They do fraud practices. For example, they charge more than the MRP. They also charge same price of the book as shipping charge which is ridiculous. If they cancel the order then they only refund the amount of item that you bought but not the shipping amount. I ordered almost 13000 rupees books and 7000 rupees was only shipping charge. Can you imagine this kind of loot? They canceled one of the book in the order but did not refund the shipping charge. Pathetic people. These guys are looting customers but unfortunately nobody is lodging a police complaint for these malpractices that they are doing. They are just taking the advantage of the fact that a lot of these books are not available anywhere else.

        cheating flight tickets and hotel booking

        Sir, gaurav tiwari of this company helped to plan a north india tour on 20th may 2019. As a part of travel we transferred 85, 000 towards flight charges and hotel bookings..           Exotic india journey - mr rupesh tiwari
          I paid inr95000 august 2015 for a 3 week tour around india, and one week before i arrived nothing was planned and they ran away with my money. I have made a case against them.
          They promised me they will refund me my money back on 15 january 2016, up till today nothing has happened, they are not taking my call or responding to my emails now....
