Exide Industries — Battery under warranty claim/replacement | |||
Dear Team, Its been 15 days over battery has been giving to the dealer for replacement of battery(Under warranty). And now the Exide claim recovery department saying no battery stock. On the issued ticket it is clearly mention "service battery should be returned within 7 days as otherwise charges will be recovered from the date of issue". Recovery department is demanding to pay bribe to collect replacement battery .. and say no battery stock FYR, Ack Document attached I am as a customer extremely not satisfied with Manufacturer response, and no proper commitment concerned towards the customer claim recovery/replacement. with these kind of response i felt not to buy any exide product in future.
