[Resolved] Exide Life Insurance — Policy submitted for cancellation 15 months back but not cancelled till now | |||||
I was forcefully sold a policy of Exide Life Insurance endorsement plan by ING Bank staff member Mr. Naveen Sharma to open a new locker with the bank. After constant followup I got the policy bond after 3 months of paying premium, and terms were not matching with what was told me. I submitted the policy bond back for cancellation and i have been getting different reasons for not cancelling the policy, starting from out of freelook period, then signature mismatch, then no objection raised on welcome call. Clearly they dont want to pay back my money or cancel the policy. It has been more than 12 months, i have been following up for cancellation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
