Exide Life Insurance — poor customer service, limited information on client portal | |||
Dear sir/madam I had transferred my lifetime of pensions from nhs uk few years ago, under the qrops scheme to exide life golden years policy [removed]. Ever since the transfer, i have struggled to access the account. The login portal provides very rudimentary details and i am concerned that my asset value has not shown any growth in 3 years despite indian stock markets posting bumper returns in this period. I have contacted mr [removed] (Dgm, overseas pension transfers) multiple times on phone, to which everytime he assured me a callback but never did. I sent an email last week to his mail id [removed]. [removed], but have had no response. I want more transparency and real time information on how my pension is growing (Or, in this case, not growing). I am disappointed that there has been zero response by the dgm with regards to my repeated queries, and am very concerned if i have been a victim of financial scam in transferring my lifetime pension to your company.
