Expat Properties & Developments Ltd — totally manipulative, fraud, unjustified delays for handover

Expat Properties & Developments Ltd based in Bangalore with branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Dubai, Doha, Kuwait, etc. is a BIG TIME FRAUD company, i have invested in one project VIDA - GOA, where in they took my advance in Dubai, UAE in local currency than further amounts in INR Cheques, encashed my cheques and didn't communicated any developments for almost 1.5 years, later when i started rigourus followups than got to know that the building has never been constructed, instead after hell lots of negotiations I was offer to select another apartment, which i did.

The scheduled handover of property was in December 2016, with a grace period of 6 months that means by end on June 2017 the property should have been handed over, but till today[protected] the property is not handed over.

Instead there staff - CHANDRA KIRAN / DEEPTI SINGH / AYEESHA / SHREEYASI - all from Bangalore Office are busy in Manipulating account statements and jacking up the balance amount to be collected, they are just bloody THIEVES trying to siphon off your hard earned money.

I have all the evidences and documentary proof to support all my allegations in Court Of Law
