My policy 01246272 through online in the month of aug 2018. No confirmation /receipta received so far. They have not register my phone no mail i'd, even after i have sent kyc form for updation of my phone and email i'd. So many times i requested through customer care by phone and their portal. When we reached they forced me and my wife to purchase their policy.
They asked for my atm and deducted the premium also at same time.
