We have invested in 1/2 acre plot under carnival project goa since 2015. As per payment schedule, have made all the payments but no update from the company about the status of the project or registration. People who were assigned as relationship manager has left & no one responds to the email sent. We have been trying to get an appointment to discuss about the registration process but it is only delayed.
Have anyone else also invested in carnival project plots in goa? Is your plot registered or even shown to you?

Mr Nadar, I have had the same experience and there's absolutely no response from their side.
Besides I have been to the Bombay office and met people there who were convincing to opt for another offer.
However my case is at a different level, I have asked for a refund as they are at fault and I refused to make payments.
I sincerely call on customers to join hand and launge a complaint in the consumer forum or maybe at REDA.

Hi All, Have any of you got a response from Expat on your investment? I had invested in Whispering Waters Goa and just could not reach anybody until last week. Relationship manager from GOA contacted me asking if I am ok to move my funds tot he Carnival project as Whispering Waters is not happening. How have you approached this problem and has it been resolved?

Need help in either getting the refund or getting the registration of the land. tks
