However electrician or mechanic from Crompton did Nothing saying that will be done after report.

I have been suffering a lot due to the battery which I have purchased. Now, I don't have any option other then going to consumer court as no one is giving any specific help or support. Although the details you asked are as following. Just for information I am telling that local dealer has get it recharged once after first 6 months as the battery was not responding.

I have purchased a Decide car battery Model Milage Mgrid35L serial no. A3A8G258689. After approx 18 months my car suddenly stopped and on inspection it found that car battery became defective.
Please file my complaint for free replacement of battery.

My invertor is unserviceable from last 2 months. I have complained so many time but my complained not resolved till date. My last complained number is NRASO[protected]. Please do some needful as soon as possible.

On 19th june, 2021 the Exide Invamaster battery got exploded due to some unknown reason the battery was bought on 22nd July, 2017.I tried all possible way to reach dealers and company executives but still the response is bad. I guessing choosing the Exide company was not a good decision. I also mailed the details on excuse costumer care email id
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Name Debabrata goswami purchase date 24/05/2021 model magic 1050, battery no 6EL150. last two days i am seeing after power cut atomatically ups showing low battery. i am trying to contact with customer care but they are not responding.

TICKET NUMBER 1611377 booked on[protected] is still lying un attended. As a result the battery is running down without charging.

Battery voltage is 10v and ups is not getting charged

i wish to complain about Exide battery whose serial number is FECO-CABBY 700L, that i purchased on[protected] from Manu Battery and electric shops neaSBI bank, ajnala and installed on the same day at ajnala post office (143102) DISTRICT AMRITSAR STATE PUNJAB for the purpose of Gen set with GST Bill further the bill was submitted to SSP of amritsar for clearance. the cost of the battery was rs 3775 has been paid to the dealer.
after installation of few months it started to create problem like non generation of current due to that Gen set remain not in service. the same was taken into the notice of above noted seller but he did not care about it and exchanged argument.
kindly get it replace the battery immediately it is (under AMC from twelve months from date of purchase) so that we can able to run the generator in such a summer day.

I am from Delhi.my car battery needs to be replaced. it is under warranty. I have already submitted complaint on Exide customer care No.[protected] on 29th May, 2021 at 8 AM but no action taken on my complaint till date. I request you to kindly do the needful action. I shall be grateful for the same.

We purchased exide shine wave inverter but we are facing backup problem we need immediate assistance

Respected Sir,

Myself Santanu Mitra, a customer of Exide two wheeler battery. I purchased a two wheeler battery from Exide Dealer Udayan & Co. on 20/08/2020. My battery number is M7H0V117322. I raised a complaint ticket id 1504343 on 25 th March 2021 due to the battery is being discharged automatically without any reason. I submitted the battery to the dealer on the same day. Since I have not got any positive response from Exide or the dealer I am sending this mail to escalate the issue.

Therefore this is my humble request that please consider my request and take adequate steps to resolve the issue either by service or replacing my battery and return my battery as soon as possible.

Yesterday evening, i purchased an Exide Magic Inverter 1050VA, Sl No-[protected].
Today i tried getting it installed, but its main power is not getting on / panel is not showing any light blinking for either modes.

No one attended the complaint in one week .already closed all complaint same on exides management without work they closed complain without reaching on site. Same on Exide management they are making fool to public
