Exide home inverter battery having issues

My Exide home inverter battery which is under warranty is having issues. When I am trying to create a service request for this online, there is no OTP login getting generated online. I have been trying this for a week now but still the same issue. I request Exide customer care to get back to me urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest. I am not able to call or place service request online or by phone. Exide customer care is not responding...

The batter is defective and customer service (batmobile) is not responding for replacement. the battery is eligible for replacement as per warranty terms. there is no way to reach the company other than batmobile whatsapp number or online. there is no response from the company

      Complaint no 00109176 was registered on June 10th, Customer Service Executive came and inspected the battery and left without saying anything. We called him multiple times but he did not answer. After that next day we got a SMS from exide saying complaint is closed.
      Complaint no[protected] was therby again on 14th June raised and this time no one came and next day we got a SMS that complaint is closed Reason Customer abusive! Really?
      Spoke to the dealer he put Service executive on conference who said their internal complaint management system reasons drop down has no other option to close complaint without customer OTP.
      Called their call center again new complaint no 00113456 is generated but nothing. Tod customer care about both complaint no she said first was closed - "customer not responding to phone" Second was closed "battery expanded". I have checked warranty document. Nothing excludes that. Shareholders raising in next AGM and court case is that my options?

        Warranty card & invoice lost, but company not ready to replace

        I have an Exide battery for my car, The company has the serial number of the battery through which they can check if the purchase is genuine and if the product is under warranty. Still, I am not able to receive any reply to the emails I have sent them. On calling customer care they are saying that if you don't have a warranty card and invoice then it's not into warranty. The actual issue is that I bought this car from my friend and he replaced...

        I purchased the AMCO battery i March 21 with a warranty of 30 months. But after 15 months battery was not working properly. Therefore, i visited the store from where i purchased it, but they told company is liquidated and battery could not be replaced. I want replacement of my battery.

          Purchased a new battery IMST1500 on 06 Apr 23 and from the day purchased the battery found to be defective. But the dealer insisted me to wait and watch charging for more days. Finally I called the microtek rep to check the inverter which is found to be good and he advised me that the battery is not taking charge at all. We are suffering since long in these summer days. My ticket number of complaint is 10243086, 10243128 and 10243120. Please direct your rep to get a replacement immediately as per the warranty of replacement.

            I bought el exide 200 battery from ap tyre bhagalpur(bihar).We have some backup issue from 6 month.
            I have complained the exide care. But exide battery executive reject my complain. He told me i can't come to your home.
            I am using exide battery since 20 years regularly. So pls healp me.
            I have already complain our area manager,
            But he can't take any action.

              Dear Sir,
              We purchased 34 numbers of 12 Volt 200 AH SMF Batteries from Exide Industry dealer in October and November 2022. These batteries are installed in January 2023 by the dealer. From day Batteries are installed, they are getting heated from outside. Besides of many complaints verbally to concern service authorities and on Toll free Numbers the problem is not resolved. Every time the complaint logged gets closed without any resolution.
              Following are the list of complaints logged in toll Free numbers-
              first complaint logged in 17/03/2023 complaint number = 00057745.
              Second complaint logged in 12/04/2023 complaint number missing
              Third complaint logged in 27/04/2023 complaint number 00078530.

              Please guide us what action to be taken against this behaviour.

                    I'm writing this complaint to showcase my frustration that I never received the resolution on this from Exide. People called me up but never resolved it. Its a dead battery, complaint was made during the warranty and no service was offered. I have registered a complaint again today and hoping that someone will resolve it.

                    I never received the resolution of my faulty battery since October. I was promised the replacement but i tnever happened, out of frustration - i started to use other alternative. I have raised a ticket again to seek attention from EXIDE and I hope this time it will be done.

                    I just wonder when battery is the soul of any vehicle, you are so lazy enough to not to give immediate attention. Its about night time and no one has ever bothered to give a call and take the matter further. I need the details of the executives with whom I can interact. Your response on customer care is so soppy!

                    Need someone to address this please ASAP!

                    I approached the dealer "M D POWER SOLUTION" from where I purchased the battery at the first place.
                    They mentioned, they need to charge this battery for 24 hours and will charge Rs 350 for this. This is the first step of battery issue. Even, if they call Exide Support, they will do the same. If it doesnt work or gives similiar issues down the line, then will need to contact Exide.
                    I paid Rs 350 and got the battery in 2 days.
                    It worked for some time, and again it got drained out. This time, as I was suggested : I raised a request with Exide, service request # 636114
                    Technician came onsite and collected the battery and said - we will charge and will let you know. I need to wait for 24 hours.

                    12th October evening I called up on the status. He said, battery will need to be replaced and I need to wait for one more day.
                    I asked for the replacement battery, as I have to travel from Rohini to Gurgaon delhi.
                    He said, he will connect my own battery which he collected in the meantime. It is good enough to work for few days and by the time it will get replaced.
                    I said "Okay" and he came onsite and plugged the old battery again.
                    I asked how I can get it replaced, he referred "Sukhmani Battey" in Sector-08, Rohini.
                    I asked for any paper work which I need to show to them, he said - no paper required. Just visit there, show the card - they will replace. He will talk.
                    I visited the Sukhmani Battery the other day, they refused to act as it was not purchased from them. I called up the Technician.
                    Technician said, he has all the approvals and he also sent the whatsapp to me "this morning" where he said - need to go to "MD Power Solution" and not "Sukhmani Battery" I did not check the whatsapp that day. See the snapshot from his "Whatsapp" - also attached
                    I went to Dealer "MD Power Solution" and requested the battery change. Showed them the warranty card, bill. They were the same people who did take my battery for more than 24 hours some time back and charged me Rs 350.
                    Dealer rejected! my request upfront. He said, battery may be okay. Exide didnt give anything in writing. I wont change the battery. Go to the Technician. I can try charging, which means another Rs 350. I said, I dont want to get into all testing at this stage. Dealer and Exide themselves kept it already for 3 days in total. I was suggested by Technician to get it replaced. Now, I dont have any more patience.
                    I called up Technican and let him talk to Dealer, they talked something and then nothing happened.
                    Technician stopped picking up my calls! today is 18th of October and I had commuted on Metro, Taxi, Jumpstart battery and been into lots of discomfort and frustrating experience with Exide.
                    I have been calling again and again to your Toll Free Number. They have a copy and paste statement. We are sending your request on priority to "Area Dealer". He has accepted your call. Some Senior will call to you. NOTHING HAPPENED! I am now fed up giving calls again and again and I hope you can check all those details of the calls in your CRM system.
                    I think I need to file a complaint to consumer court, buy a new battery "Not Exide" for sure and believe that Exide has looted me for something which they cannot provide supprot for!

                    I need urgent attention to the matter and do not expect a "copy and paste" response! I have all the phone recordings with your customer care - if you doubt any of the word written above.

                    Questions to be answered:

                    If its onsite support, why I have been asked to knock the doors of dealer to dealer.
                    Why no one is giving me a call back, though I called up many times. Everytime I was promised - someone will look into.
                    Who is the next escalation contact, your first level of support is Useless - as I see
                    Why you sell a product which you cannot support?
                    I need the refund or the battery change - dont want any testing what soever at this stage.

                    Look forward for a sensible response in the first go.

                      Sir,
                      I purchased exide inverter battery model IT 500 dated 15/07/2020 from exide dealer. Battery is not working properly when I complained it to exide care on dated 01/03/2023, A technician visit my home and told me it will be replaced by exide. All the formality are completed by me and battery gave to dealer for replacement on dated 09/03/2023.
                      Now when I asked about replaced battery, dealer told me "company me baat karo"
                      When I call to exide care they told me every time your request forwarded to area engineer.

                          My car is having exide battery. purchased on May 2022 and it is under warranty. Battery acid is leaking & car getting dirty i raised complaint to exide care on 02 March 2023. Its been 8 days and exide care is not taking responsibility to fix the issue. Everyday they are telling some stories and don't want fix the issue. I've both purchase bill & warranty card what is the use of it if exide care is not looking into issue.
                          And how dangerous to my car acid leaking from battery it is spoiling my car and not any more safe to drive.
                          This is worst battery company i ever see. I used TATA Green battery no problems at all worked very good.

                          Lesson: Don't trust exide car batteries. My next purchase is surely TATA Green Battery.

We would like you to send us the test report of batteries mentioned as the same has not been provided by our supplier. Details of the test report have been mentioned below:

                              October'22 i bought Exide battery from the autherised centre for my Two wheeler, FEB'23 my battery is Dead. Im very disapointed. im informed to the dealer where i bought. that person told you will wait for 1 week, i will replace it and i dont have any batteries provide to you .
                              Now im asking, why i am wait for one week, how i go to my office, he is delaying much more, im getting hurt my bike is staying alone

                                I had a issue regarding my home inverter.
                                Sometimes they do very much noise and also giving a long beep without any reason. Also sometimes electricity were present in the home but they turned on their backup. And do noisy things like blasting I had already check the battery water level that is sufficient. But the problem increased day by day

                                  I brought inverter battery Exide EL 150 just 3 years back.
                                  Exactly after 37th months I'm not getting battery backup at least not even 10 min.
                                  I tried contacting local Exide seller and they confirmed that battery is not working no use of it i need to buy a new one.
                                  Just for 3 year's no use of getting.
