[Resolved]  Exide Life Insurance — Wrong plan selling me by doing fraud counseling on phone

Dear sir/mam,

I want to say that, i have bought an policy 03464146 on 15dec2016 "one time
Garranteed income" plan from rm ritika sharma and rohan sexena. Ritika
Harma said to me about policy that is a one time investment plan and for
One day only. Customer has to pay only 25000/- for one time and will get
Policy bond within 25 days with below given benefits:-

1.) 20% cash back as a agent of company. (Because now company dealing with
Clients directly as told by rm ritika).
2.) medical insurance of 3 lakh per annum for 7 years, for me and my family members (Total 5members).
3.) double amount of premium will be return after 5 years (52000/ approx).
4.) life insurance for 15 years.

But i didn't get my bond yet. Rm said that firstly i will receive my "first policy kit" then medical call and then our executive will come to your house for
Giving you agreement bond & medical card and take a sign on a certificate of
Atisfaction.
I received an kit in feb, i don't know what was that but rm has told that
This is my "first policy bond" and you will receive "aggreement bond" later with our executive, he will call you when your medical call will be done, and will fix your appointment with his self. Whenever he will come to your house, he will give you "aggreement bond" & "medical card" and you have to return back the old one bond (Which i received on feb 2017).
I believed on his wordings but whatever has written in this "first policy bond" was totally unmatched with the rm counseling.

Then i decided to do call in customer care but they also told me different plan, which is not matched with above. Customer care executive described :-
1.) i have to pay 25000/- per year for 7 years (But rm told me investment is for one time).
2.) my policy not covered with medical insurance (But rm has promised for medical card and i attended the medical call).
3.) i will get lumpsum amount in 8th year (This is also wrong, rm promised for double premium amount 52000/- after 5 years).
4.) 1, 21000/- life insurance coverage (Rm told for 6lakh).
5.) no 20% cash back as a agent (Rm promised for 20% cash back of your premium, when i signed on satisfaction certificate at the time of when i receive my "agreement bond" by an executive).

And again i call the rm rohan saxena or ritika sharma,
They tell me that my policy is different and my customer care number will be different, which will be provided me on my agreement bond.
They always says me that my bond is under process.

After fed up with all of this i wrote a mail to customer care of exide life
Insurance company ltd about my "agreement bond", then they mailed me that i received my policy bond on 4th feb 2017. But when i discussed this issue
With rm again, he says that your bond is different as usual.

Now i don't know what is the truth, i can't believe on rm and exide life
Insurance company ltd. I want my money back, so i told to rm rohan saxena
For cancellations. He said ok and again i am waiting for my money. Every
Time he said "your complaint is under process. It will be done soon".

I wrote again mail to customer care as above but they didn't resolve my issue. They are sorry for all this but they will not return my money and wrote for enjoy with this policy, terms and conditions.

I have the all call recordings, in which rm had promised. And if necessary, i will complaint in irdai/consumer court.

And now my only request is that please return my money (25000/-), which is taken from me by fraud counseling.

Exide life insurance: Exact same thing happened with me and I purchased 3 policies worth 1.4L under the assumption that it will be one time investment as communicated by same RM -Rohan Saxena and Ritika. I have written to customer care and GRO but have not got positive response.

This is really unfair practice followed by your company. Please sort this out.
