Sir...
I regret to inform you that i have been complaining about bad services and response of your company but no one is listening...
I hv been reqesting u to replace battery in my maestro... But really the outlet is killing the time till warranty period is over... I hv visited n number of time with my complaint... I also took the matter online platform but it seems your company does not want to save their image...

    As our Car Hyundai I 10 (AP 29 BT 3082) battery needs replacement we have searched for Exide battery show rooms online near our area, Madinaguda, Hyderabad.

    An Exide Battery seller named Sri Sai Shilpa Battery Agencies, Shop No. 3-8, Near Gangaram Bus Stop, Beside Bull Jeans, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad - 50 Telangana has sold an Exide Battery Sl.No.A3B9G011271 3B92 to Shri Murali Mohan. Before fitting this he brought a wrong Battery and started the vehicle due to which Power Steering, Power windows AC and Audio system of the car were packed up and incurred unwarranted expenditure of Rs 3000/- to buyer. Kindly initiate action against the seller under intimation to us at the undermentioned email id and address.

      This is tonmoy bhadra. I have been used excide pro battery since 5 months for my bajaj pulsar 180 dtsi bike. Since 5 months it working vary good but suddenly after 5 months my excide pro battery charge became failed but i really don't know whats the problem. It has 48 months warranty. So i go to a bike mechanic showroom and told me them about it. They check battery and engine vary well and after a few time they told me that battery do not hold charge...

I used to stay at goregaon now i have shifted to borivali the goregaon dealer said to connect with borivali dealer. The borivali dealer said he can't help as they want the warranty card

          I have been following with exide care shop and exide customer care for last 15 days amd more but nobody came to address my issue called up customer care many times still no help. My two wheeler brike down many a time on road and everyday i had to push start it. Its harrasing and annoying for me and this time i want a replacement of my battery as no more repair required as no body came till date for the same even the exide care from my locality denied to fix this as they said you have to replace the same by paying full money for a new battery whereas its still under warranty. Kindly replace my battrry asap as i am facing problem everyday. My complain number with exide is ewba00077399v214. Else i will have to complain next.

              I have purchased a new exide battery from the dealer 'battery Tyre house, A539, double storey kalkaji, new Delhi 19 ' referred by customer care [protected].
              The details of purchase are as follows:
              Date of purchase - 15th Dec 2018,
              Battery type- FMI0-MREDDIN44LH
              Battery serial no. - A5A8B023820 5A83

              Just after one week of purchase, car battery got discharged completely. I contacted the dealer, he advised to contact exide customer care to get battery charged. The dealer also advised that he can't replace the battery. Then I contacted the exide customer care, they took the battery for charging and returned after five days . The senior at customercare also advised that only dealer can replace, we at Exide cant replace the battery. The service engineer advised me that the dealer has given old manufactured battery, which is why it is getting discharged.
              unfortunately again after a week the same problem surfaced, the battery got discharged completely and the car couldn't start. Now again I have got the battery charged by exide care by contacting exide customer care as the only solution advised by them.

              Several times my car battery has been charged. As the problem persisted, the technician visited on complaint on 11th Feb 2019. He measured volt of battery, he found it to be low and removed the battery from car terminal. He asked me to keep checking the battery voltage, report him if it goes down. On checking the battery volt on 14th Feb, I found it to be decreasing considerably. Hence, I called the exide care immediately, but again they advised that tomorrow i.e. on 15th Feb they will send technician again to check and prepare report. They also said they can't replace the battery. Now I urge you to either replace the battery with a fresh one OR kindly REFUND my full amount at earliest.
              Now I am fed up with the battery provided by the dealer of exide and the service of exide.

              "IF SATISFIED PLEASE SHARE THE CODE... WITH THE SERVICE ENGINEER AFTER COMPLAINT CLOSURE.
              The service is poor. Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest

                  Ihave purchased one 40 watts exide solar panel and connected to my hybrid solar home ups but it is not glowing the charging sun emblem. I have connected through one exide solar charge controller to the battery only and it is charging the battery at the rate of 2.6 amps. Again i connected to the solar terminal of hybrid solar home ups and found it is dis. Vani add more solar panels forthe working. Kindly find a solution for the working through the hybrid ups.

                        Battery is giving frequent low battery indication. This is the second time the same problem is repeating. It was repaired earlier on 4/08/2018 against crn no.- mt/ex/bne/9138959. This battery is installed in ktm rc200, in which i cannot kick start or push the bike without battery when battery just gives away during travel. It's very awkward and helpless situation due to such battery problems. As a customer's perspective it's very uncertain for me to drive the vehicle with this battery.in view of the above i kindly request you to replace the battery on priority.

                          I have logded a complaint for my it -500 battery complaint number is ebra00104564v131. Service engineer testes and given me a claim receipt and told to go to the shop with your battery original receipt and claim receipt given by service engineer.

                          I have submitted my battery with indicators at the shop named "bajrang battery" with necessary documents and told me to wait for 1-2 weeks.
                          After some day they called me that your battery arrived you can collect. But i received my battery without indicators. I told him about the same but they said wait for some day we will give you. Today again i asked about my indicators; same reply from them.

                          Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Now i have returned the battery to the above said shop. It is requested to please replace the battery as soon as possible.                               My house average electricity load is 3.5 kva with maximum load of 5 kva with an average monthly bill around ₹[protected].
                              I opted for 7.5 kva solar system from exide in jan 2015 with a large investment in order to minimise my electricity bill and to get a proper power supply. There are 48 solar panels (25 years warranty) and 16 sola tubular batteries (5 years warranty).
                              The dealer is akashdeep, station road ballia up, (Phone[protected].
                              From the very beginning the performance was erratic and never satisfying. After repeated complaints dealer tried to manipulate the things by various ways. Even i have hired a technician for regular refills of battery water. Finally the dealer changed the exide system of solar charging and transformer and replaced it with eapro 12v inverter after around one year. Problems minimised but my electricity bills shoot up to around 6-7k per month. We ignored it but for last one and half years bills shoot up to 10-15000 per month. This raises our doubts and when complained, dealer informed me that 2 batteries have burst and changed them with 2 make shift arrangement type batteries which were not replaced by newer ones till date. After few weeks o[censored]nder performance and after multiple complains he informed that 4 more batteries needed replacement and again older looking batteries were installed. Again after few weeks 4 more batteries (Mostly from the substituted ones) were found with poor performance and he again replaced it with older ones. The performance remained low and now 3 more batteries are identified with poor support. Dealer is very reluctant to replace them. We are hopeless and helpless too.
                              I have registered all my batteries with exide support (Ph +[protected] telephonically at the time of purchase and they have assured me a full five years warranty on performance. I can clearly see that dealer is simply buying time and consuming my warranty days.
                              I request you to kindly look in to matter and get my problems solved. I am writing you as last resort.

                                I bought a milage red batery for my scorpio on 7/2/17 of model mred 700.. Now the batery was not working properly.. And also it expand its shape. So i give it to the dealer from where i bought it for claim for free replacement which is mentioned in the warrenty card as 0 to 24months period is for free replacment. But now the dealer claim around rs 4500/- from me for the new replacement batery.. And told that there is a printing mistake in the warrenty card. Which is free replacement period is 0 to 18 months only. So plz look after the matter.. This is a custmer harrasment issue by ur dealer. The dealer is located at bhubaneswsr, odisha. And the name o[censored]r dealer is delhi automobiles..

                                  I purchased exide mred 35r on 07.11.2018 from s. S. R. Enterprises lal chowk srinagar kashmir but within a month the battery was unable to start my car. I even got my car checked from the mechanic but it was found that the car (Alternator) was ok
                                  & battery had some problem.
                                  On 06.12.2018, i went back to the vendor for evaluation but he sent the battery to service centre for checkup. Though the battery has 48 months of warranty but i am unable to understand why i was not provided immediately with a new battery.
                                  Further from 9.12.18 onwards i am calling the shop owner everyday but he is not giving me any proper answer. Today is 12.12.18 n still there is no information regarding the battery and the shop owner drops my call without giving any proper answer.
                                  I m stuck from the past 7 days without car. What is my fault? I am unable to use my car in case of any emergency that may arise.
                                  It is requested to kindly help me in this hour of need.

                                    battery discharged 2nd time within 5 months span buy

                                    Purchased 1 car battery from dealer the shark india having dealer code 73240. Serial no. A3e8g509181 on29/7/18. After that for discharging reason same sent to your office. Then repaired & served to me. Again last week found battery has been discharged & car was not starting. Then called to dealer, they took it off & told sending to exide office. They gave 1 old battery amron, with that car is running. Ok. But with new exide battery within...

                                    There is the wrost service, i have ever seen in my life...in b-36, sec-63 noida gautambudh nagar (Up) the staff behaviour is too bad and they don't replace the battery even it's in gaurantee... They said ur bayyery is ok but it's not then they said u have to come after 10 days... Wtf it is... Is tht a govt. Company.. No it's private... Please clear that #...
