Exide Life Insurance — I'm complaining about services..

Hello Sir, My name is Asharam Mishra. I had taken 1 policy, exide Life new fulfilling policy details ...

policy number[protected].
Date of the proposal - 26/08/2019.
Date of commencement - 26/08/2019.
Premium installment - 30, 000.

I submitted my bond to Mr.suraj more at nearest branch at mira bhayander .

I had given a bond to cancel the policy with in 15 days ... but the bond has been given 5 months but some details about the policy could not be found.

Mr. Suraj More only say that in the process our policy will be cancelled .. Such are they speaking from 5 months But the policy has not been cancelled yet.
So please help me immidiately.
