Exide Life Insurance — fraud by exide life insurance

Hi,
My name is amandeep singh, i have bought two exide life insurance policies of 37000 each for my wife.
I was promised that as soon as you choose exide policy you get automatic medical insurance under it. As of now, i have not received medical documents yet neither have i received any intimation.

I feel duped by exide and i want my money back but exide states that when we did the verification you accepted to our terms. Hence no money can be refunded.

Also i would like to surrender the policy as exide does not seem to be fair in its dealings. Policy is sold by fake agents promising a lot of things and by the time consumer realises that its a fraud. There is no going back. Exide refuses to payback stating we explained you the poilcy terms and conditions and you agreed we have recorded proof, its your fault you fell in trap. Exide won't refund the money.

I raised multiple complaints and all i here from exide is to continue the policy for 3 years... Why the hell i would do that?

Its all fraud... And moreover i will a call almost everyday asking me to continue the policy and its a harassment. Even asking them to stop messaging me and calling me multiple times. I still get calls and messages everyday. I keep on blocking their numbers.

Everytime i call their customer care there response would be our team is looking into this issue.
