1. Policy number 03319366 has been collected by exide life insurance agent & he provided me documents receive receipt. Which i have attached below. When i went to your branch for the 2nd time complaint that time i provide them xerox copy of same policy which i have.

2.in policy number 03335234 there is no illustration form in that policy.

3. On policy number 03335234 in application form life to be assured is mohammad saad but policy is issued on the name of wahid taibani.

4. If you say mr. Wahid taibani is the policy holder then his medical issue is not mentioned in the policy. Mr. Wahid taibani is having heart problem. So as per insurance guidelines he is not medically fit for insurance on regular premium.

5. On application form they stick wahid’s photo & filled the details of saad taibanis details.

6. All the signature on the application form are totally fraud. Even a blind man also will find the difference between actual signature which available on application form photo & fraud signatures which available on end of the application form. But still your underwriter did not find any difference while issuing the policy. That clearly shows how much he qualified for this job & how blindly he is issuing the policies. May be he is on the pay role of gvr broker that is the reason he blindly issued policy.

7. If the policy holder is wahid taibani then how can company did not check his children’s age which is mentioned 6 months in policy?

8.in signature of advisor gvr signed after satisfaction of customer. I want to know did he come to mumbai to make me understand this policy? Is he blind or what that he did not even think twice before filling up that application form? Does he deserve brokerage license?

    I, Sandeep Kumar am a policy holder of Exide Life Insurance Co. My Policy Number is 2850188. A call received from a employee Mr Sumit Ahuja (Mob No-[protected]) that you have a bonus of Rs 18, 000/-agaist your policy and agent has applied for cancellation. If you want your bonus you have to deposit security money of Rs 12, 500/- which will be refundable for cancellation of agent code from your policy. Then a second employee Mr Suresh Kumar Negi (Mob No-[protected]) has given a CA account number (A/C No-[protected] IFSC-SBIN0013409, A/C Holder Name- Ram Bharose) for depositing of security money. I have deposited Rs 12, 500/- on that account on 10/03/18. After that Mr Negi informed me that you will be agent of my company and for this you have to deposit Rs 27, 000/- (refundable with your bonus) to select a plan. On 11/04/18 I have deposited 27, 000/- on same account. On 12/04/18 Mr Negi informed me that your total fund became Rs 1, 27, 422/- and could not be transferred due to you are not paid your GST 18% tax and also told me that pay 18% of total fund to get your fund. Then on 13/04/18 I have deposited Rs 35, 680/- on same account as GST. On 20/04/18 an employee Mr Raj Shekhar (Mob No-[protected]) informed me that your fund is pending due to want of security money Rs 37, 000/- (Refundable). Then I deposited Rs 37, 000/- on same account. On 23/04/18 Mr Raj Shekhar informed me that you have to deposit Rs 31, 000/-(as security Money refundable ) on same account to get your fund amounting Rs 2, 02, 499/-. Now I am unable to deposit this amount.

    I have deposited total (12500+27000+35600+37000) Rs 1, 12, 100/- to that account and not get any refund till date.

    Therefore, you are requested to intervene the matter to get my security money back.

      Sir/Madam,

      With reference to the above captioned subject that I ( WANGA AMBIKESHWA KRISHNAHARI) had taken a life insurance policy of the Exide life insurance policy as per requested by my friend namely Mr sachin Ramesh Battin ( working in exide life insurance co - Ahmednagar branch- savedi )( Rs 12ooo/- policy amount)

      But company has rejected my policy due to fail in medical examination and requested me to draw another policy. But i insist them to draw same policy or return me my money.

      Then they told me to give copies of bank passbook and taken sign on blank paper and said your money will be remitted by neft/rtgs by the company.

      Thereafter many times I requested them about my money.but all the time they told me don, t worry you will get your money soon.I also requested on helpline numbers of the compay but they told you consult manager.we cannot do anything and cut the phone.

      Then one day I have received a new policy documents of Exide life insurance policy. I brought those documents to the office and told them how this policy drawn . All signature of me and nominees are signed by them without knowing me.
      Then again they assure me don, t worry we will cancell the same and remitt your money as early as possible.
      All this matter is happening from last six month. I have many time request on phone but each time the same answar. Now I am tired and finally
      decided to complaint .
      By keeping faith on my friend I have given all the documents to them. Now I have no policy documents.But all signature are made by them on policy.

      So, may I request you to please guide me and file complaint( FIR ) against company and employees of company.

        From last sep, i am facing issues with the ecs transaction. Umpteen no. Of times, i have visited exide office and paid the premium with interest with no fault of mine. I have 10 times more of balance in my account and everytime i get a message that ecs is not cleared due to insufficient funds. My credibility is lost here.

        Inspite of paying with interest, i get a call that i have not paid my premiums from last october and my policy is lapsed.

        If this is the case, how can i believe that once my policy is matured, i will get my money back.

        I also begged your team to close my policy as i cannot undergo this torture every month and also saying that i have not paid for last 6 months. This is affecting my health both physically and mentally as i am worried about my hard earned money.

        I have taken a life insurance and do not want to spoil my health like this. Can you please help me close this policy with immediate effect and ensure that all the money that i have paid so far is returned back to me.

        If you are not able to solve this issue, let me know and i will take it up with the concerned authorities legally.

        Becoz of this issue, i have been running to banks and your exide offices and also having sleepless nights due to the phone calls i am receiving

            exide life insurance cancellation of policies, 20% refund?

            Hi, i am a policy holder with exide life insurance company since year 2010 and it's "survival benefit payouts". My yearly premium is around rs. 50000 which is paid, and i've paid around 2, 50, 000/- when i inquired about the procedure to surrender my policy, they said that it's only 20% of my premium paid amount.in simple words, i'll be losing 80% of my premiums paid. I don't know on what basis, exide life insurance can take 80% of my money...

            I would like to bring in to your notice that on 11th Dec 2017, I got a call from Mr. Rahul with Number, [protected], telling me about loan on bond with 0% interest. I asked for details so they explained me that we will give me a loan of Rs.350000, for which i need to buy a bond for Rs.35000/- and this will be the EMI for first years, so for 10 years I need to pay Rs.35000 and the bond will be of Bajaj Finance. Getting the scheme Ms. Arushi Pathak called me +91 [protected]/ [protected] saying we will give you the loan amount within 15 days of bond, I purchased the bond of Exide Life Secured Income Insurance Plus with Policy number 03690545, on 15th Dec 2017.

            Ms. Arushi Pathak continuously called me asking me the copy of bond. On 1st January 2018, I got the copy of Insurance Bond, and since then this lady pressurized me on loan will be transferred within one weak, two weak. Nothing happened, It was my wedding in February, when I needed the money, she never gave me any loan, now when I asked her to cancel my policy she is not picking my calls. This has been a mental torture for me, EXIDE has agents who are making fake calls and doing this from alot of people, strange is EXIDE is not taking any action against them. I had a word with Mr. Jitender and Mr. Abhishek, who came to resolve the issue and accepted, that their agents make such calls to meet the targets. That's the worst thing, today I get a call, that please take a policy of Rs.15000, rest amount will be refunded. That shows how cheap is their marketing strategy. I am under so much pressure and stress because I feel its all fake.

              Dear sir on telephonic discussion mr. Rajiv mishra introducing himself sr. A. R. M. Excide delhi mobile no :[[protected]] given policy of exide of rs 30000 (Policy no.[protected] and told the benefit that company will give case back of 20% of total premium paid due to online payment rs. 750 for pension and but when i demanded about benefit still not given also another policy given rs 50000 (Policy no.[protected] as a single time investment after 3 years rs. 87000 will be returned and told special benefit about branch code (Brch/exidcd83518/80k/rt given by company and your policy automatic be cancelled and money will return and you will rs. 15000 as agent incentive. But when received the welcome kit bond paper i conveyed him that it is total unacceptable and contradictory what he promised at time of policy purchasing. Then he told me that it general paper and final legal bond paper will be sent later and company will refund all premium paid by after deducting rs. 5. But i have not legal bond paper so far and not even a single rupee credited in my account. Suddenly he changed his mobile no ([protected]) and no ([protected]). All payment given by by net banking so by fraud he sold policy to the person. Please take action and stop fraudulent. Most wondering thing is that my agent belongs from metis marketing pvt. Ltd. Which is unknown for me. One more friend of mr. Rajiv has given mobile no. Mr. Chouhan ([protected]) who has been promising me that he is sending document and benefits since janauary.

              I want justice. I want my total paid money with interest and all benefits promised by him.

                  I had transferred my lifetime of pensions from nhs uk few years ago, under the qrops scheme to exide life golden years policy [removed]. Ever since the transfer, i have struggled to access the account. The login portal provides very rudimentary details and i am concerned that my asset value has not shown any growth in 3 years despite indian stock markets posting bumper returns in this period.

                  I have contacted mr [removed] (Dgm, overseas pension transfers) multiple times on phone, to which everytime he assured me a callback but never did. I sent an email last week to his mail id [removed]. [removed], but have had no response.

                  I want more transparency and real time information on how my pension is growing (Or, in this case, not growing). I am disappointed that there has been zero response by the dgm with regards to my repeated queries, and am very concerned if i have been a victim of financial scam in transferring my lifetime pension to your company.

                    You are advised not to attempt any direct debit on the above mentioned policy including following policy nos.

                    All the above three policies were sold to me with certain commitments and i am shocked that none of these have been met till date. I am feeling cheated and dejected that your representative could fool me to extract my hard earned money by promising several benefits.

                    I was sold the policies in quick succession by your staff manish jain ([protected]), pooja sharma ([protected], [protected]), komal khandelwal (From land line) and anil sharma ([protected]).

                    I was promised
                    an immediate payout of rs. 46, 700/- as yearly dividend, in lieu of the policy no. 03525168
                    Then they pursued me to invest in another policy which will make me partner and benefit would be
                    a monthly payout of ~rs. 4-5 lakhs per month as agency commission since i will be enrolled as partner and many policies of anil sharma are going to be booked under my reference, in lieu of policy no. 03538046
                    Then they told me by buy another special policy which is only sold to partners to establish that the payout is happening to the right person and will fetch a scholarship as well for the child
                    scholarship in terms of fee waiver on my sons education upto 50% of the tuition fee in lieu of policy no. 03538098

                    In addition to all the above a health insurance of rs. 10 lakhs for the entire family will also be provided.

                    In this context i visited your office at connaught place in delhi and with great difficulty i could meet mr. Manish arora (Then responsible for north india business). He also expressed no interest in my grievance.

                    I want that these people should immediately be booked for cheating, fraud and breach of the faith established between vendor and customer.

                    I demand a suitable compensation for the loss.

                      I am life insurance policy holder in your esteemed concern. My policy no. Is 02528739. I have paid second term premium in advance & also received the acknowledgement. But when i have gone through your website to download premium paid certificate it is showing only one (1st term) premium payment. When i enquired with your customer care representative he told me that it will affect only after due date. My concern is that when i am making premium payment in advance & you are accepting it whyit is not showing in premium paid certificate? Where as i have done similar payment with other co. They are showing it. Either you have disallow for advance payment or you have to upgrade the system so payment can be reflected in premium paid certificate. You are charging us interest for delayed payment but we are not getting anything for advance payment? I believe exide life is a mnc & its your duty to fulfill customers silly request & respect to our time & energy which we are putting behind you.

                          I am sorry to inform you that i made one policy in favour of my son mr. Soumya kanti saha, but payment made through my company account i. E. Utkal metalwares on 23.01.2018. After repeated calling to your local agent mr. Soumya as well as your cuttack branch manager mr. Ashis rout regarding the issue of policy, they just giving nos. Of excuse which is not acceptable by me. Your branch manager also denying my sms which showing in my mobile that he received and read that message. Now, i am directing to your goodself to cancel my policy immediately and return my invested amount along with penal interest which you hold for near about two months without any further delay. If it not been done within a week, then i don't have any option but to move to the court of law.

And hr mr achintya parmar told me sent doctors priscription about toifoid i will unlocked your system and credited your salary into the account but after sending priscription he cant given me any answer or reply told me i was taken medical leave from 16th feb to 28th feb and before taken leave i have informed to my boss mr vishal sony and sending medical cirtificate to him and hr. But he removed from me company group and initiate absconding me without any informing me. And company issued me unauthorised absentusm letter but i have informed in proper way. Company locked my system illegally and hold my salary till date hr of the exide life is very poor and fraud such blacklisted company doing this with all others who have joined the the company after many reminder hr can't replied me

                                I have paid rs.100, 049/- through my sbi card no ending xxxx1105 at exide life insurance company on 27 jan 2018 at 12:50 pm on their portal https://payments.exidelife.in/new/.
                                After making payment on to exide insurance company i did not received any conformation for your end which was immediately intimated to the customer care number of exide life insurance company. I was asked by your customer care officer to write the mail on [protected]@exidelife.in
                                Sir my bank has confirmed that the above stated amount has been credited to the account of exide life insurance on 29th jan, 2018 vide ref. No.:[protected].
                                This amount is pending with exide life from last 40 days which has neither been return back nor the policy is issued to me till date.
                                I request you to kindly help in either getting back the payment or exide should issue me the policy.

                                    Since january 10-2018 we keep on struggling a lot for getting myt money back amount. No one in the customer care is responding. They wore not at working, they don't behave like a worthful employee and they are giving fake answers. Nearly "60, 000"rupies of my amount is strucked in it. From 50 days i keep on contacting customer care, they were giving wrong information. Its such a worst organisation and i don't ever dare to invest in it again and ever my bearers and dearest are facing the same
