My inverter isn't working.

Sir battery not charging shop pr 24 hours charging me lagane ke bad bhi charging nhi Hua h please help 🙏

I have purchased bike battery xltz4-a vide battery no 7h13-m7h1m937905 from paradise batteries 261 hakim tola nagar palika road unnao.

I wet to the dealer he charged the battery but one day it worked next day it again discharged bike cannot be start by self. So i request you to kindly replace the battery immediately.

Sir I have purchased my excide battery on 2/11/2018 my battery give very less back up so I submit my battery on 26/11/21 they call me after one day that my batter is dead and I get replacement soon from that very day I call them many time but I don't get replacement yet as I live in Srinagar is very cold place and power shortage is sware in winter days I am very disappointed with excide service please help me in this regard

Exide battery technician Israel came to address the complaint for IT-500 battery on 17th Nov 2021 to my residence and informed the battery needs to be tested in exides Service center and taken my inverter battery along with him.He has informed I will get my battery or a new battery on 20th Nov 2021. When I called up him on 19th Nov 2021 to know about my battery he has informed me that he will get a new battery on 22nd Nov 2021 as my old battery is not working.When I called up on 22nd Nov 2021 he has informed he will get it on 23rd Nov 2021. When I called up him today he did not take my call so I spoke to his supervisor who has informed they will send replacement battery. Today technician Israel again visited home with new battery of totally different model saying IT-500 model battery is stopped and told another technician Balaji will visit to check and install it. When I called up Exide dealers they told IT-500 model battery is available and Israel told lie.
I have requested him multiple time I need same model battery IT-500 and he has denied.
I want IT-500 model battery which I have purchased and gave them along with my original bill copy.
Please help me.

With humble request I am the existing customer of your company from last 10 years. I have purchased inverter & batteries from a distributor at srinagar but the inverter is faulty. Now service center is not giving me replacement for it. As u must know that my inverter is still in warranty. So please look into the matter ASAP. That will be your most kindness.

We had purchased 30 numbers of NXT-42ah 12 Volt UPS Batteries ( Exide Powersafe Plus) from the Authorised Dealer M/s DPL Engineers, PNA Complex, XCII/262-11. Kalvary Junction, P O Poothole, Thrissur, Kerala Mob [protected] vide their invoice number 644 Date 21.01.2019 for a total amount of Rs.145920.00.

The batteries had been purchased as per the quote submitted by M/s DPL Engineers for 30 Numbers of batteries...

Dear Sir, I have got replaced my car battery on 26.10.2021 by payment of ₹2250/-at Uma Traders, Rukunpura, Patna-14 .
My old battery taken at 50% pro rata warranty.
On going through on- line warranty details of my old battery, it is found that warranty should be full not pro rata. My old battery was purchased on 26.09.2019 ( sr.no. A1G9A137005) and claim was lodged on 26.10 2021 within a period of 26 months, well before warranty period of 30 months.

Secondly, warranty period is not viewed in my new battery online warranty details ( sr.no.A1l1B223143).
Please provide redressal of my complaint at earliest.

I was registered my complain on 22/10/2021 but till now no one come to my house to solve the issue

And most important the technician behavior at phone is very rude
He speaks with us very very rudely..

All of sudden my battery was blown up. Kindly send the customer executive and do the needful.

I purchased exide battery for my CIAZ car on 25.02.2021 from authorised dealer Exide power house, kunjibettu, Udupi. Now the battery is not working. As it is under warranty it has to be replaced. If not I am filing a cheating case on both dealer and company.

I bought Exide inverter gqp GQP 850 model inverter on 25 June 2020 it's serial no is [protected] and registered paperless warranty from the day of purchased I hear a humming noise but gradually it started to sound abnormal nowadays sounds abnormal I even contacted the seller he told me it's a fan noise but continuosly the humming noise is heard throughout the day I need a proper support from your side this is my second mail to your consumer complaint portal waiting for your positive response...

My battery backup problem issue not charge

I had purchased exide battery SF011969 from New Delhi Motor House on 02.08.2021 . Due to defective products of exide battery's quality, the battery of my standing car at my premises has totally failed. I had lodged a complaint on 16.9.2021 and the same has been resolved by technician Mr. Rohit and said found OK. On 17.9.2021 at 10 AM I had again lodged a complaint for the problem faced by me and the same has been attended at 5.00 PM after my repeated telephone calls to customer care and also Mr. Naresh.

I had sent several emails at customer care for replacement of defective products and deficient service provided by the technician but the same has not yet been resolved instead stating that the decision for replacement can be taken by the Service Engineer based on the battery's condition as per the trial mail.

It is requested to kindly look into the matter and necessary action may please be taken for replacement of defective products of my car battery at the earliest.

My new exide el 200 inverter batter gives 2 hr backup on 4 fan ..Technician report low sp.gravity.and send to repair muzaffar but 22 later problem is same...That service engineer report low backup 2 times ..But company not take responsibility of exchange or repair ..Today service engennior see 2 hr backup on switching 4 fan ..But ..No one ready to replace my battery..i spend 30 days but problem not solve..I am using only exide more than 4...

Sir I have purchased invertor battery for which warranty was going expire on 6th month this.nut on 4th month lodged complaint regarding battery problem .each every time they come and say that invert was problem .but I checked invertor with company it's perfect got serviced then they said it's leg is fault and now is okay. your companyservice staff came four times
And final they says warranty is lapsed we can't help it.kindly do the needful in this regard.awaiting your earliest reply
