Complaint against inappropriate behaviour from Mr Irfan (store manager mumbra branch)

I made a request for refund against installation charges for LG air conditioner on 23rd March 2022 from Mumbra digi1 shop.
It's been 3 months since then, still I have received the refund amount of ₹1199.
The request was made to the store manager Mr. Irfan to which he is not responding properly and making excuses every time I ask for the refund. He
is not taking it seriously and never followed up with me about the refund...
