The owner of this store gave me a 5 KVA UPS and told me that it was working well. After I started working with my computers, the UPS started failing from the very first day. I called him every day and he didnt even showup once. Never buy anything from him. His name is Vedaprakash, and known as Prakash. I had used an exide invertor battery which exploded and the company refuses to replace the same nor is it willing to give it in writing. The battery was less than 3 months old. mr. Mohit ji (sr. Engg) come to our site & demand & take the 5000/- ruppes from us and 5-6 times visit to site but cpmplaint not solved till date. Mr. Mohit j very ugly behave to us & told that I am not comed to site.

I've bought a inverter battery for power saving purpose but it's now not taking load kindly send technicians

I hope this mail finds you well. I had bought a new Exide 1125va inverter sinware on date 16 Nov 2023 with 42 months warranty from AARAV BATTERY POINT located at Alandi-Markal Road, Near Kuldeepak Video Center, Alandi, Pune -412105 and the inverter is malfunctioning which is in warranty period yet the dealer Mr. Raghav is not attending to the issue after many requests.
I request my inverter to get replaced/repaired as per warranty as soon as possible.
I have attached the copy of inverter's bill and the video of inverter malfunctioning.

Summited 2-wheeler battery at TVS this month 6th which has been return with remark (battery is left in discharged state for long period) when contacted Jayaram Agencies - Mr. Deepak said that he will replace the battery, but he did not come to collect the battery till 28.05.2024, He took battery on 28.05.2024 from Me and again return the same old battery on 30.05.2024 telling it is out of warranty, AS per term and condition of my vehicle it is still under warranty till 05/07/2024 (as per Manufacturing date i.e. 21 months from 05/10/2022) & 05/06/2024(as per vehicle sales date i.e. 18 months from 05/12/2022) So kindly get my issue resolved as soon as possible

I am doing work at Exide industries Ahmednagar Maharashtra plant.
Company supervisors and managers force to work 16 hours daily.
If no one can take action we file case against company.

I bought 2 batteries from Exide Distributor with model no 6LMS150L with a 5-year replacement warranty on 1st May 2020.

The batteries were not working for the past 2 months. I raised a complaint with Complaint number 00359905 and 1 battery was replaced respective to that complaint but the batteries still not working so I again raised the complaint to Exide but this time they closed the complaint and showed abusive use of the battery. Request you to please help in this matter.

Previously 1 battery was replaced by saying only 1 battery was faulty another one is working fine and this time same executive told me the battery couldn't be replaced because of abusive use.

The battery can't hold a backup of even 10 min. Request you to please check this matter on priority as was raising a complaint against battery from 15 Jan 2024

Purchased a Car Battery on 13/06/23 in Ahmedabad, Now i want a service as it is not working . The Automated Customer care expresses that it does not service to my area(CG Road Ahmedabad). How come Exide has delievered the Battery at my doorsteps in the same area if it does not serve into my area?

I have purchased Exide inverter battery in 2021 and is in still replacement warranty 9 months more but Exide care gives date and next date, but responded to give dealer and then to service centre.
Dealer replied pick vehicle will not pick up today or tomorrow.
If my Exide battery is in replacement warranty but why Exide not gives me replacement..
Even on 10w modem inverter automatically shows low battery..
While showing full charge.. backup time gives only 2 hours on 300watt.
Is it my mistake I have purchased inverter from Exide company.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the warranty claim process. Attaching the warranty document for your reference.

I purchased a battery with serial number 'M6F2Q193685' with the expectation that the manufacturer would stand behind its products and promptly address any warranty issues. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. It is disheartening to see a company, which I believed to be reputable, failing to uphold its commitment to customer service.

Issue:
I possess a hard copy of the warranty card that was acquired in Bengaluru. I am currently seeking to utilize the warranty services in Hyderabad. However, the Exide Care representatives in Hyderabad insist that the physical card is deemed invalid due to the absence of a valid authorization stamp. It's worth noting that the responsibility of affixing the authorization stamp on the warranty card lies with the dealer, a duty that, unfortunately, was not fulfilled in this instance.
Given my familiarity with such strategies, I took the precaution of registering the battery on your website. However, it's important to note that the registration date differs from the actual purchase date. Regrettably, this variance is now being cited as a reason for denying my warranty claim.

2 wheeler battery swollen and not get replaced by dealer

I am Pankaj Jha, a former employee of Exide Industries Limited. I left the organization in November 2022. Before leaving, I requested the settlement of my pending expenses amounting to Rupees 24500, which were pending since 2021. The company kept delaying the settlement and gave me assurances of resolving the issue soon, from August 2021 until my last day at the company. As I anticipated, I started documenting everything on email drafts for a year. However, the company stopped responding to my emails for more than 3 months. After a long wait, they finally responded, stating that my expenses could not be accepted as they were too old now. The irony is that they held the expenses for two years, giving me false hopes of resolving the matter, only to claim that it is too old to be settled now.
I request your urgent attention in resolving this matter and helping me recover my dues. The company has made it clear that they will not be paying me anymore. I hope you will be able to assist me in this regard.

Hello, I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I have purchased exid battery in June 2022. By that time I have got problems in battery. I have given battery to the shop owner before since 12 days. But he keeps telling me that there is no battery stock in the company. This is not the solution for my problem. As a customer I expect quick service. This will damage company's reputation. Submitted faulty 2 wheeler battery to dealer on 4 th september 2023. from past 1 week my 2 wheeler is parked in workshop due to unavailability of replacement battery.

Please find herewith the Invoice No. 380 dated[protected], for Purchase of Exide Invertor Battery - Sl. No. A5K0D011911, purchased from Guna Batteries, Chennai - 600092, Authorized dealer for Exide Batteries.
Last week the battery was not working and after testing, the dealer has informed us to buy new batteries with some discount.
While purchasing the Battery, it was clearly informed that the warranty period for the battery is 5 Years.
Now the battery is failed. Kindly do the root cause analysis and take corrective action to prevent such failures in future.
Since the battery is failed with in warranty period, kindly arrange to replace the battery free of cost. Otherwise Please repair it and arrange to supply with good working condition. Always we check the battery periodically through your authorized dealer to prevent such failures. Kindly arrange to replace it immediately.
Kindly consider my request and arrange to replace it immediately as a Goodwill to the Customer.
