I get a bad behaviour from the staff of exide shop in kazhakuttom. Their behaviour was bad to every customer. They misbehave me when i was asking some details of battery. Actually i want 7w battery but they try to buy me 4w battery and i rejected the offer. Later thay misbehave me roughly and told me never ever you can get this battery from any exide shop and he has the right to block any customer services for me

Now its hardly 11 months completed, again i am facing the battery issue. I just want to know how the battery getting problem with in 11 months. Complaint number skar1187625 is registered on 2nd june 2020 and there is no response or resolution is provided. Customer care is not cooperating with customer and not providing any solution.

I bought an it500 battery from bannerjee battery (Code no. 57115), authorised exide dealer dankuni, hooghly on 27th may 2020. Whose serial number a1e0e131627. After installing it, the technician sees that it is shutting down after 3 hours of charging, which means it is no longer charging. Then i change the inverter too but the same problem is happening. That means it is taking charge like that 3 hours but then it is not giving backup. Please change my faulty battery in immediate basis.
The distributor no longer wants to give me any support. Now i feel very helpless. The distributor does not even want to pay me gst bill, saying this bill and warranty card will be this. Please request me to replace this dispute battery with good battery now.
The dealer is going to tell me not only to give me today but also to give me tomorrow, in this situation i am afraid of covid 19 then i am not getting any support from exide even after making full payment.
Last day, on the 2nd of june, he promised to change my bad battery by today. But he didn't keep his word and he is not receiving my phone now. I have reserved all the records of my conversation with him.

On 30 apr 2018 i purchased home ups from m/s vinay enterprise, loharu road, satnali - 123024. During lockdown period ups not working properly. I have called many times to customer care but calls not completed due to lockdown. I have lodged 4 times online complained for request repair or check my ups, but they didn't have any reply my mail or complained. My contact number [protected]. Please help.

I am doctor working in min of defence. I purchased exide battery (Cash memo attached) on 9/8/18 (Under two year warranty). Despite of recharging battery from local distributor battery was not functional. Your toll free number is also not reachable. Pl do needful at your end

Dear sir,
I have purchased jawa classic bike in 19.3.2020 frm its authorised dealer k. K. Motors bandra west mumbai. Frm the next day bikes battery started giving problem frm that day onwards buke is not self strating. And frm last almost one and half months my new bike is in stand stll condition. I ve contacted the dealer kk. Motors but are unable to attend the complaints. Si i request yu to ol issue me new batter urgently.

I am, P. Asis Rao, living in Hyderabad city, Telangana State. I have registered a complaint vide No. STG1128436 on 18th March 2020 by calling customer care. It is very ashamed to inform that no technician has been visited so far, even after lapse of 50 days from the date of complaint registered. Further, it is pertinent to mention that I am working as Deputy Executive Engineer in the field of Electricity sector which is an emergency service. But, I am unable to attend office duties in this lock down period as my car battery got discharged completely. You are well aware that there is no public transport throughout country. Moreover, I have received SMS on 3rd April 2020 to my mobile, wherein it was mentioned that “We hope your complaint has been resolved”. In this regard, I am informing you that nobody has been attended my complaint so far. I was shocked when I saw aforesaid SMS and have no trustworthy on Exide care. Please arrange to send technician immediately without any further delay. If not, there is no other option except to approach Consumer Forum (Ombudsman) as I have purchased the present Exide battery on 8th December 2018 and it is under guarantee period.

On 4th may 2020, my car battery was completely dead. Then i registered my battery in exide care. Yesterday i saw some liquid below my car. Then i opened my car bonnet and i saw battery was cracked.
Battery is under warranty period. I need replacement as early as possible or for temporary period some solutions. Due to lockdown, i don’t have any alternative transport. Please resolve my case as early as possible. Thank you

I bought a Battery on 18 April 2019 but battery is not Working Properly to Few months. I am going to Excide dealer but he has not sectified answer.
Please change my battery as soon as possiable otherwise i will sue you.

तारीख 11 8 2019 को खरीदी हुई बैटरी जो कि 8 से 9 महीने ही हुए हैं बैटरी डिस्चार्ज हो गई है उसे दो बार चार्ज करने पर भी दोनों बार भी डिस्चार्ज हो गई है. प्लीज मेरे बैटरी का प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करवा दीजिए.

I had purchased exide care battery for scooty (Invoice & warranty card attached) on 04.05.2019 from delhi and same was stopped in the month of february 2020, i lodged the complaint and battery sent in the company by the exide company engineer and report with battery return back to me and stated in the report that battery is in good condition (Report dated 20.02.2020 attached). After repairing bettery was working but same was again stopped but due to lockdown your customer care was not working thus i am sending this mail. This is very surprising that this better is reputed company but within one year same is stopped twice.

Kindly look into the same and suggest for replacement at your earliest,

I purchased excide care battery on 27th dec'2019 (12 volts) vide your model no :- mldin60, inv amount rs 5530/-, from an authorised dealer :- m/s automobile world, 167, garia station road, kolkata-700084, your newly purchased battery is not working, and completely dead since last 15 /20 days, i need immediate replacement of the same without further delay.

Had purchased Excide Care Battery of 12 Volts ( Invoice & Warrenty card attached) on 27th Dec'2019 but the said Battery is not functioning properly, intimated to authorized dealer for replacement but there is no response from dealer end to resole the same.

Kindly look into the same and suggest for replacement at your earliest,

I buy a Exide battery on 10/09/19, now that battery is not working means battery is not charging and I consult respective dealer but they are not responding so I kindly raise the complaint

I have bought the battery on 17th april 2017 and its just a month away when the warranty period of my battery will get expired. The battery got dead on 25th march 2020 and from that day i'm unable to visit any shop to claim the warranty as government has asked for a 21 days lockdown and then i won't be able to claim the warranty. Also these batteries are expensive so it will cost me huge amount of money if i need to start my car with a new battery.
Please suggest what can be done now

I have purchased two exide batteries two years ago and they were not giving proper backup so I contacted customer service centre and they sent their service engineer to check the batteries. The service engineer suggested to take batteries to the service centre .After three months I was given replacement batteries which as per the dealer are new. But it is very unfortunate that the batteries didn't get charged and gave backup less than 5 minutes . These so called new batteries are three years old and they seemed to have been picked from some dump yard . They are completely demaged and this is the highest level of cheating. When I contacted the customer care service both through email and calling their response seemed me a sort of mental torture as they had no answer to my queriesMore importantly for lifting these batteries from dealer and taking back to him I had to pay nearly about three thousand rupees. This company is totally fraud and it has crossed every limit to decieve it's customer. It is irony that I have been handed over batteries without checking their working status. I am to register a case in consumer Court against this company.

I have raised a complaint through exide care toll free number[protected] and made 5 follow-up calls and till now, no action taken to resolve the issue. Every time the telephone operator used to repeat the same words (Sorry sir, i will put an urgent status, i will raise this issue to the concerned department, our local service engineer will callback you within half an hour etc;) and found no action from their end. I purchased an exide invertor model # gqp 12 v 1050 va & an exide battery model # fem0-imtt2000 12 v 200ah tubular battery 0n 08/11/2019 and i raised a complaint due to the repeated breakdown and unusual noises. The service agent for the invertor attended the issue and checked the invertor on 21st and informed me that the problem is with battery, and requested me close the complaint and raise a fresh complaint against the battery. I did accordingly on 21st (Complaint reference #stn 1043460) faced power shutdown 3 times in my area and my children preparing for the public exam are really getting affected. (The invertor and battery are not meeting my purpose behind my decision to purchase them)
Also be informed that last 2 days i didn't go anywhere out of my residence by waiting for the visit by service engineer at any moment. i must say after sales service is very poor, especially the follow-up / customer support by exide care and service engineers in vellore area.
Hope you do the needful to solve this issue at the earliest.
