I was promised that as soon as you choose exide policy you get automatic medical insurance under it. As of now, i have not received medical documents yet neither have i received any intimation.

Their agent will call you on behalf of lic and they will make you believe that they from lic legal department and they will ask you invest in exide life insurance to achieve their target to get your benefits from lic. Once you take the policy then they will never ever contact you. They will just shut down the communication and contact number will not be reachable. I wanted to cancel the policy, they promised me that it is canceleable policy...

Myself subramani r, an insurance policy from exide is sold to me stating that with applying to insurance policy i can avail bank loans. And also the agents took time to cross my cancellation periods.
I have went to insurance office and raised a complaint, but got a reply that the cancellation period is closed and it is not possible to cancel now.
