[Resolved]  Exide Industries — Exide dealer not co-operating to resolve inverter malfunctioning problem which is in warranty.

I hope this mail finds you well. I had bought a new Exide 1125va inverter sinware on date 16 Nov 2023 with 42 months warranty from AARAV BATTERY POINT located at Alandi-Markal Road, Near Kuldeepak Video Center, Alandi, Pune -412105 and the inverter is malfunctioning which is in warranty period yet the dealer Mr. Raghav is not attending to the issue after many requests.
I request my inverter to get replaced/repaired as per warranty as soon as possible.
I have attached the copy of inverter's bill and the video of inverter malfunctioning.
