Exide Industries — Cheating / fraud detected - replacement time

We have purchased car battery for our zen estilo from your distributor "sonava battery service" at seva shram, udaipur.
Details of same are as under:

Date of purchase : 08/09/2014
Battery type : fm10-mi35l
S. No. : a2f4b046071 2g41

While time of purchase, we were given a warranty certificate 24 + 24.

Charging issues with the battery started from 2nd year itself. Almost by july 2016.
For same, we took it to same shop and they charged it and returned back stating "no issues". After a month back same issue persisted, again same - charged and returned back with same statement - "no issues".

Again after 2 months same.

Again on 11/4/2017 same issue. This time too sonava battery charged it back and gave back with statement - "battery is perfectly fine, no issues".

But this time, the battery stopped working the same evening, so we thought of contacting the company.

So i end up calling mr. Dharmendra, (Told to me - he is zonal head) on [protected] and explained him the entire scenario and issues i have been facing with the battery and your distributor - sonava battery service.
He appointed a person who came today morning to check the battery and to our surprise, he said the battery has died and you have to buy a new one.

I asked mr. Dharmendra what about it now? He said ok give me 2 mins, i will discuss with the person and get back to you.
To my surprise, mr. Dharmendra didnt call back and started not to take my calls...

The person on the other hand insisted and forced us to purchase new battery with 40% replacement costs, as per the warranty period. So my father had to purchase it there, as he was getting late to go to office.

I tried ringing him after few hours, when i came to know about it. He then suddenly picked my call and is now explaining that "they have to work as per the warranty period and on today's date warranty covers 40% only".

When i explained what about last time and time before it and before it? He said probably your battery has died now and it might be fine before, on my cross questioning that if as per sonava people, the battery was even fine on the day it broke back, how irresponsible they are, he was speechless and couldn't provide further explanation and told that they will teach them back how to check it correctly.

Now, my question is - "because of such untrained staff and dealers, why should customers suffer"?
They even charged us for the new battery and this time, i have shifted to amaron, cos there services are better.

I request top management (If they can hear me) to take some sort of actions, if and only if you guys want to be in market, as there will be many customers like me, who can actually not write or approach where i did.
