Exide Life Insurance — Request for Removal of PAN from IRDAI Portal

Dear Team,

My name is Muthu Lakshmi, and I was previously an agent of EXIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED and Care Health Insurance Limited. However, I have officially resigned from both organizations.
Despite my resignation, my PAN (FCUPM3921D) is still reflecting on the IRDAI portal. I kindly request your assistance in removing my PAN from the portal as I am no longer associated with these organizations.
I would appreciate your prompt support in resolving this matter.
