I am S.Balamurugan, residing at Chennai, Keelkattalai, purchased your product on. 23/03/2021, Model No:GQP 12v 1050VA, S.N.:HX00=GQP1050, Battery Type: FE00-6EL150L, 1OM[protected] SHOM there was a shutdown in our area around 10.30 A.M I used only 2 numbers of 40w tube light 2 laptops and 2 fans and around 2.00 PM (aprox 3 and half hours) battery gave continuous beep sound and stop functioned automatically..
During the purchase of your product The vendor informed me that this unit will give power supply for 8 hours with 4 tube lights and 3 fans etc., I was shocked with the way it works despite your agent's promise and raised a complaint with your customer care on 22/06/2021.
The same day they sent me Registration no: STAIU[protected] by "SMS" and informed, service people will come to my place and rectify the problem. but till date 29/06/2021 none of your service people even contact me through my phone no
But on 28/06/2021 i received the SMS from your end stating that
" Dear customer, your battery against complaint no: STAIN[protected] is beyond the scope of warranty terms and conditions, Your battery will be returned back shortly - EXIDE".
Already I was frustrated about your product, at this juncture I received the above said "SMS" which gives me serious mental agony apart from the inconvenience caused by your product..
Please replace it with a good and quality unit instead of this substandard product at the earliest.

I complained about inverter battery on thirteenth July on your customer service number. The complaint ticket number is 2131142. Till date neither phone nor technician has come to me from any technician. Please solve my complaint.
