Exide Industries Ltd — PF approved but payment not received

Dear sir, i have working with exide industries limited i have resignation for company 6th may 2015 my joining date company 01/10/2014 . My PF status shows: Claim ID : WBPRB[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (WBPRB[protected]Rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch. Claim ID : WBPRB[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C (Withdrawal Benefit/Scheme certificate)for Account No (WBPRB[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process. However, its been in this state for a while. I have not received the amount.
