From last sep, i am facing issues with the ecs transaction. Umpteen no. Of times, i have visited exide office and paid the premium with interest with no fault of mine. I have 10 times more of balance in my account and everytime i get a message that ecs is not cleared due to insufficient funds. My credibility is lost here.

Since january 10-2018 we keep on struggling a lot for getting myt money back amount. No one in the customer care is responding.
