Hi.. Im vijay kumar, telecom engineer, working for railways. As part of providing necessary communication at railway station, im using your battery bank. Here, i have a battery bank of 16no. S out of which 2 batteries are not giving rated volts/amperes My battery details are, Exide powersafe plus Battery type: ep 100-12 Volts: 12v Capacity: 100ah S. No: 4qi[protected] S. Exide battery dealer has not inform me all facility about warranty and guaranty and he ( Kunjal battry service Sinhdad road dhayri pune.) argument with customer.
