I got a call from some local agency one month back... They told they will give personal loan for me and they asked me to take life insurance in exide life insurance dd for 15, 000... And also i took dd for 15000 next day... And also i sent the photo copy of the dd to that agency person but still they did not process the loan yet... I just took dd only for purpose of personal loan... But they cheated i lost my 15000... Please cancel my life insurance... I will return my bond sheet today...

I am dr. Subhashchandra daga, working as a child specialist with pacific medical college & hospital, udaipur (Raj).

• exide life insurance, formerly ing vysya, was supposed to pay me the maturity payout. The correspondence dates back to 2015 (E-mail no.1).
• it was claimed that the payout cheque has returned undelivered, and the bank details were sought for bank transfer. The details were promptly sent (Email 3a).
• it was informed to me that “once the maturity payout cheque is rto (Returned to origin), we shall process that maturity payout through neft, as requested by you” (Email 2). Nothing happened when i approached the exide insurance company, except for routine promises of “we are looking in the matter” and i gave up all the hopes.
• suddenly, i was asked to submit existence certificate. I submitted the same to udaipur office, a receipt is attached (4 a).
• the reminders had no effect. Thereafter, i approached bimalokpal for rajasthan area four times (Email 4-7) and once on phone. I failed to get even an acknowledgment.
• the matter is going on for more than three years. The same documents are demanded again and again. The local office chooses to look the other way since the mischief is at a higher level.

My plea is for the payment with interest and a penalty of rs. 100, 000 (One lakh only).

Am writing to you in context with the exide life insurance cheating people.
I received a call regularly from march and was keep on calling and was saying that they were calling from icici bank and would offer loan of 20 lakhs.
And to avail this loan, i need to go for a plan in exide life insurance.
The plan was like, i need to pay a sum of 1 lakh rupees every year for 15 years and at the end of the maturity period, will get the lumpsum.
They were convincing me by saying that once i take the policy, i would be receiving rupees 20 lakh from icici and must pay a minimum of 6000 odd rupees (Which is the interest for that 20 lakh) every month as an interest to the bank for 3 years.
And the principal amount would be taken from my lumpsum amount after 15 years from my insurance policy, only that i need to pay the annual rupees of 1 lakh every year.
Once after i took the policy in the month of august 2018, they started to cheat me every month saying that you would get the loan amount next month like that till december 2018.
After december they are not contacting me and even if i contact them they will not attend the calls.
Each and every time, different users like (Sandhiya, dhakshini, nithya, anitha, etc etc.. Will talk and say that they will help me and would not call back or take my calls.
I have also said them that i took the one lakh as a loan and am not in the position to pay back, still they don’t understand.
Please help me to get my money back at least.

I'm sakthivel, a senior citizen living in chennai. I received a call in 2017 from a woman called karthiga (Financial advisor as given in policy, ph: [protected]) who asked me if i wanted a loan from icici. I said yes and she asked me to take a life insurance policy with exide to get loan approval. Subsequently i got another call from a woman named janani from icici, omr. She said the same and got my address and other details and told me that an agent will come to my home to sign my wife into the policy instead of me because i'm aged above 60. Next day a woman from exide life insurance named r. Joice kamala, sales manager (Ph: [protected]) came home to complete the formalities and collected a cheque of inr 30000/- from me. After this, i requested them to arrange for the loan which i was promised. However, there was no proper response from karthiga & janani and till now their number is not reachable. I spoke to joice but her responses are not satisfactory. I asked her to cancel my policy and give a refund of 30000. But she says i can get it only after 3 years. I feel so cheated. After checking online i realise that many people have been cheated the same way as me. My policy number is 03691379. Kindly look into the issue and refund my 30000 asap.

Exide life insurance is denying to give my renewal commissions accumulated for over a period of 5 years. If i contact the branch manager, he is insisting me to do policy and then cliam it. I never signed any terms and conditions to take renewal commission only if i been a active advisor for a over a period of 5 years and they are saying its a irdai rule not to give commissions. I want my renewal commissions back. I am no more advisor and i dont want to login any policy to get my commissions back. The sales manager is not sharing me the senior manager mail id/contact number. There are making me roam physically to their office.

I am writing to complain that i was invited by bajaj capital from nellore district and was forced by your agents to sign me up for life insurance policy. My name is Ampreet Kaur. I joined Exide life on 03/10/2018 as a financial advisor. On the very first day, I was shown a rosy picture of the various achievements and career opportunities I could pursue once I join them. They told me my salary would be fixed only after giving 6 policies worth 2lakhs which I accepted. Also I was told that the offer letter would get generated once I passed the IRDA exam.I paid the exam fees, got trained, gave the exam and passed it. In the meantime, the manager asked me to arrange one policy to get active but no employment letter was issued.

After trying a lot (I went on customer calls with my manager also) as I was not able to turn around any policy I thought of trying other options side by side. I started giving interviews and fortunately got selected for a bancassurance profile in a different insurance company under direct payroll. Now in order to join, I would require an NOC to be issued by Exide life. However when approached, they denied asking me to submit at least one policy to issue the NOC. Also the branch head of Guwahati Bora Service branch (Mr. Utpal Bora) indirectly threatened me that he would provide a negative feedback for me when approached by my new company for verification.

Now my offer letter is stuck in the due process just because I was not issued an NOC in time. They are harassing me in a way asking me to go on 7 more calls if still I failed then they would issue me the NOC out of satisfaction. This unprofessional behaviour and harassment to a female colleague is not at all appreciated and especially when its about my career. I want an appropriate action to be taken at the earliest for all the mental harassment I have got after joining this company and please help me with the NOC asap else I am all set to take legal action against Exide.

I state that myself arup mondal (Employee code: 73334) have been cheated & tortured by exide life insurance co where i was working for last one year.

I have joined at exide life insurance co., golpark branch, kolkata -700029 in june'17 for the post of deputy channel development manager under baburam mahapatra, chanel development manager.

They have given me offer letter of (Fixed salary), later i came to know that the salary is variable which i never expected like this co. Like exide life, i worked several corporate sector but they never played with our career as well as salary.

I did 80 lakhs business during my service period and i did business 40lakh in march'18. There were a contest for trip goa, dubai, spain and barcelona in our designation in march'18. Criteria was to do 26l business with 4 nos recruitment of agents. I did business 40 lakh with 7 active agents and qualified all trip as documents attached herewith. There were a option if i would not go at trip then have trip encashment facility in this co. I did business in march'18, qualified in this month but i have not received encashment payout till date. Also they paid me half salary in june'17 and june'18.

On 6th june'18 mr baburam mahapatra (Branch manager of exide life, golpark branch, kolkata) threatened me with slang languages at office premises in front of all people and tried to hit me with his shoes as i requested him regarding my trip encashment payout. He always asked me to submit resignation and ordered me not to come in office. I was very much afraid to go at office as he threatened me to hit me by outside people.

He gets support by his bosses to do it, he told me many times that he could do anything as he has good tuning with his bosses.

I have come to know that he channelize my payout in other way by taking help with his bosses to get credited directly in other [protected]@30%, he had taken my payout (Rs. 12l) and understood with his bosses without taking my any consent.

Baburam mahapatra always shouted me to resign else they would terminate me and they added that i would not be able to get any job further.

I have reported top local management and hr regarding their behavior which they did with me but no action have taken.

After getting huge tortured i have been submitted my resignation on 31st july'18 forcefully which i never wanted.

I am praying at exide top management by sending mail for last 7 months to give my encashment payout and two months salary which they deducted but they are not listening anything.

I am getting very much afraid now a days because mr baburam mahapatra are threatening me over phone and are following me regarding my movement as i am sending mails.

Rvp of east knows everything, i informed him everything regarding my matter but i didn't get any help from his side. This time he is supporting baburam mahapatra as well all his fraudulent activities which he did with all senior citizens people, had taken my payout rs. 12 lakhs and are taking all leaders payout day to day.

I never seen like this company (Exide life) who are taking their poor employee's payout like me, who are working with a nominal salary rs. 15k like me whereas rvp is getting salary 1 crore, rm is getting salary 25 lakhs, baburam mahapatra is getting salary 10l although he is earning 50l from his business.

This is shame... This is shame!!!

Moreover they have taken my payout rs. 12 lakhs, me and my family is suffering huge losses due to this. My wife prayed rvp to clear my outstanding when i was hospitalised but he didn't listened anything.

Shame..!!! Shame!!! Shame...!!!

Rvp are supporting the fraud person who have taken my payout and my all leaders payout, many leaders reported against him but he is totally silent.

I inform that exide management charged me rs.13000/- due to non submission of notice period at full and final settlement, how could i serve notice period, baburam mahapatra always told me not to come in office, he always threatened me to hurt by outside people. I am praying for last 7 months for my payout, they charged rs. 13000/- without giving my payout rs. 12 lakhs and release letter.

I am very very poor person, have a family and son who is reading at school, he unable to sit at examination due to non payment of school fees, i am in very very crucial position, starvation for day to day, i am very sick lying on bed without any treatment.

I declare that i am very very sick by thinking of my outstanding payout of exide, job had taken by exide local management forcefully, i am lying on bed without any treatment due to proverty, i am sure that i will be die due to proverty, exidelife local management as well as exide life will be responsible for my death.

I write to pray to please take necessary action and kindly do favour me to get my trip encashment payout rs. 12 lakhs and compensation for taken my job forcefully and due salary to get me and my family life alive which could be finished at any time.

Sub: complaint against exide life insurance for their fraudulent activities

This has reference to my above complaint,
I am sending you mail by explaining in details:

They cheated me by taking my hard earned money which i got from my retirement benefit. They told me that to take one time policy from exide life insurance which would be as like as bank fd and i would get rs. 24000/- pm as interest. They told me that it could be encash anytime whenever i wish as like as bank fd.

They added that to inform them when i would received my one time policy/fd bond at my residence and that should be kept in their custody/exide branch without cutting that one time policy/fd bond's envelope to process my [protected]@24000/-pm.

And as per their advice i had handed over my 4 nos of above one time policy/fd bond (Sealed envelope) to them when i had received it without cutting all envelope.

When i had not received any interest which they had committed to me rs.24000/-pm since this long time (6 months time) then i discussed with my family and friends regarding their forgery. My family and friends told me that i had been cheated by them and also i come to know that several senior citizens people have been cheated by them.

I requested them several times to return back my all one time policy/fd bond to me but all time they said that my [protected]@24000/-pm was in process at ho and all my bond were required for it. They also told me that it would take time (4-5 months) initially and i would get accumulated interest (4-5 months) in my bank account and all one time bond all together.

When i shouted them that time they have given me 4 nos of above my policy/fd bond by the first week of this month and i become faint by seeing of this said bond.

I found that all of above said one time exide life policy/fd bond (Which they said) are recurring policies like lic which i have to pay for that said term else all policies will be lapsed on 2nd year onwards.
I have not a single paise to pay premium on 2nd year, i had invested all my savings at exide life insurance as per their commitment that i would get [protected]@24000/- pm.

I have no knowledge regarding insurance as well as financial matter and they had taken that scope. I had trusted them.

They had taken my above amount rs.:2048000/- which i have earned from my retirement benefit and that i had kept in my bank as fd. They told me that exide life has started banking business and people could invest here as bank fixed deposit (One time) and interest (10-12%) would be credited in my bank account in monthly basis.

I come to know that one person (Bm) is a big culprit and big cheater who are cheating every senior citizens people by sitting at exide life golpark branch, kolkata office day to day. And exide life insurance are supporting his all fraudulent activities. He can do all this fraudulent activities by getting support from his bosses, they have a good understanding with each other regarding agents/employee's payout which they are taking day to day. He was also doing forgery activities (Pan, aadhar card duplications) by his laptop which he told that laptop had been stolen on 31st march'18. This is very very unfortunate that exide life insurance such a irda listed company are recruiting such fraud, cheater people like that person and have given such a senior label position like branch manager. Every common people like me should trust a branch manager of a listed co.

After taking 30 days of time they mailed that they would not cancel my above policies. Their people called me, i told him that your fraud employee cheated me by getting support from exide co. He had taken all bonds (In sealed envelope position) when that i received. And he returned all bonds first week of last month. I couldn't check their terms and conditions which they are telling now, he intentionally done it, he knew that i must cancel all bonds if i able to see their terms & conditions that time when i received that.

He didn't give me scope for cancellation at free look period.

I am a retired person (63 years old) & got above all money as retirement benefit and had kept in bank (Fd) & was getting interest from bank per month for which i was maintaining my family.

Now i am totally helpless and not have a single paise to buy medicines for me and my wife. We are heart patient and have high blood sugar and high blood pressure.

Kindly aware of exide life insurance...

I come to know that one person (Bm) is a big culprit and big cheater who are cheating every senior citizens people by sitting at exide life golpark branch, kolkata office day to day. And exide life insurance are supporting his all fraudulent activities. He can do all this fraudulent activities by getting support from his bosses, they have a good understanding with each other regarding agents/employee's payout which they are taking day to day. He was also doing forgery activities (Pan, aadhar card duplications) by his laptop which he told that laptop had been stolen on 31st march'18. This is very very unfortunate that exide life insurance such a irda listed company are recruiting such fraud, cheater people like that person and have given such a senior label position like branch manager. Every common people like me should trust a branch manager of a listed co.

After taking 30 days of time they mailed that they would not cancel my above policies. Their people called me, i told him that your fraud employee cheated me by getting support from exide co. He had taken all bonds (In sealed envelope position) when that i received. And he returned all bonds first week of last month. I couldn't check their terms and conditions which they are telling now, he intentionally done it, he knew that i must cancel all bonds if i able to see their terms & conditions that time when i received that.

He didn't give me scope for cancellation at free look period.

I am a retired person (63 years old) & got above all money as retirement benefit and had kept in bank (Fd) & was getting interest from bank per month for which i was maintaining my family.

Now i am totally helpless and not have a single paise to buy medicines for me and my wife. We are heart patient and have high blood sugar and high blood pressure.

Sub: complaint against exide life insurance for their fraudulent activities

This has reference to my above complaint,
I am sending you mail by explaining in details:

They cheated me by taking my hard earned money which i got from my retirement benefit. They told me that to take one time policy from exide life insurance which would be as like as bank fd and i would get rs. 24000/- pm as interest. They told me that it could be encash anytime whenever i wish as like as bank fd.

They added that to inform them when i would received my one time policy/fd bond at my residence and that should be kept in their custody/exide branch without cutting that one time policy/fd bond's envelope to process my [protected]@24000/-pm.

And as per their advice i had handed over my 4 nos of above one time policy/fd bond (Sealed envelope) to them when i had received it without cutting all envelope.

When i had not received any interest which they had committed to me rs.24000/-pm since this long time (6 months time) then i discussed with my family and friends regarding their forgery. My family and friends told me that i had been cheated by them and also i come to know that several senior citizens people have been cheated by them.

I requested them several times to return back my all one time policy/fd bond to me but all time they said that my [protected]@24000/-pm was in process at ho and all my bond were required for it. They also told me that it would take time (4-5 months) initially and i would get accumulated interest (4-5 months) in my bank account and all one time bond all together.

When i shouted them that time they have given me 4 nos of above my policy/fd bond by the first week of this month and i become faint by seeing of this said bond.

I found that all of above said one time exide life policy/fd bond (Which they said) are recurring policies like lic which i have to pay for that said term else all policies will be lapsed on 2nd year onwards.
I have not a single paise to pay premium on 2nd year, i had invested all my savings at exide life insurance as per their commitment that i would get [protected]@24000/- pm.

I have no knowledge regarding insurance as well as financial matter and they had taken that scope. I had trusted them.

They had taken my above amount rs.:2048000/- which i have earned from my retirement benefit and that i had kept in my bank as fd. They told me that exide life has started banking business and people could invest here as bank fixed deposit (One time) and interest (10-12%) would be credited in my bank account in monthly basis.

I have paid the premium for
My policy 01246272 through online in the month of aug 2018. No confirmation /receipta received so far. They have not register my phone no mail i'd, even after i have sent kyc form for updation of my phone and email i'd. So many times i requested through customer care by phone and their portal. No response from the insurance company. Kindly do the needful.

I (NEHA CHOPRA) have taken a policy o[censored]LIP plan from Exide Life Insurance on 28th Aug 2016. Now due to some unforseeable personal critical health situation, I can't pursue further with Policy. Hence I requested branch team to initiate surrender process as on 20th Aug when Surrender value was INR 98K which will be given to us in just 15 days. Now Branch staff changed their words and talked very badly to me in office premises and given threat that Amount will be not INR 98K and also will be returned after 5 years only. hence request to please raise this as Lady harassment done by this Company Branch staff and when I require money for some critical purpose then they are just changing their words from what they have given earlier.

An insurance policy of rs 49000 taken from excide life before 5 months ago.

I got call from excide life insurance name kunal bajaj & asking that are u looking for loan. I said yes then i asked what's the process then he said that you have to make two policy & against that we provide loan then he ask how much loan is required. I said 3 lac then he said you have to pay 5 lac for 10 yr and the policy which u will make became ours. Then i said ok and i sad that i will make payment which is 49k per yr and he informed the same procedure hdfc policy. And he also asked me not to inform them that i am taking loan against this so i didn't told anything to them and then i got call from customer care also and he asked me not to inform them also and customer care people told me that you will not get any loan against this then i asked them that person then he said they are saying like this only, if i tell them then they will ask for the commission finally then policy was made and after that he was just saying that it's under process and it will be done in 8 days then he said like that he was just passing the time. After that he said i have to open same policy to the another once in my relatives. So i have make policy of 49 k and the same is refundable after your loan amount is disabuse in your account. Later he will not cancel the policy. He has said made the same total 6 policy. But he has not cancel any policy.
Then he call me after two days and said take hdfc policy for further processing to disbussing the loan amount. After i take that policy but didn't any loan amount credit in my account and he didn't cancle any my policy.
Now he is no more picking the call and i have not received any loan also. I didn't want any policy which done by fraud i want cancle the policy and i want my money return and i will also going to complain for the same to policy and media if my case is not solved as i have all recording in my mobile.

This company takes rs 2000 / at first for the training and promise to return it from salary. After training they force me for insurance upto rs 2, 00, 000 for a single month. One of the adm (Mrs soumita dasgupta from mangoe lane branch) rigorously pressurize and after a month she excuses that you will not get any salary for this month but next month your previous month salary will be added. This person is totally fake. I didn't get any money till now and this people now saying that there is no monthly fixed salary for this company. Please take serious action on this person.

I was offered a gift via phone and they asked me to receive it from a address.
When we reached they forced me and my wife to purchase their policy.
They asked for my atm and deducted the premium also at same time.
When i denied from giving my identity and address proof and asked them to refund the same the have been littering the matter since last 2 months.
Their branch head, called her name as ms riya from jalandhar is not even picking my phone nw.
Email have been sent to exide life but of no use.
Urs is worse than worst company i have even seen.
Kindly never attend to any function of exide life as they will make you loose your valuable money.
