.
This is something tricky as if you have given us the good product against warranty claim as the original product was having some fault and was agreed by you technical cell. Howcome that new good product is getting sold / replace with out warranty. If you have replace me with new good product it must be having warranty as per general understanding.
I think the product carries the warranty, as to customer should get the re - leaf with the bad experience of the product.
With this complaint i request you to look in to matter kindly and replace with new dependable battery suitable to my scooter as soon as possible.
