Today 13/06/2017, i was stuckup on road.i bought exide battery in 02/07/2015.now the battery is not working.neither dealer nor exidecare is responding.its onlly 23 months old.i requested dealer to replace but he refuse.i called several time to exidecare but they keep promising that they will give standbuy but nobody come and i was stuckup on road almost whole day...

With in 3 weeks of the battery purchase this battery has started giving problems. If i keep my bike (Thuder bird 350cc) for 3-4 days the battery drains completely and after i ride for 1 hr it charges back.
Twice i have registered complaint and given battery to service via complaint numbers stna00000188/stna00001997v184.in both the occasion they have tested and found the charge is low and after charging the battery ok.

As we (Reliance Power Ltd.) are a Big Customer & bulk consumer of the Exide batteries. I feel very inconfident about your product. One of your battery cover just came out while handling the battery and caused injury to 2 workers on 05.05.2017. The battery is under warranty.
