Last 2016 august i have attended one incoming call of my phone. Then that frauds saying arranging the loan for u but u will take the one insurance policy in exude life insurance company. Basically am a poor family but am arranging 40000 rupees for this policy and i signed this policy but that the frauds not arrange the loan for me. Am complaint to exude life insurance company but no response. I completed one year only now situation is very bad that's y am not continuing this policy. Please u closed and give my money. Please my situation very bad. I didn't catch that frauds that fraud had shifted his office please give my money i surrender my policy. Am in chennai

    Dear sir,

    I would like to inform you that exide life insurance (Ing life) company had cheated be with respective advisors of this company as follows:

    A) rakesh ranjan - [protected]
    B) shweta - [protected]
    C) final culprit – [protected]

    I had taken two policies as follows:

    03573528e29 - secured income insurance plus
    03581659e28 - exide life giip ins plan

    They had cheated for monthly income from this current year but after contacting several times they had not responded because their target was achieved and vanished from the company.. They just giving several excuses for the delay. So that policy return time can be finished and they can enjoy the benefits.

    Request you to please cancel the license number of the advisors of my policies so that in future no can be cheated by these peoples.

    I have their communication audio clip where they are trying and promising fake commitment to the customers.

    They are just taking advantage of the irda policy that you can surrender within 30 days only.


    Request you to please close them asap and refund my amount as these are currently new.

        I have taken the policy directly on excide insurance office at patna namely sh vishal (Annual premium rs 35000 only). During giving the policy he commited/insured that he provided the best services but very unfortunately till dated i have not received any policy documents. I call to him mr. Daljit pick my phone he told that mr. Vishal call to him.
        But no response received at this time now.
        I feel i should withdraw my policy due to poor services.

          Please cancel my policy because the person form exide life insurance said u opening a policy ur are eligible for loan we will give a loan to you but till now we don't received any status. I am opening a policy on 26.06.2017 3 month going on till now am nt receive a loan, manager of exide life insurance mr rajesh is irresponsible to me and venkat, peeter, anu all are cheated me. The worst company i ever seen. Please cancel my policy. Kindly do the needful

            Respected sir,
            I amit kumar sahoo, resident barbil, odisha, holder of policy no.[protected], want to bring in your kind notice that a kids contest was organised by exide life insurance in the school saint marys, and my sons were selected for scholarship, we were informed through phone call in our mobile number.
            They called me with my wife poonam sahoo to meet them and recieve the prize.
            We met them and susmita jena, the agent described us that if we will buy their policy the exide life insurance will give scholarship to our children joy sahoo and anuj sahoo, the exide life insurance will pay the amount we are spending in our chldren study and also offered health cover for entire family for 15yrs. We asked how can the company offer so much benefits, they told us that this is special offer given to selected students chosen in the contest.
            And they told us that this policy will be covered in 16 years and we will get the bond papers in 15 days. The agent susmita jena came to our hime immediately to take the fee card of school and tuition classes and she took the cheque of rs 50000. After one month we recieved the bond paper and nothing is mentioned in it as described by the agent, and the policy is for 45 years afrer that we tried a lot to contact susmita jena through phone call and whatsapp, but she did not respond. After that we visited the office in rourkela, 150km away from barbil, to cancel the bond papers. But they refused and told that after 15 days it is not possible. Sir, we are cheated and and misrepresnted by the agent. Please help me and cancel my policy, and take some strict steps against such agents

              Exide insurance policy holder of policy number 02920929V Hari harsh was submitted online request for seeking eligible guidance for disability claim for my personal physical state of companies fracture disability of 50percent to submit a claim from my above policy and receive automated formal replies and there is no any subject line for getting solution.

                Iam a policy holder with exide life insurance since year 2014. It is giip insurance plan and my monthly premium is rs. 2575.13 which is paid for 3 years, this was great challenge for a working women like me to pay monthly. The mediator who got this insurance done had informed as after 3 years you are liable to get the premium amounts paid. I wanted to surrender the policy since had an emergency. But it was a shock to know that the surrender...

                Sir, one phone received from mobile no[protected], [protected] mohit jain, [protected], [protected] vasundhra, [protected]pawan, [protected] abhimanyu, [protected] usha jain bank officer, all of these promised to me to refund me my amount from reliance co. Through exide life insurance.in this connection they sold exide life insurance co police to me with cheating. Policy nos are as under:

The Policy Benefits are I have 8 times Sum Asured of first Premium, 10Times death Claim of First Premium, 20% Cash Back Because Company is giving Policy Directely and agent comission will be refund to customer, Rs 1000 Pension to my wife per month for 7 years, and Rs 300000/- Mediclaim to 4 Family Memebers so I have to invest for Income Tax saving and I purchased Policy No 03530408, which I paid on Line Premium Payment through Credit Card, After Three Day Mr Tripathi called me that Company is giving you Branch Code because Exide Life Insurance Company is doing his own Business and for this I have to By Policy which is Single Premium of Rs 50000/- and after three Years company will refund Rs 87500/- and with this company will pay me Rs[protected]/ per month under branch code, so I invested Rs 50000/- through on Line credit card payment vide PolicyNo 03542442, After 20 days on 20th April2017 Mr Neeraj Mishera (contact No [protected]) that Exide Life Insurance Company is ready to Refund Your Policies as Per Commitment by AJAY TRIPATHI and for This I have Invested 18% of Money of RS 320000/- (Rs 10000/- of My commision of First Policy because Policy is issued me Direct from Com i.e agent comission to Customer, Rs12000/- of My wife Yearly Pension as per commitment and Rs 280000/- of Branch Code Commission in Advance) to save the first policies and receive this Money i have Invested Rs40000/- in My wife's name through on Line Credit Card Payment Vide Policy No 03559163.After 20Days in May 2017 again Neeraj Mishera along With Ajay Tripathi Repeat the same and this time I have to invested in by Brother's Name because These two Policies are Dumy and will be cancelled after receive of Money so i Have purchased policy in My Brother's Name and payed Premium on Line Through Debit Card Vide Proposal No MB560349. for RS35000/- But When I received Policy Bonds I found that They are not as per Commitment so I requested to MR AJAY TRIPATHI and when He Failed to Rectify the Bonds and unable to Refund Money I contacted to EXIDE LIFE customer care, and Complaint Department they simply replied That our company is Registered in IRDAI and I cann't Do nothing. Then I approached to MD of company Through Emailing ([protected]@exidelife.in) He forwarded My complaint to complaint Deptt where MS Mamath is Looking But From 7 days when I Try to Contact Her by given contact No[protected] extension 4038 they not Lift My call, One Time when I Contacted They replied That MR Ajay Tripathi is No Their Staff. I Filed complaint in Local Police Station but when Police Contact Him after telling Exide Life Insurance Name He replied Wrong NO. Company Has Provided Their Financer Details i.e METIS MARKETING SERVICES Pvt. Ltd, Advisor Code :60314490 Contact No: [protected], Corporate Agents crertificate No: CA0205. When I contacted on Contact No they Replied wrong.
                  So, Sir where I can ask EXIDE LIFE INSURANCE company replied that the person Mr AJAY TRIPATHI is not their Staff then WHY THE PERSON IS NOT CONNECTED WITH COMPANY WILL PROMOTE THE COMPANY'S PRODUCT AND SELL THE PRODUCT FREE OF COST.
                  SO I REQUEST TO YOU SIR PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL ACTION, BECAUSE FEW DAYS BEFORE I WANTED TO SUICIDE AND I HAVE INTIMATED TO EXIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY THEY REPLIED ME NOTHING HAPPEN TO THEM. SIR FRAUD COMPANIES LIKE EXIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY ARE WORKING IN COUNTERY AND BY FRAUD DOING THEIR BUSINESS DUE TO THAT SO MANY PEOPLE MADE SUICIDE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FEAR OF GOVERNMENT AND LAW.
                  SO I AGAIN REQUEST YOU SIR PLEASE INSTRUCT CONCEREND DEPARTMENT DO NECESSARY ACTION TO CANCEL MY FOUR POLICIES FROM SUCH COMPANY WHERE TOP MANAGEMENT TO BOTTOM FRAUD.

                  I got a call from Exide Agent and he sold me one policy and said its one time investment but when i got Documents from Currier, that was totally different policy with many installment, Immediately i cancelled the policy and Called customer service, so many complains, and audio recording, I gave all proof to them but they are not entertaining us, can anyone help me the process of Consumer forum . I wish if i could give this company in minus rating

                    I had taken the above policy through your agent mr. Amit sharma of bajaj finance, at the time of policy they committed to me you can availed the personal loan on behalf by policy "exide life guaranteed income insurance plan uin no. 114n067v01. I have complete my all documents and evidence for apply the loan, a call of regarding loan of rs.4, 00, 0000/- recd. By me from hdfc bank and i have confirm all the information which is asked by me hdfc bank executive mr. Dhanraj mahta also the point is that i had paid service tax of rs. 32, 000/- i have paid these amount through cheque in the name of"exide life insurance " now the point is that neither i have recd. A cheque or any fund transfer on behalf by you.

                    Requested to kindly look into the matter & closed the issue as earliest and issue me a fund of loan which is i had already apply with you.

                    Note :- if there is no output and necessary action take by you, i will go to the consumer court in the regards included irda office.

                      Policy no 03556420 was sold to us by the marketing people of exide life insurance situated at barakhamba road. We were sold the policy saying that this policy is for selected people to promote the exide life insurance in india. We were told that with this policy we would get the amount back in 3 years and also offered us health cover for the entire family for 15 years. We asked how can the company offer so much benefits with such a low amount policy. We also got a verification call from person saying they from verification department. They also confirmed all what the previous person had told us. When we received the policy it had no mention of these medical benefits and also about other benefits mentioned to us. I am planning to file a case in the court under 156/3 asking the police to file a fir against these cheaters. This practice is still continuing and more people are getting cheated. I invite people to join hands and let us jointly file a case against exide life insurance company.

                      I have registered my new no.wirh you in 2014 and now your company person says the change of no .is not updated .I have the same no.since 2012 .and he would not disclose the status of my policy .I am a senior lady hence please ask your person to get in touch with me or resolve my problem.                           Criminal breach of Trust under section 409 of Indian Penal Code as all the condition require for breach of trust

                          I have taken this insurance policy through some reference name Mr. Vyas who resides in Mumbai. He have give me reference of Mr. Manoj Purohit who as per my knowledge was related to Ing Vyasa. I was not aware about his designation in ING Vyasa. As there was reference of Mr Vyas, I have trusted Mr. Manoj Purohit in Good faith. At particular date he take my appointment and i invited him to my home. He just bring 1-2 Paper and take my signature. He simply told me that " Amount is to be paid for 3 years and then you will get the cumulative amount with Bonus Points".

                          He have never explain me any condition which are mention in Insurance policy such as relating to survival Benefit etc.

                          As at that time my residence was in Mumbai, after signing insurance policy i gone back to Mumbai and Never remain in touch with Mr. Manoj Purohit. I have believe on the words of Mr. Manoj Purohit at that time. Jodhpur is my Home town but at that time i was doing service in Mumbai. After that Insurance Policy arrived at my Jodhpur Address and my parents put into cuboard without informing me as they were also not aware of the transaction.

                          I have following points which i bring to notice to Exide Life insurance and IRDA Grievance Cell

                          (A) Why Mr. Manoj Purohit who represents ING Vyasa (i.e currently Exide Life insurance ) name not mention in Policy document as Insurance Advisor. Why Name of Mr. Rajuram is mention as Insurance Advisor.
                          My Insurance Advisor was Manoj Purohit to whom i have met 3 years ago. In my life i have never met Mr. Rajuram ( [protected]) residing PALI.

                          As per my personal Opinion it is total breach of trust by Mr. Manoj Purohit . Why he not enter his name as Insurance Advisor.

                          Please have correspondence with Mr. Rajuram whether he met me or not at the time of Policy.

                          So Section 409 applies here as there is Breach of Trust from the Party Mr. Manoj Purohit and also Voidable contract at my option under indian contract law 1872 as misrepresentation of facts have been given by Mr. Manoj Purohit.

                          So as it is voidable contract from the Aggrieved Party ( i.e me), I treat this contract as Void from the since Beginning.

                          In the base document Insurance Policy also there is not mention of my signature at all. There is signature of Managing Director of Exide Life Insurance. Why Not my ???????

                          Insurance Policy terms and condition are totally in favor of Insurance company. Not any condition in Favor of Insured person.

                          Survival Benefit conditions are total in favor of Insurance Company (page No. 7 of Insurance Policy Attach), Not at all in favor of Insured Person. Such as on " On Completion of 1/4 Period of the premium paying term, Insured person will get survival benefit of 20% of sum assured". Premium term is 57 Year . 1/4 of 42 Years comes to 15 Years.

                          So if i go through the survival benefit condition after ten years of Policy, I will get 20% of sum Assured that comes to approx Rs. 40000 ( 20% of Sum Assured I.e Rs. 204835) after an investment of Rs.

                          Conculsion - First of All I will pay premium amount Rs. 20000 each year for 10 Year that equal to Rs. 200000 and at the end of 10th Year I will get Rs. 40000. Whether i am right ?????????

                          This is my simple question to Exide Life insurance which prudent investor will invest in such insurance Policy.

                          Page No. 7 Point No. 2.8 it is clearly written

                          This Policy participates in the surplus of the fund to which it belongs diversionary bonus, if any, declared by the Company will be added to the Policy each year out of the surplus arising in the fund

                          My Question is simple why the word IF any is written. This clearly shows that insurance company if any bonus declared by the company then only bonus will be given. This is the clear interpretation of language. This is totally at the discretion of Insurance company to give bonus or not. Bonus is not at all linked with Surplus. Whether i am right.

                          Other Points which i think should not be included in plan such as in case of suicide of Insured person every premium paid amount will be forfeited by Insurance company
                          and also that if any want to surrender the policy then only 20% of sum assured will be given after paying of premium for three years Rs. 60000 which results into loss of Rs. 20000 . Whether i am right.

                          I also request you please scrutinise my case on the basis of merit as the contract i have made was with Mr. Manoj Purohit not with Mr. Rajuram. Please contact Mr. RAjuram and ask him simple question whether he have meet me. If he have not meet me, how he can be my insurance advisor. This contract is totally voidable at my option and i treat this contract as Void.

                            I've got a lot of trouble from your side. Your Executive Rahul(+91-[protected]) who sold me the policy by saying this, you will get a loan of 300000₹ on the policy of 30000₹, I needed a loan on urgent basis and I also took the policy. After that he asked me to pay 32, 500₹ transferring amount and I paid. But still he did not lend and made fake commitments many times. After that I returned 32, 500₹ to me after telling me many times. But I do not want your policy, because the policy has been sold to me lying. I request you that my money should be returned to me and my policy should be canceled. Otherwise I will take FIR option against of you all.

                                Hi i am from chennai. I got calls from an exide insurance company and they asked me do you need any loan. I said no. But they said you can avail 5, 00, 000 loan against 50000rs. So i said ok proceed. And i paid 50000rs as dd. Later i called that no they said wait sir you will be credit with in month.. But 3 months gone.. They are not picking the phone.. Please kindly in need my money back. As soon as possible, thank you....

                                Dear sir/mam,

                                I want to say that, i have bought an policy 03464146 on 15dec2016 "one time
                                Garranteed income" plan from rm ritika sharma and rohan sexena. Ritika
                                Harma said to me about policy that is a one time investment plan and for
                                One day only. Customer has to pay only 25000/- for one time and will get
                                Policy bond within 25 days with below given benefits:-

                                1.) 20% cash back as a agent of company. (Because now company dealing with
                                Clients directly as told by rm ritika).
                                2.) medical insurance of 3 lakh per annum for 7 years, for me and my family members (Total 5members).
                                3.) double amount of premium will be return after 5 years (52000/ approx).
                                4.) life insurance for 15 years.

                                But i didn't get my bond yet. Rm said that firstly i will receive my "first policy kit" then medical call and then our executive will come to your house for
                                Giving you agreement bond & medical card and take a sign on a certificate of
                                Atisfaction.
                                I received an kit in feb, i don't know what was that but rm has told that
                                This is my "first policy bond" and you will receive "aggreement bond" later with our executive, he will call you when your medical call will be done, and will fix your appointment with his self. Whenever he will come to your house, he will give you "aggreement bond" & "medical card" and you have to return back the old one bond (Which i received on feb 2017).
                                I believed on his wordings but whatever has written in this "first policy bond" was totally unmatched with the rm counseling.

                                Then i decided to do call in customer care but they also told me different plan, which is not matched with above. Customer care executive described :-
                                1.) i have to pay 25000/- per year for 7 years (But rm told me investment is for one time).
                                2.) my policy not covered with medical insurance (But rm has promised for medical card and i attended the medical call).
                                3.) i will get lumpsum amount in 8th year (This is also wrong, rm promised for double premium amount 52000/- after 5 years).
                                4.) 1, 21000/- life insurance coverage (Rm told for 6lakh).
                                5.) no 20% cash back as a agent (Rm promised for 20% cash back of your premium, when i signed on satisfaction certificate at the time of when i receive my "agreement bond" by an executive).

                                And again i call the rm rohan saxena or ritika sharma,
                                They tell me that my policy is different and my customer care number will be different, which will be provided me on my agreement bond.
                                They always says me that my bond is under process.

                                After fed up with all of this i wrote a mail to customer care of exide life
                                Insurance company ltd about my "agreement bond", then they mailed me that i received my policy bond on 4th feb 2017. But when i discussed this issue
                                With rm again, he says that your bond is different as usual.

                                Now i don't know what is the truth, i can't believe on rm and exide life
                                Insurance company ltd. I want my money back, so i told to rm rohan saxena
                                For cancellations. He said ok and again i am waiting for my money. Every
                                Time he said "your complaint is under process. It will be done soon".

                                I wrote again mail to customer care as above but they didn't resolve my issue. They are sorry for all this but they will not return my money and wrote for enjoy with this policy, terms and conditions.

                                I have the all call recordings, in which rm had promised. And if necessary, i will complaint in irdai/consumer court.

                                And now my only request is that please return my money (25000/-), which is taken from me by fraud counseling.

                                Exide life insurance: Exact same thing happened with me and I purchased 3 policies worth 1.4L under the assumption that it will be one time investment as communicated by same RM -Rohan Saxena and Ritika. I have written to customer care and GRO but have not got positive response.

                                This is really unfair practice followed by your company. Please sort this out.
