Urgent - urgent - urgent As per my previous complaint dated 4th dec 2015 & 12th april the matter has still not resolved. Today again forwarding my request for fraud policy selling.. Exide life insurance — fraud policy selling and no response from customer care on april 28, 2015 i have been issued with paying rs 30, 000 the above exide life insurance policy during mid of april 2015 i got a call from ms pooja sharma no - +91 [protected]; who was claiming that she is calling from the accounts department of exide life insurance and i have been randomly selected for extra benefit from the company. The benefits: 1) company will be sharing a dividend amount of rs 65, 000 being a loyal customer & having a good track record so far with the insurance company (Which i do have) and the amount will be credited in my account with in 45-50 days tinme. Further calls have been taken by mr ankit sharma & mr arjun singh no - [protected] for this i need to invest min rs 30, 000 with them to take any policy - which will be invested in govt. Projects and in 1 year 8% of return with base amount will be credited by the company. After taking the policy from the month of june - 2015 until now these above mentioned people are fooling me about paying the dividend amount, saying because of some govt. Rules it got delayed. Now cleverly they are asking me to deposit around rs 35000 more to get my dividend credited in my bank with interest which i refused to do so & after that there is absolutely no calls from them for the past one month i do have the call recordings of them. Shame on the company too the way they are selling their policies. Requesting to please help. Regards debasish mishra [protected]@yahoo.Co.In Now for the last couple of days i am keep receiving the calls from ms manshi & mr vineeth ahuja no - +91-[protected]; claiming that they are the exide life insurance company employee & now they have also started manipulating the things instead of being specific & get me back my hard earn money by simply surrendering the policy.. Mr vineet tried convince me to renew the policy, i have clearly said him during my yesterday's (22nd april) conversations that as i have been cheated, no way i can continue the policy at this point of time & hence help me to surrender this on the above ground & close the matter.. He agreed to do so & on behalf i received a msg from company as below: 'dear namita mishra, We have received a request for the cancellation of your policy (Policy no[protected]Amount - 29628.23). Kindly show your policy reactive by paying the renewal of the same after which within 7 working days your amount will be refunded back to you along with 20% comission. Regards Elic' Today (23/4/16) i have received call from mr vineet ahuja from exide & is pressuring/forcing us to pay the renewal payment since we have confirmed that we are ready to settle the dues which is not true at all, as we did not confirm anything like this. I am getting a reminder calls from (Mr. Vineet ahuja and ms. Manasi) are not bothered to resolve the matter, but off course giving mentally torture for paying the renewal payment. Request you to take the matter on priority basis and resolve the same or else we have to proceed for the legal action for the fraud policy selling and mental harassment every now and then.
