This is to inform about unethical and unprofessional recruiting HR and they're friends
Adil Shaikh( delhiwala ) wasted my 2 days called for interview and made 30 employees wait from 12 pm to 10 pm..and forcing to give interview for a process which we don't want ...and telling the Opps managers to not select the agent for the process they want ... Adil Shaikh delhiwala told the Opps not to select me even after the interview was good as he didn't like me and had a person grudge against me for no reason...he told to other employees who came with me for the same interview without Knowing that she is my friend ( that me Akram Yakoob ali khan) is over smart that's why I told (thenzin) and (Kunal ) opps manager not to select him ...they gave me the reason as unstablity issue ...even after given interview for 3 mths and waiting to work with NEXT INTERNATIONAL I ATTENDED THE INTERVIEW 3 TIMES and the same reason was provided to me ...it's common sense if someone doesn't want to work why he would appear the same interview 3 times even after the cooling period is over ...telling my friend about me behind my back that he(Akram khan) is over confident so that why he told opps managers.not to select him ...this is not acceptable in any way kindly look into this issue as I'm also written email to corporate ombudsman regarding the same and will take legal action on Exl for hiring such unethical and unprofessional recruiting HR and ops managers who knows that how much need this job
