I had an exide life insurance agent code
Which is showing terminated due to non fulfilment of business guranted.
But my pan no showing in irda portal

I want to remove it from irda portal.
I contacted my branch but they denied to help me and instead of accept my resgination they said 2000 rs to delete my pan no from irda portal.

I have applied a job but due to my pan no
Showing in irda portal they are not able to accept me to join.

Which is still in hold
Kindly arrange to delete my pan from irda portal

    I purchased saree of rupees nine hundred nighty nine with hundred rupees delivery charge total 1099. I m not satisfied with that product. The color is fully different and materiel not good so i want return it. So please refund that amount. I want want to return the product back. So please refund my amount 1099 rupees back.       Hi sir,

      Am writing to you in context with the exide life insurance cheating people.
      I received a call regularly from march and was keep on calling and was saying that they were calling from icici bank and would offer loan of 7 lakhs.
      And to avail this loan, i need to go for a plan in exide life insurance.
      The plan was like, i need to pay a sum of 30000 rupees every year for 15 years and at the end of the maturity period, will get the lumpsum.
      They were convincing me by saying that once i take the policy, i would be receiving rupees 700000 from icici and must pay a minimum of 2100 odd rupees (Which is the interest for that 30000) every month as an interest to the bank for 3 years.
      And the principal amount would be taken from my lumpsum amount after 15 years from my insurance policy, only that i need to pay the annual rupees of 30000 every year.
      Once after i took the policy in the month of july 2019 they started to cheat me every month saying that you would get the loan amount next month like that till december 2018.
      After december they are not contacting me and even if i contact them they will not attend the calls.
      Each and every time, different users like (Sandhiya, dhakshini, nithya, anitha, mohana, priya, divya, meena etc etc.. Will talk and say that they will help me and would not call back or take my calls.
      I have also said them that i took the one lakh as a loan and am not in the position to pay back, still they don’t understand.
      Please help me to get my money back at least.
      Also, please email me back for any clarifications required.

        With respect to above subject i would like to inform that i was taken loan in exide life insurance the loan amount of 29359rs on 2013. I forgotten i was cleared the amount on 2015. After 5 years later they raised the complaint that i have to pay 50083rs on 25th july 2019 ie

        Even i told them that i was cleared the loan. Even i requested to some persentage of interest waive off. They dint agree. Day by day they are rising intrest rate. And just for 5 days intrest rate raised as 63rs. And the next calculation came as

        30th july 2019 inr. 48, 961.39 inr. 1, 185.12 inr. 50, 146.51

        I fed up totally. At last i taken loan from mcc bank bajpe contact no [protected].. I paid back to exide life insurance. The amount of 50147 rs on 30th july.

        Then i found the noc at my home. They are planed to cheat 50147rs. After my wake up off right time. I found noc which was given by them on 2015.

        After big argument they paid back the amount back 50173 rs on 13 august after 14 days. With interest of 26 rs (Below 2rs per day intrest) for 14 days. For them 63 rs for 5 days (12.6 rs per day). They collected the money on 30 th july and refunded me back on 13th august which was not acceptable.

        Now the issue is. I was taken loan from mcc bank. They charing one month 522 rs intrest 1%processing fee its 500 rs. Then 18%. Gst ie 90 rs. Totally 1112. Rs. As per bank manager calculations. That you may contact and clarify. This valid charges to be pay back from exide life insurance because of thir mistakes.

        After rising so many complaints ref policy number: 01692628, complaint number: e[protected]b7s6 no now exide life insurance is ready to pay 26 rs plus 156 rs. Ie 182 rs intrest. It is totally not acceptable. Illogical calculation.

        They did the mistake. And they was planed to do the fraud. And they plan to encash the 50147 rs. Because of thir mistakes i am not ready to pay my hard ern money. If they dint given fraud information of 50147 i would not taken the loan. I would not ask the money.

        Is it any bank is working just for 182 rs intrest. Will do the loan processing as well as loan settlement of 50147 amount. Non of the bank will work it out.

        I just want valid charges to be pay me back. Ie is 1112 rs.

Three months before your staff nanthini (Chennai aminjikarai branch) told to me we are providing loan based on insurance policy with pay 20000rs. So that i have joined in this policy plan. But still now i don't get loan from your end also she is not responding my calls. I called my advisor no. He don't attend my call. Kindly immediately arrange loan or refund my fund. Kindly take action for my insurance cancellation. Thanking you.

            Hello team,

            I am sandeep kumar m, aged about 30 years from bangalore. (Incident started from may 2018 and still continuing)

            I was looking for a health insurance policy online. I got a call from a company and they said they are from exide life insurance and they have a combo offer of star health insurance with exide life insurance term insurance.
            They sent an executive and i signed all the application for both exide life insurance and star health insurance term policy.
            I got the bond for exide life insurance but i never got health cards for my parents.
            I started calling the executive who collected the application forms from me and he said that it would come by post within couple of weeks.
            The calls continued and even after 6 months i never got anything.
            After the executives phone number was not answering and there was no communication.
            After almost 10 months i reached directly to exide life insurance and they said i was cheated as they never had any combo offer as such and i informed them about the things happened to me and requested them to cancel the policy as i was looking for health insurance policy and not term insurance. They said it is not possible and if cancelled i would get only 10% of money.

            After that i sent a message to the executive stating that i would launch a police complaint and suddendly i got a call from an executive stating that she is from exide life insurance and she said there was some technical problem so they could not send the health cards.

            As i understood from exide when i visited that they never had such policies, i said the executive to cance l my policy and refund my money.
            She asked me to write and send it to a person via whatsapp so that she can cancel the bond and refund the complete money.

            But after a long follow up they never refunded my money.

            In between i got a message that my next premium is due for payment and it would be auto detected, i called the executive and asked her to stop this as i have already requested to cancel the policy.

            She said she would take the request and cancel the auto debit, but my money got deducted.

            Then i started to do some research then i understood that it was an executive from star health insurance and she lied to me as an executive from exide.

            So this was a complete cheating form both the insurance companies.

            Kindly request you to do something to stop this type of cheating to innocents from these insurance companies.

                Last year I purchased a policy from Exide Life Insurance.
                Me an my wife was going for grocery at Bansal Mall, Vadodara and a marketing person came to us and took our details saying that if you are lucky you will be called to collect your "GIFT". The very next day I got a call and they asked me to come at below address to collect "GIFT".

                BMA 505, 5th floor Darpan Building, Near Express, Welcome Hotel, R.C.Dutt Road, Alkapuri.

                We went there and one of their sales person Mr. Dhananjay greeted us started explaining us about the Exide Life Insurance Policy Schemes.

                He also introduced us with Miss Dhwani.

                They explained me policy worth Rs, 1, 00, 000 premium and also told me that my age is below 30 so my sum assured will be almost 11, 00, 000 (I don't know exact amount) and I will get guaranteed 7.5% money back on my sum assured every year which is almost 85, 000 per yer.

                I agreed with them and purchased a policy of Rs. 1, 00, 000 by paying Rs. 38, 000. Also, we agreed on the same point where I will pay remaining amount of Rs. 62, 000 by the end of the year to avail the benefit of Rs, 1, 00, 000 premium.

                After sometime I received a call from Exide Insurance's Bangalore office to confirm the personal details like Name, Surname, Policy Type, Policy Number. (None of the above I told them, they just confirmed it with me by looking at my data in their system). Also, they never asked me to pay any money against my outstanding amount.

                Now the problem starts from here.

                Diwali was near. I got a call from Dhananjay and Dhwani. They told me that they have a diwali offer ongoing right now and I will get Rs. 1, 00, 000 policy benefits in just Rs. 80, 000. So, I just have to pay Rs. 42, 000. I said "ok, but I cannot pay amount of Rs. 42, 000 right now as my wife is pregnant." They asked me to pay amount of Rs. 20, 000 in 5 days to avail this offer.

                I arranged Rs. 20, 000 by borrowing it on interest of 10% per month and called Dhananjay that I am ready to make a payment.
                He asked me to transfer Rs. 16, 000 in his account so that he can make a payment on behalf of me as I was not able to go to Vadodara to do so. I transferred him the amount via Google Pay and he made the payment on behalf of me to Exide Life Insurance. After sometime I also received a policy bond of the same amount by courier.

                After a month again I got a call from Exide Insurance's Bangalore office to confirm the personal details like Name, Surname, Policy Type, Policy Number. At that time I asked them about the diwali offer and guaranteed 7.5% money back every year. They told me that they never run an offer like this and they never promise their customers that they will get guaranteed 7.5% money back!

                Then after I tried to call Dhwani and Dhananjay both to clarify this but none of them were receiving my calls. 2 days after I got a chance spoke to Dhananjay and he told me that he has left job due to his studies.

                Then I continuously tried to call Dhwani but there was no response. One day a guy picked up a call and told me that Dhwani is not here, call tomorrow.
                I called the next day couple of time but there was no response.

                As I am a working person I do not have time to follow up them.
                I also explained one my friend about this policy and he told me that no insurance company in the market is promising this kind of benefits to their customer. He also asked his colleague who is working in Exide Life Insurance company and even she told that our company does not promise this.

                So, now again I got a call from Dhwani a week ago asking me to make remaining payment in just 2 days which is Rs. 26, 000. I told her about the call I got from Bangalore office and she told me that they are fraudsters and the often call customers asking for payment. At some point I agreed with her but I asked how the company will give me excess amount of Rs.[protected] as a money back where my yearly premium is Rs. 80, 000? In reply she told me that now your sum assured will be Rs. 10, 00, 000 as your premium is Rs. 80, 000.

                So my question is, when I am in their "Diwali Offer" how will my sum assured will change to 10, 00, 000 from almost 11, 00, 000?

                She also told me that if I want to cancel the policy, there will be only Rs. 50 charge and I will get back rest of the amount.
                Sunday she called me again for asking payment, I asked her to cancel my policy. She asked me to call on Monday for the same. I tried calling her on Monday but her phone was out of coverage area even she was at her home. I tried calling on her other phone number but there was no response. After an hour trying hard by calling on and on I got a chance to talk to her. Her brother picked up the call and told me that Dhwani is not here but let me talk to my manager. I asked him to do not hang up the call and in just 1 minute Dhwani came up on call!

                I asked her about my policy cancellation process. She told me that it will take 45day to reflect and she was very rude on call.

                When I went to their office the very first time to collect my "Gift" where they explained me about their policy, they made me to do payment on site by telling if go out from here I will not get this benefit. So, I made payment of Rs. 38, 000 at that time immediately. But now when I want to cancel my policy they are telling me that it will take 45 days!

                I want my full payment of Rs. 54, 000 back as well as Rs. 18, 000 interest amount return because of their false promises in 10 days.

                  નમ્ર નિવેદન સાથ હું કણઝરીયા રમેશ પ્રેમજીભાઈ મેં આપની કંપની માંથી પોલીસી ખરીદેલ છે પો. નં 3912418 જેનો પોલીસી બોન્ડ હજી સુધી મને મળેલ નથી કંપનીના એજન્ટ એડવાઇઝરે ફોમ મા ખોટી માહિતી આપેલ હોય મારા એડ્રેસ માં ભુલ કરેલ છે મારા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ પ્રમાણે મારુ એડ્રેસ આપેલ નથી જેના કારણે આજ સુધી મને પોલિસી બોન્ડ મળેલ નથી એડવાઈઝર ને કોલ્સ કરેલ પરતુ યોગ્ય જવાબ મળ્યો નથી. આ ઊપરાંત આપની કંપનીના ગ્રાહક સેવા કેન્દ્રમાં પણ ઘણી વખત ફોન કરેલ છે પણ યોગ્ય જવાબ મળ્યો નથી.

                  આથી આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને નમ્ર નિવેદન છે કે આપની કંપની ની સુવિધા બરોબર નથી જેથી હું મારી પોલીસી કેન્સલ કરાવવા ઇચ્છું છું તો કૃપા કરીને મારો પોલીસી બોન્ડ મને મલે તેવી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે

                      I've opend exide life insurance policy an agent exide insurance agent. But i am not having enough money and not willing to continue the policy. So i've asked the agent to submit cancellation form for my policy to get my 1st premium back. But agent is saying cancellation not possible for the policy which are not 3 years old. Is there a way to cancel the policy instead of paying another 2 premium, just to get my 1st premium. I am really interested to cancel the policy, as i am in need of my money back.

                      Hi, As per IRDA guidelines any life insurance policy to be cancelled only within free look period of 15 days from dt of receipt of policy document for any reason then insurer has to refund premium paid. Minimum lock in period is 3 years or in case of some insurers there may be lock in period of 1 year. Other than free look period if surrendered or cancelled after lock in period refund of premiums will be as per terms & conditions of policy document after deduction of FMC & other charges.

                        I got a call from some local agency (Bajaj) one year august 2018 back... They told they will give personal loan 10, 000, 00 for me and they asked me to take life insurance in exide life insurance pay online for 61, 500... And also i took online payment for 61, 500 next day... That agency person but still they did not process the loan yet... I just took online payment only for purpose of personal loan... But they cheated i lost my 61, 500... Please cancel my life insurance...
                        My name is gaurav mason and my policy no is 03636279.in august 2018, i was given a 1 policy by lying and whose premium was 61, 500 rupees and i was told that you have to deposit only one time and you will be given a loan of 10, 00, 000 rupees... I was not even given a loan
                        And i was told that after 1 year you will get the money back of the policy along with interest. Now i am getting phone from exide life that your policy has become due to premium. I do not want to continue this policy, please cancel my policy and return my money, including interest.

                          It's been over 6 months that i have been constantly informing exide life insurance that i am not interested in continuing their policy. I do not live in pune anymore and travelling abroad for most of the year. I was advised to send my original policy to the pune branch office with my mom and they would guide how to have the closure. Inspite of all the efforts put in by her considering her age, she went with all my original documents and they simply refused to attend to her request saying that they need me to be there in person. I personally spoke to them too reminding them of the number of calls over the months and their commitment to having it closed on receipt of my documents. However, to my surprise none of the staff in the branch office were helpful. Infact they did not even have any courtesy when they spoke. One of the sr. Executive's mr dependra paul, was very curt and said he cannot entertain this request. I asked for the branch head, sachin dole, who conveniently was not available.

                          Just because exide needs to pay back my funds on closure, they are trying their best to harass me by making me and my family dance to their tunes. Such is the state of this country when the entire world is going digital and exide still needs me to travel across the world to come and show my face inspite of all original policy documents are available to them.

                          And in all these months, they are simply charging me delayed payment fines, so their trick is to not close my policy and charge me for non-payment of premium. Cheats!

                              I got a call from some local agency one month back... They told they will give personal loan for me and they asked me to take life insurance in exide life insurance dd for 15, 000... And also i took dd for 15000 next day... And also i sent the photo copy of the dd to that agency person but still they did not process the loan yet... I just took dd only for purpose of personal loan... But they cheated i lost my 15000... Please cancel my life insurance... I will return my bond sheet today...

                                non-payment of maturity payout

                                I am dr. Subhashchandra daga, working as a child specialist with pacific medical college & hospital, udaipur (Raj).

                                • exide life insurance, formerly ing vysya, was supposed to pay me the maturity payout. The correspondence dates back to 2015 (E-mail no.1).
                                • it was claimed that the payout cheque has returned undelivered, and the bank details were sought for bank transfer. The details were promptly sent (Email 3a)....

                                Hi sir,

                                Am writing to you in context with the exide life insurance cheating people.
                                I received a call regularly from march and was keep on calling and was saying that they were calling from icici bank and would offer loan of 20 lakhs.
                                And to avail this loan, i need to go for a plan in exide life insurance.
                                The plan was like, i need to pay a sum of 1 lakh rupees every year for 15 years and at the end of the maturity period, will get the lumpsum.
                                They were convincing me by saying that once i take the policy, i would be receiving rupees 20 lakh from icici and must pay a minimum of 6000 odd rupees (Which is the interest for that 20 lakh) every month as an interest to the bank for 3 years.
                                And the principal amount would be taken from my lumpsum amount after 15 years from my insurance policy, only that i need to pay the annual rupees of 1 lakh every year.
                                Once after i took the policy in the month of august 2018, they started to cheat me every month saying that you would get the loan amount next month like that till december 2018.
                                After december they are not contacting me and even if i contact them they will not attend the calls.
                                Each and every time, different users like (Sandhiya, dhakshini, nithya, anitha, etc etc.. Will talk and say that they will help me and would not call back or take my calls.
                                I have also said them that i took the one lakh as a loan and am not in the position to pay back, still they don’t understand.
                                Please help me to get my money back at least.
                                Also, please email me back for any clarifications required.

                                  I'm sakthivel, a senior citizen living in chennai. I received a call in 2017 from a woman called karthiga (Financial advisor as given in policy, ph: [protected]) who asked me if i wanted a loan from icici. I said yes and she asked me to take a life insurance policy with exide to get loan approval. Subsequently i got another call from a woman named janani from icici, omr. She said the same and got my address and other details and told me that an agent will come to my home to sign my wife into the policy instead of me because i'm aged above 60. Next day a woman from exide life insurance named r. Joice kamala, sales manager (Ph: [protected]) came home to complete the formalities and collected a cheque of inr 30000/- from me. After this, i requested them to arrange for the loan which i was promised. However, there was no proper response from karthiga & janani and till now their number is not reachable. I spoke to joice but her responses are not satisfactory. I asked her to cancel my policy and give a refund of 30000. But she says i can get it only after 3 years. I feel so cheated. After checking online i realise that many people have been cheated the same way as me. My policy number is 03691379. Kindly look into the issue and refund my 30000 asap.

                                      Exide life insurance is denying to give my renewal commissions accumulated for over a period of 5 years. If i contact the branch manager, he is insisting me to do policy and then cliam it. I never signed any terms and conditions to take renewal commission only if i been a active advisor for a over a period of 5 years and they are saying its a irdai rule not to give commissions. I want my renewal commissions back. I am no more advisor and i dont want to login any policy to get my commissions back. The sales manager is not sharing me the senior manager mail id/contact number. There are making me roam physically to their office.
